I ended up cancelling subscription on the 13th the sunday without a paperTwo days after I cancelled the paper the StPaul Pioneer Press called and offered me the Sunday paper for three times the priceWhat a joke! No you will not have my business back and I will try an convince my neighbors/friends to cancel their paper and switch to Mpls Star and Trib I will do my best and work to accomplish this!

Horrible customer service.  You have not given an explanation why this is occurring, just like on the telephone.  I am demanding a full and complete refund of my pre-paid subscription.  Thank you.

As I understand it, this check has been delivered to the customer.

I ensured that there is no active subscription nor is there any balance owed.  I also checked that the address is listed as NO STARTS and NO CALLS.

do not want my case closed on May 30th. I have been promised a check for a refund before. I do not want my case closed until I recieve the check.
Once the check comes I will accept the response from the Pioneer Press. But have been promised this before and not seen the check.

This has been resolved!

I double checked to be sure this phone number is on our do not call files.  I will send a reminder email to both of our telemarketing vendors to be sure no more calls are made.  I apologize for this disturbance.

I am rejecting this response because:  I started cancelling prior to July.  The July cancellation was the third attempt to cancel.  I had written a letter on the bill that came prior to that as well as called customer service two times.  It is Twin Cities Pioneer Press fault in refusing to allow me to cancel!  I will never pay.  I have perfect credit.  I will let this stay out there.  That is how strongly I feel victimized by Twin Cities Pioneer Press!
