I have contacted Stability Pro 11 times by email since 5-20-18 to refund my money and cancel my order. I placed an order for a waist trainer on 5-17-18 it is now 5-21-18. I have not received any tracking info nor have I received any info about the product that I ordered. My emails have all gone unanswered except one that stated they would look into it and would give me a 45% discount on my next order.

The tracking number they sent me sends me to a USPS page that has been sitting there since 5-18-18 with no movement only saying “USPS awaiting item” when I tried to contact stability Pro 11 times I got one response back saying they would look into it and give me 45% off of my next item bought. I asked stability Pro atleast 10 times for a cancellation of my purchase and a rsince nothing has shipped and a refund with no response as I feel as though this could be a scam because of their rating on Revdex.com and reviewing another company called fitglam, it looks as though they have stolen their picture and ripped of their waist trainer product. We placed an order (#***) on May 9, 2018 for a Knee Compression Sleeve Brace with Patella Stabilizer. We paid $24.99 plus priority shipping of $8.99 totaling $33.98. The order was confirmed by StabilityPro via email same day and followed with a shipment email on May 10, 2018. We then received an email from USPS on May 14 stating our shipment was received at 5:00pm on May 11, 2018 in Scottsdale, AZ. "The acceptance of your package is pending." Following the tracking number today, May 16, 2018, it still says the same thing. I contacted them on Monday, May 14, 2018 for an updated via Facebook Messenger and email (there is no contact phone number) and received a message back "Hello, I am very sorry for the delay in receiving your order. I am going to check with USPS to see what is causing the issue. For the inconvenience, I am offering you a 45% discount code that can be used to purchase anything on the site. The code is EXCHANGE45. Thank You, StabilityPro™". I didn't hear anything after this and again sent another message on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. No answer and sent another message today, May 16, 2018. No answer.

Good afternoon. Please make note that the status of our order from StabilityPro is the same as it was on May 11, 2018 (copied below). If you can please pursue this company for a refund of our money, I would most appreciate it. Thank you.

I've been waiting on my order for about 3 weeks. I even paid for 3 day shipping and it still didn't arrive until today. When it finally got here it was COMPLETELY WRONG (order# 4883). My order was for a Sauna Suit Compression Shirt and Vest Ab Trimmer Fat Burn in a XXXL. I only got the VEST in a Large (WRONG SIZE) but NO SHIRT. I need to know how to return this for a full refund ASAP.

I ordered an item from stabilitypro on the 17th of April and selected 3-5 day shipping. I noticed after 4 days the package had never left stabilitypro. I tried numerous times to get information on the product and stabilitypro didn't respond until I threaten to report them then said they'd look into it. They did not. I called USPS and they said they never received a package from them, they only made a label. I have been trying to get a refund since and they are not responding to any emails or FB messages. I just want my item delivered or a refund and they won't do either.

This business has done nothing but lie the entire correspondence. I ordered a product from them and paid for 3 to 5 day shipping. When I email them after almost a week of not receiving my product they told me they weren't sure where it is and they would get in touch with me I continue to email them about the product and they just stopped responding I reached out to them on Facebook and they said that they would look into it and then stop responding. Once I informed them that I was going to be going to the Revdex.com they blocked me on all forms of social media and blocked my email address as well. When I try to reach out to them on a different email address they blocked me there as well. I never got any product from them. I have screenshots of all interactions of you repeatedly asking for them to give me a refund or at least refund the shipping. Was I realize the product was not coming I began asking for a refund of the product this is when I realized they had blocked me on social media and email.

I do not want anything from this company except a refund. I do not wish to further business with them by using a store credit. They have blocked me on all forms of communication so I don't know how exactly they sent me any coupons or store credits anyways? I have received nothing from them by way of that and the item I received took weeks to get here (I paid for 3-5 day shipping) and it arrived only after I said I was contacting the Revdex.com and then I got a damaged product that was used with no packing info. I just want my money back.

