I apologize for the inconsistent delivery you experienced. I understand that the service in Oakdale has improved. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

I will make sure that your address is removed from our Bulldog Bargains delivery list.  The address has already been removed from our sample files so not more papers should be delivered without your specific direction to do so.

You should be receiving your newspaper at your door everyday in a dry readable condition. I apologize that this is not the case. I will reach out to the district manager to speak to whomever is delivering to improve this service immediately. ...

My guess is that it is someone different daily therefore the message needs to be shared with all.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We have been told this same response many times in the past year. Nothing ever changed. This week we have received two papers at or near our door. The rest of our papers have been at the end of our driveway or thrown in the snow in our yard. One day it was under the snow and almost run over by our snowblower. One day everyone in our block received two papers and one day we received the wrong paper. When called, were told one would be brought out. That never happened. In the past we called customer service and were told they would talk with the supervisor. I, myself called the Circulation department and left messages. On two occassions I received a call back and said they would correct the situation to no avail. Now they have a new Circulation manager, Mr. David Williams. I have left at least three calls to him but have never received a call back. I do not belive this response from the Pioneer Press because I have head this over and over again. I continue to want my paper or my money back if they cannot correct this problem. I pay over $400.00 a year for this service and was told we could count on door delivery. I ran into the manager in my driveway approximately 8 months ago and I told him that they do not have to place the paper on our front door steps but without even getting out of their car they could throw it up by our garage door. He said he would tell them and to please be patient. It has never even been thrown by the garage door. On some days, people that do not even take the paper, get one and the people that do pay, get none. This response is absolutely rediculous. Thank You. [redacted]

Our records indicate that a refund in the amount of $87.04 was refunded on 1/14/16 after the subscription stopped on 1/13/16. The remaining subscription amount is for papers received from 12/24 to 1/13/16 which includes 2 holiday papers at the...

rate of a Sunday subscription. I hopes this clears up any misunderstanding.
