Trever was perfection as far as professionalism is concerned. He was prompt, very personable, and competent in his job that he did for me. The problem that I had was fixed quickly.
Only negative, NOT aimed at Trever, is the disgustingly high costs for the other components that were for sale. (water heater, etc.) Unbelievable.

Had Benjamin Franklin come out today to service water heater -- they were professional; they contacted me about 30 minutes in advance of arrival; plumber was friendly, competent, had all the details and parts needed on hand. Offered me advice and several discount options. I've used them several times and service has always been very good.

The company is great from a professional perspective. The phone representatives are friendly and are very willing to help. The individual that came to repair the plumbing issue was also excellent. I have no complaints regarding the service I received. My concern is around the overall price of the service. I was given the option if I did not want the plumber to proceed with the work. However, I was already paying for the service charge and they were present so I went forward with it. Looking back I would shop the market before calling them to ensure that I am not being charged more than another company charged. Regardless, the staff was excellent.

I want to thank Cristina for handling my call and setting up an appointment. with your serviceman Zizzo. He arrived within ten minutes of the appointment time and I was impressed with his red boots. He assessed both problems quickly and immediately went about repairing them. Very soon I had running water again in my house. Great job Zizzo.
