I had filed complaint #[redacted] but in error said their response was acceptable. They didn't fix anything, they wanted...

to know what part. We still have not received the back rail of the bunk bed we paid for. It's been over a month and HOURS on the phone trying to resolve this issue. I will not be satisfied until I either get a FULL refund or the rail we paid for. The complaint came from requesting numerous times to have a back rail on a bunk bed sent. The first call was 2/24/2018. We have made 4 calls since, emails, facebook messages. They keep saying they will send the part. I'm tired of wasting my time.Deliver the part immediately. They keep saying 7-10 days. It's been over 1 month.
