We got the new one...

from [redacted]. The lady dropping it off said she couldnt believe anyone would ship something looking like that. The way it was wrapped was a joke and the bottom back corner is also dented in. Were just going to live with it cause we dont have hours upon hours to waste on the phone with Ikea customer service. Calling it a life lesson on where not to shop while furnishing our new house and where not to get our kitchen.

I am rejecting this response because:Ikea did not leave me a voicemail about the complaint.  It's disgusting that they lie when responding to Revdex.com.  It doesn't matter because I drove back over the store and a clerk processed the refund for me.  I don't think it has gone through on my credit card yet, but I have the receipt for the refund so I will follow up with my credit card company if it doesn't go through.  Ikea should just be clear to customers that nothing gets done over the phone- you have to go back to the store.  I will never shop there again.
