I made an order for two items. After completing my transaction - another page popped up. I clicked onto an item. And all of the sudden it charged me for another item. I tried to contact them immediately. No one got back to me. And then I waited. Figured I would return it.

Two transactions totaling almost $55 on Dec 16th. Items not delivered until Jan 7th.

Even though the website states USPS Priority delivery. None of the items worked. I immediately chatted, called and emailed. They said NO refunds. See below. Its copied and pasted from their website.

I would give them a 0 star, if that were possible. StabilityPro promised to send the product within 3-5 business days. The product did not arrive until 12 days later. It promised the item would be supportive of my back. I have severe scoliosis. The product has NO support/stability at all. It is flimsily made, it only weighs 5 ounces, the stitching is inferior, sub-quality. NOT worth the $33.98 I paid for this cheap product. To top it off the website claims 100% customer service. Customer service in non-existent. I sent numerous e-mails with no reply back. I have also called numerous times only to get a voicemail promising to get back straight away, left a number of messages requesting them to call back, all to no avail. I have requested a return label via phone message and e-mail, also to no avail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Most of the reviews are bogus. THEY HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.

This has yet to send me a email saying that my items that I purchased are on the way and I have yet to receive and email from usps saying that my purchase was shipped I know from experience that it doesn’t take a long time for confirmation emails to be sent out I want my money back or I will sue this people I do not have time for people to play around with Ponzi schemes to get rich off of honest people

on Sept 11, 2018 I ordered two knee wraps from this company and paid via ***. The amount was $47.98. I used the wraps once for about an hour and they did not help and made my knee pain worse. I called Stabilitypro on three occasions to discuss returning the product and only reached their answering machine. I told them my problem and asked where I should return the product. I never heard back from them. I also e-mailed them several times and received one response offering me a discount on their products, but no instructions on returning the items. I then e-mailed them informing them that I was returning the item(s) in their original packing for a refund and I was sending them to the return address on the original shipment. I mailed them from Fox Island WA. Post office on October 4th and they were tracked as being received on )ct. 6 2018 at 10:44AM in Scottsdale Arizona. Subsequently I continued to try to contact them with no response. The first time I provided the USPS tracking number I mistakenly sent the USPS transaction number, but later provided the tracking number (***). To this date I have not received acknowledgement from Stabilitypro aka Global Trade, except for more advertisements of their products. I contacted *** and they temporarily credited my account with $47.98,on Oct. 21, 2018, but then on Dec 12, 2018 they recharged me the 47>98. I have made several attempts to discuss this with *** both on their website and on the phone and have not been able to communicate my concerns. *** seems to have a language difficulty (or I do) and the last time I was told that I was out of luck and should have contacted *** before I returned the merchandise. Apparently Stabilitypro told *** they never received the merchandise even thought I have repeatedly provided proof of delivery.

I returned a magnetic posture vest and was received back to stability pro on Nov 6 and I have not received the product. I contacted via email and K B responded and said it would be sent out upon giving the size and color and product I respond same day on Dec 8, 2018 and I have not not received the product as of yet. On Dec 8 I placed an online Order #*** with Stability Pro for 2 pr of zipper compression socks for my husband. The socks were delivered on Dec 13, 2918. One of the socks had a small hole toward the top and the socks were not as described in the online description. *** In the description it says "ZIPPER FABRIC PROTECTION - Now With Inner Fabric To Prevent The Zipper From Rubbing Against Your Skin, You Won't Even Feel That The Zipper Is There. The Strong High Quality Zipper helps keep the sock in place as you move around." There is no fabric behind the zipper as stated in the description.
On 12/18 I called Stability Pro and left a message and also sent an email to their Customer Support. I have not had a reply to either. Their website is full of remarks about Customer Satisfaction but they don't answer emails or phone calls.

I ordered a product from this computer website. The product that was delivered did not match the description on the website. I have made over 12 calls, voicemails or emails to the company to schedule a return and never was able to speak to anyone and never recurved any response. Their website States that The product could be returned and fully refunded, but this is clearly not possible

I am still waiting on my response for my return/exchange. I returned the below product and would like for it to be exchange for the knee Sleeve Stablizer Support X-large ON 10/22/2018. If I have to pay for the additional difference in the amount please let me know. I have sent 2 additional emails about my return and have not received a response.

