We contacted Stampede Plumbing this morning regarding a concern about experiecning a lead with our water heater. Carey and Catrina who are always very professional and pleasant to communicate with assured us that a plumber would be to the house before the day was through. Not only did Stampede manage to fit us in to their schedule, but they did so quite promptly. Within a few hours we were contacted to inquire if it was a convenient time for us and to let us know that they could have Dekota to our home in 30 minutes to address the concern. As a courtesy to customers, Stampede Plumbing contacts their customer with a 30 minute call ahead of the expected arrival time so that the customer is not inconvenienced. Dekota arrived at the time promised, inspected the water heater, diagnosed the problem, communicated the recommended repair, verified that the water heater was under full warranty and addressed the repair. Dekota was very thorough in monitoring the system after the repair in order to assess that the repair was fully and accurately complete. Stampede Plumbing continues to impress us each and every time we communicate and interact with them. Thank you Dekota, Catrina and Carey, we appreciate your customer service, attention to detail and always feel confident knowing you are a company of integrity and that we can rely on you when the need arises!

Carey went over and beyond to get a tech out to our home on Easter Sunday afternoon. We went from a 5 hour wait time to less 2! He pretty much isolated our problem and assured us it was not an active leak. But he wanted his supervisor to double check him as we were getting ready to go out of the country. the next morning Mikey showed up before 10 am and once again assured us it was not an active leak and what to do to fix the issue The peace of mind alone was worth it. Have their business card magnet permanently on our refrigerator. Hopefully we will never need them.. but if we do... they are the only ones I will call. Thank you.

Thorough, punctual, professional, articulate, knowledgeable. Simply put; they show up on time, get the job done and keep you in the know of what is going on and what needs to be done at a fair price. Not the cheapest; but, frankly water damage is very expensive and I prefer to pay to have it done right. These guys are the best!

Stampede Plumbing is the only company that I use for all of my home plumbing needs. They take care of everything from appointment set up, then on to professional knowledge and workmanship, right through to cleanup. Great work guys.

I called Stampede Plumbing because they were listed as a "certified/trusted partner" on the Rosie on the House website. Everyone starting with the customer service was very professional. I was very pleased to have gotten Cameron as my plumber for my service call. He was very attentive to all my questions and concerns and was very efficient with the work he performed. Cameron's high level of professionalism and skill is a key reason why I would definitely call Stampede Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

I wholeheartedly give Stampede a 5 Star rating....punctual, discussed all work with me prior then afterward explained all they had done, they left the place clean and neat and always wore shoe covers. I could not be happier with their work. In addition I might add that I had them install my water softener system which I love. They did a fabulous job. Thank you.

Had to have Stampede out after a problem continued with a rust stain on our bathroom counter. This made me feel that the original job had not been done completely. We asked for Cameron as we had used him in the summer and were very satisfied. The plumber who came out the first time said the problem of a leaking faucet at the handle was due to a loose connection which he said he tightened up. When Cameron came he felt that the problem was more than a loose screw, and went the extra mile to put in a new piece and was thorough, professional and listened to our frustrations! I would have him again, and ask for him the next time we had plumbing problems. He did not charge us for the repeat service call, and took time to look at another problem we were having. We have used Stampede since 2003 when it was just a little plumbing company in Gilbert and followed them when they became Benjamin Franklin. 16 years of satisfaction! They want to keep their good name and are willing to "eat" the extra expense of a return call if the job was not done to customer satisfaction the first time.

I called this morning about buying an installed replacement water heater. I had full information on the scope of work, with photographs, that I could have sent to them via email. They refused this offer and said that they would send a plumber to the job site with a water heater on the truck, and he would quote a price at that time. I asked for a ball park price and this request was refused. The person that I talked to said that if I purchased the water heater from them they would waive the $69.00 service fee. When I asked if their final price was out of line and I rejected their offer, would I be billed the $69.00 service fee, and the answer was yes!!!
In my opinion, paying $69.00 for a salesman to come to my house to quote a price is way out of line and deserving of a one star rating.
I have since purchased a water heater from a company that believes in honesty and good customer relations!!

Thanks for your comments, Tom. We have a great team of knowledgeable, certified, trained plumbers that we send to your home to assess your set up in person for many important reasons. First, we send our experienced plumber to your home to make sure everything is up to code, we cannot work on equipment that is not up to code. Secondly, we charge per job, not per hour, and every home and set up is unique. This is why we send our experienced plumber to your so we can give you a price, exact to the penny so you know what you will be paying for with no surprises. And lastly, when calling the office, our customer service staff is very experienced and more than capable of helping schedule an appointment for you. But, they are not certified, trained plumbers. It would not be fair for a customer service representative to try and quote a price for plumbing work over the phone. I hope this helps you understand how we work and why we would want to send the certified professional to your home to give you the best possible service. Customer service is our number one priority, along with safety which is why we have been successful in the plumbing industry in the Valley for over 30 years and have won the Revdex.com excellence award numerous times. Incorrect representation of price; price switch when arriving to complete; charge for arriving at the property after being told by driver he would leave for me to decide whether or not I wanted to do business with the company; no resolution from assistant office manager when I contacted; blame placed on me as consumer.

I just reviewed the account notes and see we did address his concern on 11/13/18 and again on 11/16/18 and we emailed the customer the recorded call that shared with him that he agreed to the 69.00 service fee. The call recording the customer told us he tried to clear the clog in the sink for 30 minutes and it won’t clear, He said he is too busy and just needs this fixed. We offered an appointment the same day and told him “we have a 69.00 service call to come out plus the price of the job.” He said “I thought you did drain clogs for 69 flat”, we replied, “no unless there is a special on line, you can look at our website to see if there is any specials” and then our call taker said “there is a coupon for 76.00 off drain cleaning, your more than welcome to use that, show it to the plumber.” The customer replied “then that is probably what I will use then.” Our call taker told him how to find the coupon on the website, and said again to him “it says 76.00 off drain cleaning and you print it out and show it to the plumber.” He replied “is that it, she said yes.”

The customer may have got us mixed up with another plumbing company, we did what we agreed to do with him on the phone call, its recorded, the customer clearly understood and agreed on the phone to our 69.00 service call. I have attached the phone call recording we emailed the customer in November, so you can hear the customer say yes to the 69.00 service call and that he will get the 76.00 off drain cleaning coupon and show the plumber. I am very sorry the customer is confused, and is having a clog, the call recording is very clear and did not switch anything up, he agreed 2 times to the service call fee, we have had the same service call price for over 10 years, there is no switching going on from us. I’m sorry the customer had plumbing problems and is not happy with what was agreed to.
