We had an irrigation valve line leak late last night and they were able to come out within the hour and repair the leak and add a cut off valve so we could continue to have water throughout the night. I would highly recommend these people as they have yet to disappoint us.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was good to work with they were on time and gave me all my options right up front.

Major repairs needed to my water treatment system, and Trever and his team provided prompt, efficient, and courteous work. Was very impressed with them.

Trevor was the plumber. Very friendly and appeared knowledgeable. On time. Willing to go extra mile to get the job done. I think this company is a little over-priced though.

Ben Franklin Plumbimg did some work for us. They arrived here when they said that they would and did the work efficiently and solved a our problem. I will continue to use them.

The technician that came to our house from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was very professional and honest. Explaining everything as needed. Mr. Z very knowledgeable and friendly. The job was done quickly and he double checked his work before leaving.

The plumbing technician arrived at the appointed time. I showed him what I wanted done and he did the job quickly and efficiently. I also asked him to give me an estimate on some other plumbing jobs I needed to have done around the house. He did, gave me an estimate for the work to be done which I agreed to and will have him do. Later in the day, I was called by Ben Franklin Plumbing to set up a time for the rest of the work. That was taken care of. The plumbing tech. was very pleasant, efficient and cleaned up to job site to my satisfaction.

I was notified prior to the technician arriving that he was on his way. Jared arrived on-time, as promised. He was courteous and cheerful, an indication that he likes his job. He explained my options, and detailed various plans/offers that his company, Benjamin Franklin, provides. No hard sell. He never tried to push something on me. He completed his work quickly and efficiently. He left the area impeccable. Prior to his leaving he explained in detail what had been completed and asked me to call if there were any questions or concerns I might have later on. I am very pleased with the work completed, the pricing and the staff at Benjamin Franklin.

We recently had a plumbing issue and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Everyone we spoke to was incredibly friendly. The service repaire man, Nick, was very knowledgeable and even pointed out that the part we needed was still under warranty. We are very pleased with our service, the level of knowledge, and honesty with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Was very pleased with the visit from Jared today. He flushed out my tankless water heater, checked all the plumbing in my house, and replaced an aging kitchen faucet with a new one. Have been doing business with Benjamin Franklin for over 15 years now, and have never been disappointed.

Based on service received on May18,2017, I am very pleased to submit this review. My service request was scheduled promptly and the technician arrived exactly on time. Dakota was very pleasant and easy to talk to as he thoroughly explained the extent of out problem and suggested improvements in our water purification system to deal with these problems. Once we made the decision to proceed with the recommended changes another technician, John, was called to join in the repairs. Work was all finished in a timely fashion and I was given instructions about the new system. This service call far exceeded my expectations and the technicians were both friendly and professional. I most highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and will pass on the information I received on to neighbors and friends.

My first contact with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was with Carey M. Upon answering the phone, she was very pleasant and professional. Mikey G., the plumber, was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My job was so big, Mikey called for assistance Chris T. arrived and he too has the same qualities as Mikey.
