I needed the water heater replaced at my house and learned of this business through a discount program at work. The phone staff were very professional and prompt with scheduling an appointment. The technician was very friendly and explained all the work to be completed. The work was completed quickly and was top notch in appearance and quality. Very happy

I wasn't able to get a quote over the phone or via email but because the cost could vary so much. The staff was friendly and the plumber was on time. We had a 3 hour window and they called when someone was on their way. My husband ended up helping to dig I the front yard to find the leak which was unexpected but they found it and fixed it. The plumber also checked our meter when all water was off to ensure there were no other leaks. Overall good experience and cost less than I initially anticipated.

Trever of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and took the time I needed to explain all options in dealing with my plumbing problem. He was patient in answering the many questions I had and did not exert any pressure on me to make an on-the-spot decision. I would definitely use his company for any future plumbing problems.

I am pleased with the timely and expert plumbing by John who replaced our old (and dysfunctional) garbage disposal unit. He was quick and fully explained what went wrong with our old unit and how to maintain our new unit. Excellent work and customer service

I had Trever install a new garbage disposal and new drainage today. People who set the appointments in the office as well as technicians are very professional, and they do excellent work. This is my second time hiring Benjamin Franklin (for 2 different jobs) in 3 months. I am a happy customer!

Jairo came to resolve an emergency work in my master bathroom on a weekend 3 months ago. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The lady who made the emergency appointment was very friendly yet professional too.

Do not hire this company for any work. Their sticker was affixed on my water heater for warranty work after a year elapsed, and being just after the 5 year mark- I chose to call them. Upon doing so, a team of 2 men arrived and didn't want to inspect the water heater with me in the same room. Each time I entered, they'd walk away from the heater. I was given an estimate for a monthly membership of so-called protection for $103 monthly charges, a diagnostic charge for $274 for a therma coupler replacement and labor, $300 for a flush that is usually included in the replacement anyway and $360 for a filter to prevent damage and a $69 inspection fee. When I told them the parts were under warranty they were shocked and said no. I had to get my book out and physically show them, and they didn't know who to call or what to do. It was me who called the heater manufacture to begin the claim process. I took down the info, and the operate instructed us that the part which costs $10.99 would have to be fully replaced which they then changed to quote from $274 to $500 and alleged that their expertise and knowledge validated the price hike. Meanwhile, I had called a trusted licensed, insured and respected plumber from the Buckeye community who divulged that they were ripping me off and to tell them to leave. As I did, they were utterly shocked and I accrued an additional shipping charge of $27.03 for the part & sent them on their way to which they must have went straight to the bank and cashed my $69 check. The part came & my trusted plumber arrived and spent 3 hours trying to replace the part & heater still would not work. So the company suggested that I order a gas valve to which I paid another $54.05 in shipping for. It arrived and my same trusted plaumber worked for another 3 hours and flushed the heater and it still wouldn't work. They had misdiagnosed the problem from the getgo- and I was out time & more money. Eventually, it had to be replaced and the my trusted plumber from 1 Buckeye Plumbing in Buckeye, AZ handled the shipping, warranty registration and haul off at his own expense. I am insulted that they tried to take advantage of me, and even more insulted that they were wrong to begin with and comfortable depleting my savings while they tried to figure out what the problem truly was. Don't hire this company. Ever.

We do work with manufacturer warranties, but do have a labor charge to perform the repairs. A tech serviced my home today. He did a great job on the water heater flush and checked out a drip from my faucet. He was kind and told me to contact the manufacturer about the drip as it is likely to do with that. He was respectful and quick but explained everything so I felt comfortable. All around great job.

Benjamin Franklin sent a plumber out on the next day, even though I didn't have an emergency. Jairo was very informative, skillful, pleasant and helpful. I required a new hot water heater and he installed it right then. Great service!

Trever and Ryan worked on replacing a bath tab faucet in my house. Both are very pleasant people and very good professionals. They arrived on time, explained all my options and completed the work as agreed timely and in the best possible way. They also advised me on improvements that would help increase the life of the plumbing system and prevent problems. I really appreciate the detail explanation.

Trever and Dekota were excellent in quickly assessing and repairing my leak. They were courteous, professional, and yet very friendly in their interactions with me. In keeping with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing's standards, they used the shoe coverings when in the house.
