They're not even close The *** has a separate living room, dining area, full kitchen, bedroom, and even a walk in closet They have granite countertops, jacuzzi tubs, full, walk in shower with glass door, full, double vanity, plastered ceilings, hardwood molding, quality furniture and appliances, dishwasher, two HDTV's, etc They even have solid core residential quality interior doors And, the workmanship on everything perfectThe [redacted] has plastic laminated furniture, MDF trim, popcorn ceilings, engineered (fake) countertops and shower surround, a beat up [redacted] microwave, a mini fridge, and a coffee makerThe workmanship is also sub-par It's perfectly adequate My complaint is not with any of that, it's with the rating The place is just not four stars and I don't care what your competitors have to say about it It's obvious that this is an inflated rating when compared to a real four star resort in the same townYou run your business however you want I've used your service in the past and I've been happy about half of the time This experience, and your lack of a satisfactory resolution, has convinced me to spend my money elsewhere I can get a much better deal and customer service from [redacted] *** Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First of all, the "contract" you refer to is very poorly formatted for mobile phones I never even knew there was more information below the room cost on that page of the purchase process (until I received a copy of the "contract" from your customer service) Secondly, if priceline is only offering person rooms then why did the offer automatically pop up charging me for rooms? Knowing I needed to house people, it should have popped up selling me rooms, and with the price for rooms- that would have been honest Instead the deal did not pop up offering me room, to let me know my previously entered information was being ignored- it popped up with rooms implying that that was what I needed to accommodate the travel details given to priceline Third, you now tell me that it is up to the hotel to determine the room confguration, but when I call the hotel they tell me they can not touch or do anything with my reservation because it is through priceline Priceline is defrauding people with this "policy" to actively deceive the consumer and then refusal to refund, even within moments of hitting the buy button Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the issue at hand is not being addressed I know that the reservation was non refundable and nonchangeable What I'm trying to get u to recognize is that I was mislead regarding what I was buying On the website I clicked on the link to book the atrium view room That link sent me to another page where I went through with the reservation Unbeknownst to me, the link sent me to purchase a standard view room which was not what I wanted and I didn't realize this until I received the confirmation I know you think I just mistakenly clicked on the wrong button, but I went back through the process to pretend I was making another reservation and I verified that the website clearly stated "atrium view" beside the button that I clicked I feel that Priceline has deliberately made the process deceiveable, tricking people into thinking they are getting something that they are not I took a screenshot of the page, but no one at priceline.com would give me an email to send it to Sincerely, S [redacted]
