There are many many many different rates for subscriptionsThey go from what you pay for the Sunday paper for years to way above what your mother just paid for day subscriptionThe reason for the shortened expiration date is the fact
that we had a rate increase at the end of August in which affected all subscribersI changed your mothers rate to $for weeksThe change in rate will extend her subscription to June of I can refund a portion of this if you wish

Having the paper delivered on MY property, not the neighbor's, or near the highway should not have to be instructed, common sense! I did finally get this resolved, after numerous complaints to the Pioneer Press and getting in contact with someone who actually caresCalling Customer Service is a waste of time because they can not be reached and when they are, they are VERY RUDEI work in Cust Svc for a major company, and this lack of service is unacceptableWhen this subscription is over, it is doubtful that we will continue
