Great and wonderful! I called Benjamin Franklin for a water heater flush. Once Chris arrived, he understood I was also interested in the general condition of the water heater, which was installed 8 years ago. He explained he'd get a real good idea once he started the flush and seeing the color or sediment that would first come out, but the overall flush would take about 20 minutes. After about 10 minutes, he said I've got no worries and the tank condition looks good. He explained he saw no brown or rust tint in the water and only a white-ish color that's normal due the water softener. Chris said he didn't see anything to be concerned with at this time. And while the flush was finishing up, he took the time to explain how a tankless water heater works and the benefits over a tank, if I ever wanted to consider. And we even talked about his plumbing background and how he got started. Great guy! Good job, couldn't be happier with the work done and will recommend BFP to others and will call, again, if needed in the future.

The work they did was very good but the price gave me sticker shock. I was expecting to pay between $300 and $500, but my bill was $1300. What was I suppose to do, my bath was tore apart and a new vanity was sitting on my porch.
We are very sorry that our price did not meet your needs. I know your job was a difficult job, the vanity was very difficult to get to the bathroom and it took the right experience and work ethics and planning to do the work correctly the same day. Unfortunately, we have seen jobs that people have paid a lower price and in return did not get the job done correctly and had to have it redone.
There may be items that we also pay for that is not known of, but is important for us to provide the excellent service that you received. Some of the items include labor, labor taxes, weekly training, liability insurance, workers comp, employee benefits, office staff, accounting work, credit card fees, uniforms, background and drug tests, vehicle repairs, tools and tool repairs, ect.
I'm very grateful that your happy with the work we performed, I wish our price could be lower, too, if I cut some of our costs, we would also be reducing our great service and expertise. Thank you for your review, I hope you have a great day and enjoy your new cabinet and plumbing.
You can give all the reasons you want but that still doesn't explain why my bill was 0ver $300 an hour. It was not difficult getting the vanity top upstairs and the cabinet was all ready in place. When your man finished and I seen what was involved I wish I would have done it myself.
I've worked with Ben Franklin in our Arizona and Minnesota homes. Their people are, without exception, competent, honest, friendly, and very customer focused. All my experiences, including one where our Arizona home needed to be completely re-plumbed including all new pipes, have been 100% positive. As a retired person who for many years led a large business that was customer-driven, I highly recommend Ben Franklin to any home-owner.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did work in my condo today. The workers were Trever and Chris. Very polite, did good work, explained everything, cleaned up and generally were a pleasure to have working here.
