I purchased the Fat Burn Ab Work Out Muscle Stimulator, 1 ab stimulator with 1 controller. After reading the directions and installing the batteries, it turned on but did nothing then it turned off. I contacted Stability Pro to return for a refund. TO MY SUPPRISE stability pro told me, that since the product was on sale, and they couldn't determine if I used it or if I DAMAGED it, they would not give me my money back. Well first of all YES, I used it, I had to try it, so that was a stupid response. Second, I received it late Monday, so I couldn't try it till Tuesday the next day after receiving it. So let this sink in, this company sells products under the guide that if you buy it on sale your stuck with it. So, in other words they are knowing selling defective products knowing there defective, under the guide that you can't return it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, the reviews say it all, they are deceptive. I only wish I could give them 0 or negative stars.

Just like many others on this site, I was screwed by StabilityPro. I placed an order for ONE knee brace. They sent me two and charged me for two. I tried to get them to take one back and process a credit. They will only give a store credit and not pay for return shipping. I guess compared to what others on this site has suffered, this is not that major. However, it clearly demonstrates the unethical behavior of this company. STAY AWAS FROM THIS COMPANY.

A scam! I am having the same issues as others. StabilityPro sent me a tracking number for an item that was never delivered or even accepted at the post office. On March 28, 2020, a "shipment received, package acceptance pending" label was created at USPS.com, in Phoenix, Arizona. However, the seller has not replied to multiple messages I've sent asking for an update. I am concerned and worried that the seller has no intention of actually shipping out the merchandise. They are completely unreachable.

This place is a scam..I ordered a digital thermometer and never received it. They said it was shipped and gave me a tracking #, and it still says it is in Phoenix. I have tried to contact them and they never respond. Don't order from them! I will never order from a company again without checking it our with the Revdex.com first. It looks like I'm not the only one that this has happened to!!

I ordered from this company and cant get in touch with them THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT ORDER THE TRAINER FOR $24.99 they add TAXES WHICH TAKES IT BACK TO ORIGINAL PRICE

I ordered on 4/3/2020 and paid extra for 2-3 days shipping.

Horrible, rip off. I am experiencing the same situation as every other review on here. The money was snatched out of my *** account within stop, minutes, it was supposed to be three to five day delivery, and now it's 12 Days Later and the post office said they never received a package just a notification. I have put in a claim with ***.

Stay away from this company very deceiving business practices.
I ordered two thermometers on March 26 the website indicated in stock
and ready for shipment. I ordered them and my credit card was immediately charged.
Shipping indicated 2-3 day delivery I received e-mail confirmation on shipment with a useless
tracking number my order hasn’t moved yet from original destination site.

Crooks. They create shipping label and then it just sits in USPS system for weeks. This allows them to charge your credit card as you wait for an item that I am now doubtful I will ever receive. I wish I had read reviews before my impulsive purchase. Buyer Beware!

I have never received my order made on march 30 the last tracker said it was being held in Phoenix warehouse for acceptance for shipping when I tried to track it again, I got an alert thst that website could compromise my personal info

I ordered face mask in march which were suppose to be delivered to me within 5 days. I still haven't received my order and they are not responding to my emails or messages about my order or a refund

On March 27, 2020, I order two thermometers from StabilityPro *** For $56.89 and was supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days. Today, April 7th, 2020, the shipment has not arrive, in fact it never left Phoenix AR. This company is a scam, as this same is reported by other customers.

When I placed my order the web site says quick and easy returns. I have tried to contact them 6 times with no response. Never again will I order from them.

I still need to go to work during this pandemic so I decided I might as well get some masks for me and my family. On the storefront of stabilitypro.com they had a section labeled "Covid-19" clicking on that brought you to their "Coronavirus Necessities" page with a selection of masks, thermometers, etc. The masks were advertised as "Anti Viral Bacteria, Pollution & Dust Mask N95 - Breathe Clean Air & Stay Healthy!" So I ordered a few and was offered a discount on additional units after the purchase was accepted, I clicked on the button to add to cart, but it seems this just appended that many presses on teh button to the original order without any verification. And you are not prompted by anything saying you have been charged, I was pressing the button thinking it was not working. pretty much immediately I got shipping confirmation, with a graphic showing the order in AZ ready to be shipped to me with the message on the USPS site showing "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending PHOENIX, AZ 85040"
On Saturday 4/4 I decided I would log into the website and check on the status of the order, but the page was down, so I sent an email to their *** address, but received no response, after getting a guarantee from an automated email that I would be responded to within 24 hours.
The site came back online on Monday and the order has not left AZ and USPS still says they have not received the package. In addition to that, all of the items I ordered were no longer being offered on the site and they seemed to have wiped all of the Covid-19 sections off of their website, I'm assuming this was done while the site was offline. Luckily for us *** has a webcache of this page here:
*** I sent a few more emails, called the only number listed on their site, which goes directly to voicemail prompting me to leave a message or send an email or live chat to get immediate help. I left a voicemail with all of my information then turned back to another email stating that I had left a voicemail message. I then had to create a *** messenger account to try to contact the company via their "live chat." A bot will answer initially with some options but after numerous messages I did not receive any response. So as of Today 4/7, after one week of waiting the order is still in the same non shipped state it was since 3/31 - yet I have been charged a great deal to purchase and ship these items.
I then tried to find this businesses information via the Arizona Corporation Commission website, but I was unable to find anything. I then looked online at their *** page and got the address of "***" along with all of the One star reviews someone posted that they had unfortunate conversations with someone at the company named ***. So I looked that address up on *** Maps and found that that address is registered to "***" When I searched for *** on the Arizona Corporation Commission website, I get a result of *** And it turns out that *** is owned by a person named ***.
I'm assuming Stability Pro is under the umbrella of the shell company of "***" But its just crazy to me that this site can exist for so long, and be registered in America yet not ship any items to anyone or follow up with customers. This company basically survives by people ordering items, not getting them then getting burned yet not taking action other than vowing to never shop there again.
I will be filing a fraud complaint with the Arizona Attorney General tomorrow morning. The website to file a fraud complaint online is *** I recommend that anyone with proof that they have been defrauded by this company do the same, and hopefully we can get this looked into as I'm sure they have profited greatly not only from this pandemic but just in general.

This company will take your money and never ship your merchandise. Placed an order 3/28/20 and never received my items. Called the 800 number, left messages, and emailed with no response what so ever from the company. Now it appears they have shut down their website. Does not appear to be an honest business.

They did the same thing to me. Now their website is not working. Clearly a scam outfit.

Once again, I should had checked reviews before ordering from these people. B/c no-one around here had thermometers & since mine, of course, had just died, I went online. All the vendors had shipping in 4-6 weeks. This company said 3-5 days & although they were charging an exorbitant price, $25., I decided to go ahead. They charged my account on 3/25 (& most companies charge when they ship). I checked on 3/26 & the PO in AZ had printed label but was still waiting for the item. I emailed the company twice with no response & finally on 3/30 cancelled the order (the PO was still awaiting the item). My credit card company gave me a refund (thank you, ***). On 4/4 (a full 10 days after I originally placed the order & 5 days after I cancelled) I received notice form the PO that the item would be delivered first on 4/7, then 4/6. I emailed the company, & PayPal that I had cancelled & would refuse delivery. The item got delivered today, I gave it back to the mailman & said I refused delivery & to return it to the sender. I emailed the company 3 times today & again of course heard nothing. Never again! They so richly deserve their F rating.
