RE: Wireless Account #[redacted] & Home Account # ###-###-####,[redacted]
Cincinnati Bell is responding to your Revdex.com rebuttal.
What you were advised about your data speeds previously is correct. Per our records you were using an [redacted] before you left Cincinnati Bell Wireless. The [redacted] as well as many other handsets would display an “H” to indicate a 4G data speed signal.
You were enrolled in Ebill service before you cancelled so all of your bills would have been sent to you via email. As a courtesy I have sent you all invoices from March 2014 until your final bill printed 11/25/14. These are being mailed to your current address: [redacted].

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Cincinnati Bell seems to be phoning me to pay on my now cancelled account. We had been unhappy with their services and wanted to, and tried to cancel in December of 2015 even though they would not accept our calls for cancellation. Their "policy" of protecting the customer is bogus, since upon entering the brick/mortar store and asking for assistance, their employees neither asked nor required ANY personal identification from me.We will not pay them any monies due and would like a refund for the entire last 30 days of all of the services they had previously provided to us. thank you,
Regards,

RE: ###-###-####
Cincinnati Bell is
responding to the complaint that you filed with the Revdex.com of
Ohio concerning your Final Bill.
In reviewing your...
account,
I found that the Bill dated February 17th in the amount of $128.33 was
not paid. Your number was not ported out
until 03-10-16. You were billed up to 03-07-16.
The Final bill had late
fees which I removed. The Long Distance
charge of $14.44 was for service from 02-05-16 up to 03-05-16. Cincinnati Bell bills the long distance one
month in arrears.
I made adjustments today
in the amount of $12.47. The balance
owing on the final bill at this time is $138.18.
It is never Cincinnati
Bell’s intention to upset our customers in any way. On behalf of Cincinnati Bell, I apologize if
you feel we have done so in this matter.

RE: ###-###-####,[redacted]
Cincinnati Bell is responding to your Revdex.com complaint.
I have reviewed your account. The port request for your telephone number was received on 4/8/16 with requested due date...
4/14/16. No request to change this due date or cancel the port was received. This is why your Cincinnati Bell services went down on 4/14/16 as scheduled.
Per our records account number ###-###-####[redacted] was activated in your name on 4/29/16. I apologize the correct number was not given to you when this new account was activated. I have already processed an order to reactivate ###-###-#### and as I advised I will contact you as soon as this order completes.
The new account number to give to your current provider will be ###-###-####,[redacted]. Please make sure they use this account number to submit a new port out request.
Since the new account wasn’t activated correctly I will have the final bill sent to my office, and will make sure it is adjusted in full once the number is ported out and the account is closed.
Please call me at ###-###-#### if you have any questions or concerns regarding the port request or your Cincinnati Bell account.
It is never Cincinnati Bell’s intention to upset or frustrate our customers. On behalf of Cincinnati Bell I apologize if we have done so in this matter.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
Regards,
[redacted] I appreciate your quick response to my Revdex.com complaint. As you can see from the...
attached documentation, the agreement with your representative was indefinite. Cincinnati Bell is responsible for any agreements between its sales staff and the customer. I ask that you honor the agreement. It is why my husband signed the agreement that day. The voice mail Mr. P. left on our phone confirming my email of 12/2/12 was erased when the entire voice mail system was shut down the day Fioptics was installed. The voice mail system had to be reinstalled as a result of the error and we lost all saved voice mails. We ask that you honor the agreement per the documents attached. The $120 monthly fee on an ongoing basis is acceptable. The ###-###-#### number Sue provided is a general customer service number that I’ve found hard to deal with. Should I continue to deal with Jeff P. after 7/19/17 and reference this complaint? Thank you. [redacted]### ### ####-Home; ###-###-####-cell

[redacted]Customer called indicating the credit has been applied, however, he is still not receiving the bundled services (Cincinnati Bell + [redacted]) that he was promised and at the rate stated in the contract. He was promised one bill and this issue has not been resolved. He has spoken to a couple of people who have been very nice but nothing has been done.

RE: Police Report #[redacted]
Cincinnati Bell is responding to the Revdex.com complaint.
Cincinnati Bell has investigated this incident and we decline to compensate [redacted] in his request.
Within our investigation, we did find a Police Report was filed ([redacted]) in which [redacted] claimed Cincinnati Bell was blocking his driveway and prevented him from accessing his property. This is not true. On Saturday, August 27th, two technicians from Cincinnati Bell (CBT) were working on [redacted] replacing bad aerial wire. At the time [redacted] pulled up there was a wire crossing his driveway. The CBT technicians asked [redacted] if he would like them to move the wire so he could enter his drive. [redacted] declined stating he would rather call the police and film the crew. In which he did. The [redacted] Sheriff’s Dept. arrived and they were familiar with [redacted]. They found no wrong doing on CBT’s part and no threatening words were spoken by either party. CBT accommodated [redacted] and he refused to take advantage of the offer.
Again, the Police Report finds no wrong doing on CBT’s part and with this resolve, Cincinnati Bell will not compensate [redacted] for his request and considers this issue CLOSED.

Cincinnati Bell is responding to your Revdex.com rebuttal.
I apologize but as an Executive Escalations Representative we do not disclose our last names.
As you requested over the phone I sent verification of this account being closed with a $0 balance on company letterhead via the USPS. This was sent out on 4/13/15.
I have reviewed your account billing again and have found that you paid your bill of $51.93 for service dates 6/1/14-6/30/14 in full. The service at your previous address was disconnected on 6/13/14. I have therefore issued an adjustment for $31.21 for dates 6/13-6/30.
You will receive a refund check for this amount within 30 days.
Again, on behalf of Cincinnati Bell I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Cincinnati Bell considers this complaint closed.
