I am rejecting this response because: If I receive the completed paperwork in days, then I will consider the issue resolved. Mr*** is referring the issue to the contract administration dept. for resolution. This is the same deptthat has told me several times over the last months "more weeks".

We are in receipt of the complaint and have reviewed it. I have notified the marketing department to process the Refund of $249.00. Due to the time between collecting the funds and today we may not be able to refund the money to the credit card from which we collected it.
Therefore, if that is the case, then we will have to draft a check and mail it to your home address. Please advise if this is satisfactory and that your home address of *** *** *** *** *** ** *** is correct.

Before I begin researching your complaint I'd like to ask if during the time that you were requesting the specific time to travel, did you speak to anyone who may have asked you to consider other dates to travel since apparently we had to availability on that one specific time frame? It is our procedure to collect potential dates from the customer which may work for them. Realistically, we would rather customers NOT list consecutive dates of travel as their potential dates since we automatically look at the dates before and after the requested dates before we exclude your request. Please give me other times that you'd like to travel and I will either have the marketing team confirm your request or we will refund your monies. Thank You,

This was a very deceptive time share solicitation, with Resort SalesThey send their confirmations with the Spinnaker logoBeing from NY, this was a very long drive and to find out that I had a tiny hotel room, not on Spinnaker property, was extremely disappointingThe hotel was on a main road, and had constant road noiseI paid $for this tour, to purchase a time shareIt wasn't worth my time and effortTheir customer service, calls were a nightmare, someone called my home 5-times a weekI can understand that they can afford to do that, since they take $for a cheap hotel and are paid by the resort also.This is a horrible company and will never, ever do this again

I am rejecting this response because: Our initial dispute with Spinnaker is dated 11/11/and at that time all of our fees were paid in fullHowever, Spinnaker has dragged this out for going on two years now in which time obviously more fees have been chargedOnce the dispute was filed we notified them that we would no longer be paying on the week while it was in dispute, but that did not seem to matter to Spinnaker and they continued to bill usAlso because of the dispute we have not been able to use the weeks that we have banked in their space bank, so we are also losing the money we already paid for themWe are only asking to give back the timeshare which would allow Spinnaker to sell it and recoup what they are asking for and possibly moreThe weeks that are in the space bank can also be sold to recover more since we cannot use them.
As for the HOA budget, I would be willing to bet that not all owners paid their shares of the assessments for the balconies and the rest of the owners like us have had to cover those feesWe paid our $on time As we are going to begin retirement soon and will be on a fixed income, we will not be able to continue paying on this property. If this was a real estate purchase as implied we would have sold it As it is, we cannot even give this away.Please be advised that we have sent all documentation pertaining to this dispute to the following agencies: The Bureau of Consumer Protection, The Office of the Attorney General of Florida, and The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for assistance in resolving this matter If we cannot resolve this matter thru the Revdex.com then hopefully one of the other agencies will be successfulTo be clear, we are requesting to give the timeshare back to Spinnaker Resorts with no fees charged to us

Please understand the reasons for the Exit Program Fees. The Timeshare HOA is separate from the Developer (Seller) of the Timeshare Resort. With that comes the responsibility of the HOA to budget the day to day expenses based on what is collected in Association fees each year for the Owners of Record of each interval week within the Timeshare Regime. When owners such as the complainant make a decision that they "have paid enough" and are refusing to pay any more monies toward the Annual Fees, this now causes the HOA budget to have a shortfall each year because not everyone is paying their fair shareThis ultimately causes the the Budget to change to make up for those who are delinquent on their annual fees. That change is typically in the form of a Special Assessment where everyone is assessed a certain amount to cover the shortfall or typically the Budget is approved for the next few years to increase everyone's annual fees in order to cover the previous years losses. Therefore when the Company requires $to be paid those monies go to the HOA to help alleviate the possibilities of having that shortfall. I don't understand when someone makes a real estate purchase that they can just say, I'm done with paying on the regular obligations associated with the property. I wouldn't think the complainant would simply stop paying for the day to day up keep on their own home and stop paying the applicable property taxes every year. But this is exactly what they have done by refusing to pay the annual fees on their timeshare ownership. Although the complainant's account shows over $in arrears my offer to resolve this matter was to simply ask them for $obtain a Quit Claim Deed then we would close their account while writing off the balance and foregoing the additional $required by the Exit Program. In summary, my offer was to collect a portion of what was owed and waive the Exit Fees. If this isn't fair to the complainant then it is because they are being unreasonable at best. Therefore, If the complainant rejects this response I ask for the Revdex.com to close this matter as "Administratively Judged Resolved" (AJR). I just go a call yesterday from a telemarketer he said his name is Fred . He made every thing sound so good. But also when I kept saying no kept throwing in what he called for gifts . That DO NOT EXIST . Being a low income mom . He coaxed me to say I Made totalzin House lold 60,000 which has never happened I. A life time every time I said no he would throw in something else . My daughter is about to have surgery I knew I had been saving for a divorce. But to use all of this for her . He said it wasn’t a scam . No more money except for the 369.00 then when the other lady gets on there talks so fast she says do you have a credit card . For what . I don’t have a credit card just filed bankruptcy last year I make 10: 50 cents in a damn carpet mill in South Georgia.35 hours a week. He took out of my savings account 480 something dollars . Left me 50 dollar balance . Told me no refunds . Try over and over to call the number he said I could get I touched with him because I was so afraid I was making a mistake and the morning when I seen how you have to leave deposits and actually.make real money for a place like this I’m just embarrassed to let anybody know .that I let a low life sucker me . But I’m sure he made his commission. Fred hope you are happy ripping people off who have reall Problems. You feed off that and steel from them . I will make a complaint through my bank . This wasn’t be the last you all have heard from me I will go on Facebook to let them know what a scam

Our records reflect that there is nothing more to do on this account.  According to the loan administration department the account was closed due to a default on the loan and therefore Mr. [redacted] no longer has any further financial obligations to perform under the purchase contract associated...

with the timeshare.  We have closed interest in this matter simply due to the fact the account was officially closed on 2/24/2014.
