Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] As you can see from the attached claims taken from LG website regarding their easy clean ovens I bought this thinking that this would be easy to clean Absolutely, not true No residue comes off with this process When I called customer service I was informed to take each particle off with a razor blade This is not what they claim this oven will do This is advertisement I am under the one year warranty and am not satisfied with this outcome This oven is not even paid for yet I have disputed the charge on my credit card and if I don't get satisfaction from there I will proceed to small claims court

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When I bought the television, I was told by a sales person, in your store, that the television, in question, was under warranty for one year At this point, I will think about coming to your establishment so we can discuss the extended warranty on the set I have read the reviews regarding H &H Gregg customer service and it seems to me that I am not the first person that has been facing an up hill battle when it comes to overall service All I have to say, is, that is bad business Your customers are the same people that either recommend or not recommend shopping at your store I am a person that read reviews regarding a product and whether I will shop at a certain store After everything I have been through over a $TV set, needless to say, I will not be recommending a store that not only lies to their customers but does not honor their warranties I own a home, appliances break down, I just bought a top of the line washer and dryer, where, at [redacted] *** Customer service was awesome That store I will recommend Regards, [redacted] ***
