Thank you for finally responding as this was my second Revdex.com complaint. Please make note, I will file again should the calls resume as they stopped for a couple months after the last complaint and then started up with equal frequency as when I originally complained.
However, you have not addressed the issue of the use of robo-dialers which is illegal in the state of MN. The callers start talking after the system recognizes a voice. In my case, I have several recorded messages on my answering machine where the person clearly did not understand the call had been answered a machine and began talking like they were starting a conversation with a live person. This must be addressed. It may be necessary for your practices to be reported to the MN Attorney General's office in order to have it stopped, but be aware, that type of system is not legal to use to call residents in the state of Minnesota.

This offer was made on January 8th, 2016. On January 10 I once again received no delivery of the Sunday paper I was promised. This once again was entered on the customer service site. I received no response or replacement paper. They received their payment up front I have had to spend an additional $16.50 for something that was paid for for 52 weeks. Out of 21 weeks they have less than 50% delivery service and have failed to once provide a replacement paper.

Sunday February 7th the paper was delivered by the carrier but it was deliberately thrown under a vehicle that was parked on the left side of my driveway. We have vehicles on the driveway but the middle is always car free. Neighbors in my culdesac all had their papers delivered in a non retaliatory manner. Last week it was delivered on the curb in front of our neighbors mail box. With service or the lack thereof like I have received I would prefer to go get my own paper. Please cancel my subscription and refund the $26 or at least the $17.50 I have had to pay as a result of the missed deliveries.

Not sure what Mr.& Mrs. they claim to have spoken to, but since this complaint has been entered, we have not heard from anyone at the Pioneer Press. Weekday delivery has been ok, although the paper isn't placed where we have requested, at this point, we are just glad that we receive it. Sunday paper has been delivered the last couple of weeks, but missing again this Sunday Nov. 29th. Left a message - recording said they would send one out - we'll see if that happens.

We were offered a new rate HALF of what we were previously billed. We have accepted their offer of $234.00 per year so will close our complaint. This STILL seems like a scam and think someone should do some investigating.
