Not shipping
I placed my order number 51864 but all it says is order placed after 3 days.I’m just wondering what’s going on or if my site is glitched?I was thinking it was just that you guys were backed up on orders which is fine but pls let me know any info.TY

They are ridiculous ... simply take your business elsewhere simple as that they are like the rest of these scam companies until im proven other wise I ordered something, in which I should have looked at the reviews first and now I dont know what to expect.

Not gone say it’s a bad company BUT , I ordered on March 1st & as of today I still haven’t received anything from them. I’ve been emailing constantly with NO REPLYS! I’m starting to get agitated. All it takes is communication. But they won’t respond for st. I need to know what’s going on with my order. Either that or I want a refund

I purchased a custom necklace and pendant and in June sevens 2019 it is now March 2020 and I have not received my item no a refund for my item or any item of equal value

Worst company to do business with I ordered 2019 oct its now march 2020 and they said I would have to pay extra to get it shipped cause they messed up the shipping address and it was returned I would not buy anything from them. Plus their customer services is a joke

We understand your disappointment about the delays, however, if you check the USPS website, you will see that the package did not get delivered because of the incomplete address you entered when you checked out. I placed my order in January and havent recieved it as of today. I have emailed them and the response is I should be getting a tracking number any day. I normally check reviews but this time I didnt. After reading the reviews I wish I never ordered from them. They have the nerve to offer discounts and send emails to try and sell me more stuff and I havent recieved my original one its like a slap in the face to think Im so stupid to place another order when its been 8 weeks and havent gotten the first.

I purchased merchandise and never received it. I emailed customer service but after a while I got no response. I wanted a refund but never got it. I tracked the package and it was out for delivery in Brazil

I purchase a watch from retailer on 12/16.
Client advertised that I would be able to receive my merchandise before Christmas(THAT IS ENTIRELY THE REASON I PURCHASED FROM THEM) Not only did my product not come, it is 2/17 and I've still yet to receive the goods I paid them for.
They sent me an email saying they missed placed my order. The manager contacted me saying that my order was lost as well.I have sent them over 10 emails regarding this issue. After the 5 email which I sent mid Januray, I ask company for a refund.
Company denied my refund-Reason because my order had been processed and was in production. They said that I would have product "Soon" No exact date.
I week after that email I get another email apologizing, Company said they didn't have the material to process or produce my order.
This means I was lied to my order was never processed or being made.
They asked me to pick another watch, frustrated with the company I still went along and selected another watch.
They promised me I would have my merchandise by "Mid February" I contacted company again this month and I received the same automated message asking me to be patience and that my order is processing.
I've been waiting months for a product that was suppose to come in seven days.

I have been overly patient with this company, I feel like I am being scammed at this point.
I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! PLEASE HELP!

They have scarred me from every buying online again. I ordered a photo pendent 5 MONTHS AGO! I have asked for my money back over and over again. Their website States 100% refund if unsatisfied with purchase. I am very unsatisfied and was denied my money. Said it's against their policy to give me my refund and I've been told they are waiting for a response from their problem solvers team or something like to get me my chain. I have been given this same answer for 2-3 months already. Exact same answer. Won't give me a tracking number. I'm sure the upper team has given an answer or have done something with all the commotion ive Been starting. But I doubt there's a such team and I've just robbed. Straight up stole money from me. No product no money. Should I go to police.? Local news?

I purposely ordered a necklace as a gift for Christmas in early november. I received a order confirmation email telling me it takes 2 weeks to handmake and another week to ship. It’s january 4th and I’ve yet to receive my order. I reached out to the company 4 or 5 times now explaining my problem and I was told the same thing each time, that they were contacting someone else for my shipping information and would let me know when they have an update for me. I asked for a refund and was told they are going to see if they can process and approve my request. I have yet to receive my money back. This is my worst online shopping experience and I recommend every one take their business elsewhere. $245 down the drain. Merry christmas.

TERRIBLE, I ordered a chain December 2nd and it still has yet to come. I wasn't given a tracking number. I called the people holding my card and at this point I'm about to file a dispute to get my money back asap.

This website is a scam I ordered back in September when I emailed them about it not being here he wanted me to send a picture of my bank receipt showing that I paid for it when I had already sent him the confirmation from my email but he insisted that he wanted to see had they charged me for it after several months with no tracking number or anything I asked for a refund still NOTHING PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEM OR MONEY BACK!

I ordered my order from there about 3 months ago. I have contacted them many many times. They still have not gotten my item to me. Every time I have checked up on where my jewelry is, they have said something along the lines of, “Our shipment is having some problems, but we are sorting them out.” Then I asked for a refund/ return. They said, “Since it is a sale item, we are not able to refund this item.” I am getting very angry and wondering if they just ripped me off. Also! When I first bought this item. They claimed the shipping was $14, yet they charged me over $16. It even said in my order confirmation that I was paying $14. Later when I looked at my bank account, they charged me extra and it became more than $16!!! I am very mad. “Problems” with shipping should not take this long. It has been 3 months and still no order, nor delivery! I want my money back from them. Please help me with this. Thank you.

It usually takes 8 weeks at most to create the pendant, however, we have had issues with the previous ones that were created which is why we had we have re-ordered the items. At this point, the order is still under production and we should be able to provide a tracking number in the next week or so.
