I placed my order on 2/1/19 and as of today, I still have not received the products. As you can see by the attached screenshot of the tracking information given to me, "the acceptance of your package is pending" since 2/9/19, which tells me that either my package is lost or they created a label and still have not turned it over to the post office. Either way, at this point 3 weeks later, I had to go out and purchase them from somewhere else and no longer need these items. I have contacted the seller and they apologized that it was taking so long for my shipment to arrive and only offered me a discount on my next purchase - which I will NEVER purchase from them again. I'm sorry, but there is no way a 2lb package from Arizona to Florida should take this long, even using the slowest possible shipping method.

Have called n followed their instructions..have emailed n NO RESPONSE..Nowhere was it indicated that they wont refund your purchase..now I see it says all sales are FINAL...these people are criminals

Received product with no receipt or information about how to return product if it was not acceptable. Ad indicates they have easy return policy but unable to get in touch and speak with anyone and it indicates you cannot mail returns to address given but do not provide another address. Wish I had checked Revdex.com before I ordered. No more orders from me.

I have seen multiple texts and called all the phone numbers. I only have 2 weeks before time to return it is up. Please someone help me return this piece of crap.

The most awful company to order from. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I ordered items for plantar fasciitis amdnit took over 15 days for my order to arrive. Somehow the website doubled my order and I was charged two different prices for the same item. When I received it , I tired o e item of the pair over my sick and it did absolutely nothing for my problem. I called them the next day to return it, left a message , called a 2nd time , a third and 4th with no call back. In their website it says available 24 hrs.
I also sent several emails to their support address and nothing . Finally I called my credit company to get a refund and have tried subsequently to call several times to send the item back, and again there’s no response. The address on the package is where NOT TO SEND BACK the item according to the website. In fact I was looking up another way of communicating with them when I ran across this review. I feel relieved I’m not the only
One to experience this and will now just sit with the item until someone calls me back.

I, like all the others, ordered a knee brace however upon checking out the item was not what I selected . I wanted size 4xl in orange. But I’m my basket at check out was a xxl in green. I did not select that size or color, however, that’s what the order was after checkout. My order was placed on Feb 7 I started calling and emailing that day to try and get them to send the right size and color. Today is Feb 21st and still have not heard a response from this company. I did receive the order and had hoped to exchange it but I think like all the others I’ve lost my money. And I don’t care what they say how are we to know this is a promotional item which is a bunch of bull! Buyer beware! This is a scam artist at its finest!

The company advertised a 30 day money back guarantee on their website. The brace arrived on 2/13/19. The brace was too big to fit my leg and made of poor quality. I emailed Stability Pro to inquire on how to process a refund on the same day. They did not respond and there is no contact phone number on the site. I sent a second email on 2/16/19 and still have not received a response from the company. I have no other means of contacting them. This is poor customer service and fraudulent to advertise a money back guarantee then not provide information on how to obtain the refund.

Knee braces were bought they are the wrong size and I can’t get anyone to help.

This company is a scam. Not sure this has ever happened to me before.
Ordered a small back brace and they sent a 3XL.
I returned it unopened at my expense after calling and emailing (never an answer to calls - one email response) - and included a note asking for an exchange.
Radio silence ever since.
Except for the horrible ads that come via email daily.
I wish there were s way to go after them. It’s criminal.

Very bad customer service --Can't get ahold of anyone by phone nor email I want to return a brace that I ordered --its the wrong size and wrong color but don't have an address to send it back? I can't leave a review as there is no O you get NO STAR

The product is a knee support brace that in fact does not provide support. All of the areas that show support in the photo are in fact just stitching. I need to return it and have contacted the Customer service through the email they provided and never receive any acknowledgement on how to return the product and get a refund. After reading the other Revdex.com reviews on this company I think it is a big scam.

I ordered an extra-large Knee Compression Sleeve Brace With Patella Stabilizer Straps, order #43527, for $24.99, on 1/12/19, and I also put in a second order for an extra-large Knee Brace Support Compression Sleeve Meniscus Stabilizer, order #***, for $24.99, on 1/13/19. Neither brace fit when I held them up to my knee (too small). I tried to contact Stability Pro several times by phone, calling ***, which is the phone contact number listed on their web site, and there was never any answer. I even tried contacting them by Email several times, and no answer there either. My knee braces were not worn, torn, or damaged, and I returned them in their original packaging via U.S. Postal Service Certified Mail on 1/24/19 to Stability Pro, ***, along with a letter dated 1/24/19, requesting a full refund to the card on which I made my original purchases.

As/of 2/14/19, I have not heard ANYTHING back from Stability Pro, and they never acknowledged receipt of my returned merchandise by certified mail! No answer back whatsoever. Is anyone there? No one will TALK TO ME!!! I contacted ***, and no answer either!

I ordered and received 2 Sciatica Brace hip belts for a total of $43.17 on Jan 4, 2019.
I received the belts and found their construction totally unuseable so I emailed Stability Pro and asked to return them for a refund. I received an email from someone named Bandar sayinng no and I should look at their page for an exchange item. I asked for the lower back support brace in exchange and she replied no because it is on sale. That makes no sense to me so I called them on Jan 15, Jan 23, Jan 24 but they do not answer their phone I also emailed with no respoonse. They now have my money and I have nothing but a need for lower back relief.

I received order on Feb. 9, 2019. It is a compression wrap for sciatica pain. It does not help like they said it would. I have left 6 phone messages and I’ve sent 4 emails. They say they’re a 24/7 company!! Lol. NO one has responded to any of my messages. I want a refund! Items are on the way back to them!!

January 23 2019 I ordered a waist trimmer size xxlarge. I verified that all my info was correct. January 30 2019 I got a confirmation sayin size small will be delivered 3-5 days. I never inputted size small. I have been emailing stability pro asking what I can do and how to do the exchange. I email them every day and I dont get a response back. Its very frustrating that they took my money but im stuck with product that dont fit. The package is still closed. I need help.

Will not return calls or emails... the website said that you could exchange or return for store credit but you can't get in touch with anyone to get the process started

Well .. I ordered my knee brace last week with 3-5 day shipping and I have yet to receive it or a reply from the company in regards to my tracking question. So, it's been 10 days and nothing. They need to be a better company first off and secondly, answer emails within 24 hours as all other businesses do out there. So frustrated. Who knows if I'll get my product but I do know I'll never order from this company again.

When you place an order StabilityPro charges your credit/debit card immediately, but fails to honor your order! The customer service would not reply to your email nor answer or return your call.

48 hours after paying for my order + shipping I have not heard about them, despite of numerous calls and messages! Sounds like a ripoff!

Breaks the law by false and misleading advertising. Does not return emails or phone calls about returns which is promised on his website. This person needs should not be in business because he is a thief.

The 2 knee braces that I ordered came in small cellophane packaging.
They came with no instructions as to the proper use of them.
They do not have the Stability Pro logo on them. They have no logo at all.
This leads me to believe that they are possibly counterfeit.
I have sent them 2 emails and made one phone call. I have had no response from them.
Please help me with this issue.
