I have returned you back supports and gave you a handwritten note as to why I returned them. I have tried to contact you several times via telephone and have had no reply! This is BAD customer service and you have ripped me off, That is why you have many bad reviews on social media and an F rating with the Revdex.com!!
I AM REQUESTING A TOTAL REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $54.19 TO BE CREDITED TO MY CARD that I purchased these with. I have no desire to deal with a company such as yours in the future nor will you be recommended to anyone.
I have left you yet another message and hope to hear from you ASAP!!

Only after I contacteId & filed a complaint with PayPal a few days later they decided to ship the items I ordered. Not satisfied with the cheaply made products. They must have done a rush order from some company in China. I may have as well ordered from, eBay or amazon, one of the companies overseas myself if I had known I would be receiving these cheap products, and paid way less than what Stability Pro is charging for them, more than double the price. On one item the zipper broke even before I could try it on. It is the cheapest plastic zipper I have ever seen. It looks like a zipper you would put in baby doll’s clothes. Do not buy from this company especially if you’re not purchasing on eBay or amazon. I noticed that they are selling on eBay, but I still recommend not to buy from them, don’t believe those reviews. This company really needs to be investigated. Giving them a 1 star is undeserving for this company. Beware!!!

I placed an order Aug 30. Payment made 31. Shipping label made Sept 4. Never mailed it. I called USPS. Package was never checked in. I emailed them. Cant call. They swear they mailed it. This is a scam. Dont buy from them. Zero stars if I could.

I ordered a back brace from StabilityPro on August 31st. Not only do I not have the product I was charged for, but the tracking number page says it’s still in Mesa Arizona and has been there since September 4th. I emailed them on at least three occasions and they pushed the blame onto the US POST OFFICE. So the night before last I emailed them and told them to cancel my order, which I had told them I would do if they couldn’t fix this problem. Today I received an email from them saying that they have a no refund policy and would not cancel my order, I would be charged regardless. Mind you I don’t even have the product and they say I can’t cancel my order or seek a refund !!! I don’t remember the credit card I used to order it, but I can find out before today is over and I have told them that I will talk to the credit card company and ask for this help in this matter. By the way their website has NO telephone number that I can call to speak to someone. I hope that between yourself’s and The credit card company that we can right this wrong. Never delivered item that was purchased. Business ignores all forms of communication.

So I ordered 2 items from this place and I paid for 3-5 businesses day shipping which I was suppose to have it by today but this company never sent my package out to usps and it’s still at there facility which is outrageous and when I tried contacting them they blocked me from messaging them on Facebook about my items and I all I want is what I paid for to be honest I don’t have money to just throw down the drain .

On 5/13/2018 I purchased two products from StabilityPro. In which on this day I received an update stating that my order was on the way in 3-5 days. A week later I contacted the company with no response via Facebook Messenger. I then sent an email via the email address. After 3 days I got a response claiming that they have spoken to the post office and will give me a discount. That took place on the 22nd and I have yet to receive my order.

If I could I will rate you a BIG FAT ZERO. My order was place on August 15th and payment was made on August 16th though PayPal.I have not received not one of the 3 products that I ordered. I have sent emails to you which was rejected and you can’t be reach by phone. This company is a scam. I have filed a complaint with PayPal. I want all of my money back. I’m in the process of filing a complaint with Revdex.com. Still as of today as I’m writing this review. The status of tracking history of shipping on USPS stil showing that the acceptance of the package is pending in Scottsdale Az, 85254 as of August 20, 2018. If I don’t get this resolved by PayPal or the Revdex.com I will go to small claims court. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before placing the order. Please return my money back to PayPal. I will never order from you or recommend anyone to order from this. This is an American company ripping people of!

I would not recommend this company. The experience was terrible. After my complaint I finally heard from them a week later. They offer no exchange or credit for my knee sleeve and denied receiving my return. The customer service was one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered online by Credit Card a Knee Brace from StabilityPro.com. This order was placed Aug. 6,2018. I have contacted their support address with no response! I messaged them through Messenger, no response! The knee Brace total came to $25 to $28 I can not remember the exact price, it seem to change!

through stabilitypro. Once item was received it was defective. Item was broken. I reached out to them and returning item and receiving full refund since item was never used and received broken. They ignored my emails and after several emails they finally answered answered stating they wont give refund. If they supply an item that I'd defective they are suppose to offer a full refund or an exchange and they refuse to do either. I believe this is a scam.

I have a bad left knee so I was looking for something to help it. They sent me 2 knee brace and charged me for both, when I only ordered. I have been trying to find a phone number and supposedly an return address so I can send the items back.

As the return policy states, exchanges and refunds cannot be done on these promotional items. US Postal Service Confirms product was delivered to address customer provided at checkout.

