Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The contact for HH Gregg has stated, "As indicated in the Limit of Liability section of the Terms and conditions for the service plan, the total amount for which the service plan administrator is liable is equal to the purchase price of the product before sales tax" My issue is this exactly what I am looking to receive, the total amount of the purchase price before sales tax The value I was credited was $508.78, I paid $plus tax, delivery and installation Based on their own words I should be credited an additional $to reach the the purchase price I paid What am I missing???