I purchased 3 waist trainers on December 18, 2018 and I paid an additional fee for delivery within 2 days as my hope was to have the items delivered before Christmas. I received an email on the 18th of December confirming my order and another email on December 26th stating that my order is being delivered but no date was given. I have called and left messages and my contact information but no one from their business has contacted me with any updates. Their phone number is *** and you only get a recorded message with promises to contact you after you leave your contact information. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME - I HAVE PAID THEM A TOTAL OF $81.96. I am very upset and frustrated that a company can conduct business this way with impunity!

I ordered 2 Sciatica Brace Sacroiliac Hip Belts . When I finally received my order on 12-20-2018 they had sent me the wrong items. They sent me 2 Sweat Belts. I have called their toll free phone number many times and have left my phone number and email address also and I also tried to like chat with them also . I am having no luck, hope you can help me get this rectified. I want what I ordered in the first place and I need to have a return address to mail back the wrong items. Thank you , *** tv

I purchased a knee brace on 12/12/18 with payment going to Global Trade Network, LLC. It shipped on 12/14 and delivered on 12/17. Website states the brace is “ a true non slip brace”, I followed their sizing chart. The brace rolls down my leg in a couple steps so it obviously does not do what is stated. Website also states “Returns

Customers have 30 days from receiving their order to ask for a return/exchange, 100% Guarantee”. So, since it was delivered I have sent 5 emails asking for a return. I am requesting via the website, with emails per their directions with no response what so
ever. The brace came in a plastic ziplock type box with a small sticker that states the size, no box. I am out a bit over $30, a lot of aggravation and faith in companies standing by their word. Have I been scammed? Looks like I’m not the only one with issues.

In June of 2018 I purchased via internet a back brace for my husb., It came but it was to small. I tried to contact the company several times with calls and internet to exchange the product. In September I received an email stating I should send product back, which I did. I have not yet heard from the company or the product. I have tried to call the company and left a message, with no response. I have sent them several emals with no response. This is horrible, how does a comapny like this stay in business ? I am sure that I am not the only one this has happened to. They are professionals at taking customers money. Please help

I'd give this -100 stars if I could. StabilityPro is the worst service ever. No idea how their products are and not even going to try the product I ordered because I received it 2 weeks after when I should have (paid extra for express shipping, waste of money), no replies when I try to contact them, and now I am trying to return the products, still no reply. Save your money AND DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I ordered the abs stimulator. It worked for 3-5 days. First the left arm machine stopped working after 3 days..then the other stopped working after 5 days. I sent 3 emails with no response.. I finally contacted them via messenger...they told me they could not take back damaged products. It’s not damaged it does not work. It is defective...not the same as damaged. They do not honor their own written policy. Something needs to be done.

I ordered—and paid—twice from this company and never received product, nor response to inquiries. After reading other complaints all I can conclude is that I’ve been scammed!!

I ordered two items and both were too small, tryv to contact them for a return and refund but get no answer. Bad service!

I ordered a posture corrector back brace from Stability Pro. I received the wrong size and I wanted to exchange it, I have made several phone calls to their support line and left a message as directed. No one every calls back. I also sent several emails explaining that I need to make an exchange. I received no replies. I have been trying for over a week and have not received an answer from this company but yet I continually get emails from them wanting me to purchase other products. All I want is to do is exchange the product for a size that fits.

Ive been trying to get ahold of them since my item arrived and have had no response my 30 return and exchange is getting closer and I’m so frustrated with them they have a recording when I call there number and they never return the call they say they have a live chat and I can’t find it ive emailed them 3 times too, I just wanted an echange on size but at this point now I want my money back PLEASE HELP.

I placed the order on Nov 15, made my first attempt to contact the company on Nov 29 and 4 other times since then with today, Deccan3 being my latest attempt. The website says that there are 30 day returns with 100% guarantee. I ordered two braces on November 15. I wasn't sure which size would fit my son so I ordered a small and a medium because they promote 100% guarantee so I thought I would be able to easily exchange or return and repurchase the product. When the items arrived, the medium was too big and I have been trying to reach the company for about two weeks to get an exchange for a smaller size brace. I have emailed twice, tried the online chat but no one responded and called the number on the website twice. No one has gotten back to me and I'm running close to my 30 days. When you try to call them it goes to voicemail asking you to leave a message with your name and either email or order number. I have left the information they ask for you to leave with each contact attempt I make. I'm not even asking for my money back; at least not yet. I'm asking for a product exchange. I am considering asking my credit card company not to pay the company until they get back in touch with me.