I am sending you there return policy that I copied from their site. Wy should I be stuck with a item I can not use and what I see on their site all items are on sale. I want my refund and I told them with all my emails to them.

I also ordered a product from Stability Pro. I have had a terrible experience. So I ordered a product for my knee. It turns out it is too small. So far, I have emailed them 3 times and sent multiple *** chat messages. I have still yet to receive a email back. The responses on *** Messenger are generic. I haven’t been helped at all. There’s no number to call. All I am wanting to do is request a exchange, but no one is helping me with that. It’s not the lack of customer support, there is no customer support. I have tried to see if I can interact with a Manager. The address listed says you can’t return items to that address. At this point I want my money back and not deal with this company again. There is no reason why with all of these reviews, and my experience, they wouldn’t do something about it. They say i’m the website that they are always ready and happy to help. WHERE IS THAT?! Watch out for this company. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them.

Ordered product from company. Received product with broken zipper. Contacted company by email that day, as there is no phone number available. E-mailed company again 6 days later after no response. Company responded with generic email stating that there are no returns, even though at the top of their webpage it says 30 day returns and exchanges 100% guaranteed.

I made a purchase and would like to return it. Returns are given store credit, which I have no problem with. I have tried every possible why through their resources to contact them and it is impossible

I paid $78.38 to StabilityPro.com for 3 braces. I received 1 package containing 2 knee braces. The braces are so cheap that one could buy them at any $0.99 store. There were no instructions inside the bag as to how to use the product, it did not come with care instructions or an address so that I could return it within the 30 days stated on their website. I therefore resealed the package and sent it back. I tried contacting the company but they do not have a phone number and no one ever responds to my emails which I sent, according to their instructions, to ***. I want them to refund me $78.38 since I would never buy anything else from them again.

The business is blatantly lying. The knee braces that I received ARE NOT the ones I ordered and they are not what their picture showed on their website. There is no product number and/or product manufacturer name on their website but I ordered the braces using the exact, same, product description shown on their website and what I got was a pair of cheap braces that do not look like the picture on their site.

I have not received the back brace that I ordered and paid for on 8/4/18. Additionally, when they added a Posture Support to my order I contacted them the same day, 8/4/18, to cancel the order and they never, ever, responded to my emails.

Their return policy is bogus. How can anyone make an exchange for another product when they don't even respond to emails and DO NOT HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER where you can complain or ask questions?

Additionally, they breached this sale contract by not stating up front that in order to use their "chat" window you have to have a Facebook account, which I do not have.

In other words, this so-called "business" is a total fraud because they do not send you what you ordered, they don't have a business telephone number, they do not warn customers that having a Facebook account is a pre-requisite to communicate with them, and even when you send emails, as I have to *** they just ignore you completely.

The company claims that you can return or exchange items purchased on their site within 30 days. I received the items Friday, August 3, 2018. On Saturday, August 3, 2018, I sent an email regarding a return and how to process one. I sent two more emails yesterday, August 6, 2018 and no response. I also tried to contact them repeatedly through their Facebook messenger and no response. The messenger claims to respond within the hour. Their website claims returns 100% guaranteed. How can they claim this if they do not respond to my emails?

The company reached out to me yesterday after so many messages. I am a very dissatisfied customer. Their products are not what they claim to be and neither is their customer service. They offered an exchange but I do not trust that they will send me a replacement item. It took so long for them to respond to my request. I don't have faith in their words.

I ordered online with StabilitPro about 2 weeks ago. The amount of $24.98 was taken out of my account and I expected the product within a week. I never got a confirmation email so I had to search for the screenshot of my order number. I contacted this company a handful of times. After long responses times I kept being told they couldn't find my order. Today I got an email saying they would see what is going on with USPS. I also got offered 45% off anything on their website. I really want what I ordered or a refund.

I too ordered from this company. I have had horrible experiences from this company. They do not have a customer service number, only email or chat (but you have to create an account or log into Facebook). They do not respond to emails from long periods of time, then when they finally do, its a generic response. I had trouble with the delivery of my order too.... I received tracking information from USPS, but it didn't ship until a week later, after me emailing them numerous times. When I finally received my order, the product is very poor quality and poorly made. I want to return the products, but I got a generic response indicating that no returns only exchanges for store credit. Why would I want a store credit or exchange when their products are inferior...??? They are horrible and I would never buy from them again nor recommend them... BEWARE ordering from this company.

Purchased compressions socks, they did not fit. Returned them *** ( they have no return mechanism I can find) which delivered them on June 19, 2018. Have heard nothing. I included note on size and compression I needed. I tried their chat and support email and still have had no response.
