We have extended their subscription by weeks for their delivery issues. We have alerted the Distributor and the VP of the distribution company of these delivery issues

Since the original filing the subscriber has canceled their subscription 03/02/At this point in time there are no additional action steps we can take to resolve the time the paper is delivered, if the subscriber is not currentPlease advise if additional information is required

We have notified the Distributor and carrier

We are having some delivery issues with this route and are working with the Distributor and delivery team to correct itWe have extended their account one week for the missed papers that they have called us about this month. IF there are more they can contact us and we will be happy to help them

As of Monday 11/20/there will be a new carrier on the route and all delivery issues should be resolved. We have given the customer weeks credit for this missed deliveries

We contacted the customer and they received the paper at 5:am Tuesday The carrier was told t deliver to them every day and to have their route delivered on time

Our distributor has called and talk to MR *** trying to see what the delivery issue isSee below the messages I received from the distributor.Monday 6/20/@ 2.05pmJust spoke with *** again and leaving with toll guard is NOT ok so im going to look and see how many papers are delivered to
this building to see if someone stopped but they are still walking away with a paperWe know carrier is delivering and Mr*** stated that Fox did get their paperMonday 6/20/@ pmI talked to *** *** he said that we can just throw the papers at the door, I told him that that's what we are doing, and around the time that the carrier comes through thereThere is no way for us to leave papers at a guard desk the closest thing to that would be the guard toll booth the guard at the toll booth does not work for their company so I'm not sure if that will work but I called him back and left a message to let me know if that's okay with him that we leave the papers at the toll booth
