I am rejecting this response because:  I have already rejected this solution once before.  I continue to reject it because I was sold a defective product and a reputable company should stand behind the products they sell.  Not only is the product defective, it has caused deaths.  It doesn't matter where in the world one happens to have imported this merchandise, the fact of the matter is it remains life-threatening.

I am rejecting this response because:IKEA has provided the exact same response as previously, which I rejected. The dressers were purchased in the US. IKEA has itself stated that the dressers are only recalled for North America, and that each IKEA acts independently. Therefore, I cannot contact IKEA Italy about returning dressers which were purchased in and recalled in the US.

I am rejecting this response because Ikea has claimed that they are processing a refund in the past, but have not done so.  I will only be satisfied once I see that the money we paid is back in our accounts.  Please keep this case open until Ikea has reimbursed us.

Hello- missing parts were sent out from our New Haven location on 9/11.  The parts were sent via [redacted].

IKEA Seattle has contacted the customer and requested more information.

customers order has been delivered.  they were also issued their refund for the delivery fee, along with a $25 IKEA Gift Card Accommodation.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  It is not clear to me from the message if anyone took action as a result of my Revdex.com complaint but the Paramus store finally issued a store credit for the goods that were never delivered.  I would have preferred a refund but I am considering this complaint closed at this time.
