They send the WRONG Size and try to say you ordered wrong size !! They are CROOKS !! Dont buy from them !!! Worst customer service ever!! They don’t return phone calls ! If I could leave zero stars I would but forced to give one to leave a review

very poor business ethics. poor customer service, product is of cheapest quality (if you can call that cheap Chinese stuff quality at all). Returned the items ordered. No refund. Ordered a different item to replace original - they send me the exact same items as I ordered initially. I wish I read the reviews 1st before ordering anything from those clowns. Not going to happen ever again.

Order placed on 10/24/18 … Paid for five day delivery …. Order didn't leave their facility until 11/10/18 … Finally received a week later.

Trying to exchange part of the order. No response to emails and calls about how to do this even though this is procedure instructed to do for returns and exchanges.

I am seeking to return merchandise w/ in 30 days. I have reached out to this company at least 9 times by phone & emails w/ no response on how to return the unwanted merchandise

I ordered a knee brace from Stability Pro that did not fit. Tried for over a week to contact them by their listed phone also e mailing no response finally contacted them through Facebook messenger. I wanted to return the product but was told after several messages that my only option was a exchange or y work.credit for their site. I do not want to exchange because of my legs size a different product size would not work.

Very poor customer service wanted to return product that was too large. The return site does not work it takes days to get any response. I would never purchase from them

Terrible Service. It took such a long time to get the product. Product was too small so needed to exchange. Went on site for Return Merchandise policy which tells you to send an email
3 emails and a phone call and no response.

and received an order confirmation via email stating the order will be delivered USPS First Class in 3-5 days. I tracked my order through the email they sent me and read the following:

This has been the same status ever since and I have not received any other update or form of communication from Stability Pro or USPS informing me of an issue. I called Stability Pro at the number on their website on November 1st and 2nd, 2018 to let them know of the problem but a machine picked up so I left a message both times with my order number, tracking info and my phone number and email to contact me but I have yet to hear back from them. Ironically, I received an email from Stabilty Pro yesterday, November 6, 2018, stating the following:
Hi ***,
12 days ago we fulfilled your order of 1 x Posture Back Brace Posture Correction for Shoulders from our store StabilityPro™.
We'd love to get your feedback on the product!
I proceeded with the survey they sent me making them aware of my situation once again but still no contact or concern from Stabilty Pro that my bank account has been charged, I have no product, and no response from the company. I would want either the product delivered or my money back. I am seeking assistance from Revdex.com to have this company contact me with a solution to this problem. Thank you in advance. I ordered a waist trimmer and two other items, which totaled over 50 bucks additionally I paid for 2-3 days shipping. And it's been a week later. I never received my product. I've sent numerous emails, and tried to chat, no response. I just want my things. My order number is #33425. My tracking number is 9405511699000348494090 and it's still in route? I've order things online before and never experienced anything like this!

Global Trade Network LLC is a place to run away from. I ordered a back brace that was labeled XL and it was a size small. Clearly mislabeled. Bandar Kayali refused to return or exchange the product!! I hadn't even worn it it was that obvious the size difference... We went back and forth with email.I feel his belligerence can only be matched by his arrogance and unethical practices.
Read the reviews online, Don't shop here. You do it's your peril.

The website claims to issue a 30 day full money back guarantee, no questions asked. But when you ask for it they will tell you they only issue a credit for an exchange AND only if the item is still in its original packaging.

The order also took 2 weeks to arrive and the product is JUNK! So take your business and your $ elsewhere.

I ordered a back brace from them on Sept. 2, 2018. As of today's date Oct. 29, 2018 I still have not received my product, nor a credit back to my card that was used at time of purchase per my request.
I have e-mailed them 5 times: Sept. 12th; Sept. 24th; Oct. 1st; Oct. 5th & Oct. 25th.
Their last response to my e-mails was on Oct. 3rd when they reassured me my package was shipped and on it's way and offered me a 20% discount on my next order.
In checking the tracking info on my package this morning, as of Sept. 9th it is still in transit!
All I want now is a credit back to my card in the amount of $26.24 as I will no longer be doing business with this company.

I ordered a back brace (order #***) from Stability Pro. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, a medium instead of small. I've tried on several occasions over the past few days to contact them via telephone and through their website chat. I've wanted to return this in exchange for a smaller size. They have not contacted me at all yet they say my phone call is very important to them. I'm to throw away this back brace and the $26.99 I paid for it. This company is a sham. I will never order from them again nor will I refer anyone to use their services.

I have tried to contact the company to exchange a product that I got that does not fit. I get no response from them and I cannot find a phone number for them. I sent them an email with no response. The payment was made to revenue Smith media LLC. But the address on the envelope is stability pro in Scottsdale Arizona

I paid for Express shipment. I got no tracking number. The phone number is s fake. Chat doesn't respond. I flat out have been scammed. Then have the nerve to want me to purchase more. They need to be shut down and prosecuted.

I ordered two back braces and don't like the way they fit. I would like to return them but the customer service at Stability Pro will not get back with me or answer my calls. The advertising says return within 30 days for a 100% refund but they wont answer or call me back

Upon receiving a knee stabilizer that I ordered from StabilityPro I found it was unsuitable and began to try to contact them to return it. That was several weeks ago. I have contacted them by phone and receive a message that my call is important and to leave phone number and they will get back with me and they never do. I have left messages on their "chat" area and I still am not contacted. Their customer service is awful. I will never use them again. I wasted my money!!!
They don't deserve even one star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never recieved my order. This site is take your money.

I bought a product (back brace) form this company and they did not send it to my mailing address. I listed my mailing address when I paid for the product. No one responds via email, phone or text

2 major issues with Stability Pro. ORDERING and RETURNING. I ordered 2 braces from Stability Pro's website. Upon check out, the website offered me the same knee brace in my cart for a deeper discount. I accepted the offer thinking it was applying the 30% discount to the other order as well because that's how it was presented to me. It then prompted me with another offer for another brace and because I thought I was saving money, I added it to my cart. Well it ends up created 3 different charges to my pay pal account and I did not receive 30% off of everything even though it was under one order number. The website was very very misleading. I received 4 Braces in one box. 2 of which were the same (I paid $16 and $23 for the same brace). The check out process was very misleading. Now, I've found out the RETURN process is also a scam. I need to return the duplicate and it ends up the brace is not for me. Also, one of the other braces I ordered is very flimsy and not as supportive and depicted in the pictures, so I need to return it. and the 4th brace is also not for me. I could not easily find info about return on the website. it says EASY RETURNS no questions asked. Well now it says I have to pay for the return , provide TRACKING # which costs more. and wait for my items to be inspected before they will issue a CREDIT towards another item. THAT is not a RETURN. They website is false advertising. I would have never ordered from them for my knee pain. I was trying to find something that would help my pain. I would have ordered if it was clear about the policy. I have screen prints to prove how misleading STABILTY PRO is