I ordered a waist trimmer from Stability Pro, and it was too small. When I started the process to return it, I emailed the company like return policy said on the website to inform them I was returning it. The company kept robotically responding to my emails offering two exchange options, and I kept telling them I was returning the product for a refund because it was too small and I had already gone to a local store purchased a similar product. Stability Pro proceeded to change their return policy in the midst of our emails (in less than a week). However, after their initial response to my email I could tell this was dishonorable company, so I actually took a screenshot of their return policy before it was amended. When the company tried to use their new return policy against me, I sent them the screenshot of both the return policy before they changed and the new one. The company still will not honor my return, even though I returned the product within 30 days, still in new condition, and they now have the product. I would like my refund, like the company’s return policy stated up until they changed it. I have plenty of evidence to support my claim; emails, screenshots, and USPS receipts. As I previously stated, the company robotically responded to my emails, and I even when I presented proof of everything they continued to act delusional.

We have always only had an exchange policy. Only until recently did we amend our Return Policy to include a store credit if you return the product in New Condition.

I paid for a waist shaper from this retailer in the amount of $32.98 which included extra cost for 2-3 day shipping. I was never shipped my item, the company only provided me with a tracking number once and never brought the item to USPS. I have checked with USPS multiple times via. Tracking and they do not have the item in possession. I have emailed the company multiple times for a refund which they refuse to respond to. I would like a refund in the amount of $32.98. I am pretty sure this company has done this to multiple individuals and are a fraudulent company. Should they not provide me with a refund I'd like to be advised as to my legal remedies against them.

The item I received was of very low quality I would like to return my item for a refund minus the cost of the original shipping I paid. I don't expect to receive the shipping cost back but I do expect that upon return of the item to your business that I be refunded for the item. This is very low quality product.

I ordered over 100 dollars of products over 1 month ago. they submitted a bogus shipping label with USPS and it hasnt even left the postal office. I have not been able to contact the business as there is ONLY an email address. in the meantime they have taken my money.

I've requested multiple times to return a purchased item ( Order# ***). The emails were completely ignored by the business. They advertise "30 DAY RETURN & EXCHANGES ON ALL ORDERS! 100% GUARANTEE!", but they make it hard to proceed. Poor business practices.

I was told I had to buy a new pair of knee sleeves because the ones I initial received did not live up to their mission statement or what was written on their website. Instead of an exchange they made me an offer of 50% off my next order and expedited shipping. I have not received the product or have I received any response from the multiple attempts I have made to contact them through Facebook Messenger and email (No phone number is provided on their Contact Us on their website). The dates I was supposed to receive the product have come and gone and when I go to track the package it just says USPS request to pick up item has been made, but has not been picked up (dated March 16th and I have been checking it several times a day since I got an email from StabilityPro it had been shipped on March 16th). I have tried and tried and tried to get a refund but no one will answer or respond to my messages. I am simply asking they live up to their mission statement (stated on their Facebook page, as well as their website) and please refund ALL my money for both purchases (totaling $51.96).

Do not order from this company. They do not ship the products as stated on the site. I ordered one of their products and paid for the 3-5 day shipping. I fully understood that the product shipment would be delayed for one week as stated in the web site. I even received a tracking number a day after the order. I contacted them about 10days later to check on my order. Was told it would ship in the next day or two. After a week with no activity of the tracking number, I again contacted them. I was told the product just arrived from the manufacture and would be shipped that night or the next day with 2 day delivery. 5 days later I still did not have the product and there was still no activity of the USPS Tracking. I sent them an e-mail wishing to cancel my order but still have not received any kind of acknowledgement from them. I believe this company is a fraud. DO NOT ORDER THEIR PRODUCTS!!! You can find the same products on Amazon for a third of the price!

Product ordered was too small and tight and web-site is VERY misleading on quantity ( pairs) ordered
knee sleeves only came 1 to a package
