that we are going to close interest in your file at this time.  The
reality is that although you state that you sent a cancellation letter to Spinnaker Resorts which we were never able to verify was picked up by any of...

our personnel.  As you know you received an owner's kit at the time of purchase.  Once you disputed your credit card charge for the down payment we requested a copy of the tracking information you had indicated that you had in your possession.  You provided a receipt showing where you paid for two separate items to be mailed to Hilton Head Island, but nothing showing to what address.  We tracked the larger package and verified who signed for that, however we could not obtain the signature information on what appeared to be the letter portion.  Your receipt showed that you had paid for the return receipt Green card however you never provided proof that anyone ever signed for the package.  Regardless of all of this, we have decided that we will no longer pursue the collection of the monies associated with the Spinnaker Resorts purchase contract.  We are sorry it has taken this long to obtain a resolution.  Thank You,[redacted]
