The site is easy to use and easy to order products off of. Their processing time was really accurate lol, mine started shipping on the 10th BUSINESS DAY (doesnt include weekends) a lot of people fail to miss that part. Although its a long time to have to wait for a pendant, id say everything is good and I was able to be contacted by one of the reps and she was really nice. I hope in the future the processing and shipping time becomes faster though because I can see a lot of potential in this company :)

I didn't even get my chain it's been almost 2 months now and I've triple checked my info

This is AWFUL. This must be a huge SCAM. I ordered a gold tennis chain easily over a month ago. All the details were WRONG and now when I go back to my order page, it's gone or deleted. Your business is a joke. I really hope you don't scam others like you did me. I AM VERY ANGRY AT MY RESULTS. Maybe I'm the stupid one for not reading the terrible reviews first... I WANT EITHER MY CHAIN OR MY MONEY!

Tbh I've tryed just like everyone else tbh I just want my chain and pendent I don't want my money back or anything I just want what I've payed for. I've left emails and all. I ordered my chain and pendant on Dec 20 2018 6:41 A.M. I'm just wondering when will you guys update my order so it can be at my from door idc about anything else but my chain this my first time ordering off line I hope this not my last cause tbh it's a lot more I want from you guys but I had to try first . Hope to get my chain soon .

I do understand that you'd like to receive your chain but you must have not read our processing time for custom items. It takes 4-5 weeks for our jewelers to hand make your pendant. Therefore, your order is still in production. Please reach out to us with any other issues you have via email.

I placed an order on December 12th 2018 and the shipping was supposed to be 4 - 8 days and it's been long past due. I'm growing increasingly frustrated because I thought it would be here before Christmas I really would just like the product I paid for NOW but if that's not possible then I want my money back. I ordered because I thought this was a legit site but obviously it isn't as I can tell by reading these other complaints by bothered customers. Please improve your customer satisfaction

Our processing time is 7-10 business days and shipping is 3-7 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Due to the holidays, there has been an increase in our processing time. Ok I got an email saying that the product was on its way January 4th. It's now January 17th which is well past the 4-8 business days the website stated and the 3-7 business days you mentioned above. I'm trying to be patient and optimistic about the situation but clearly my product is arriving anytime soon and at this point I'd just like my refund. I won't be buying from your company anymore as I am a dissatisfied customer.

The order was shipped out on January 4th, please check the tracking history for proof. The order was delivered within 9-10 business days instead of 7 business days, this is because our postal carriers have an increase of delivery time as well due to the holidays. BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!! I ordered a custom BUBBLE letter chain when I finally got my package the only thing that was in it was a little rope necklace AND NO BUBBLE LETTER CHAIN!!!! I want either my money back or my chain before I let everybody on social media know you guy's basically sent me an EMPTY BOX AND LOOK MY MONEY!!!!

I ordered some items 1st week of December for Christmas and shipping confirmed 4-8 days. Well we are past that and I still haven't received an email stating when it would ship. I also emailed the company 4 times and no response. I'm sure half of the reviews on here would be solved if the customer service wasn't so horrible. Stndrdz it's as simple as this, you get an email you respond to an email. The problem you have is brought on by your lack of customer service not to mention the damper it puts on your reputation. This is the 21st century. Social media can kill a company. I will never buy from this company again and would not recommend any to either. I'll be getting a refund from Apple Pay since Stndrdz has never answered a single email.

So my my son ordered an extra large 5 letter bubble letter piece paid for November 2, its December 15 , still nothing not even an update cause I was going to buy one to but now how it's looking I'm not I'mma just try the gemgods cause this is looking like a scam. He gave his information and all and still haven't got any updates or anything . This is so unprofessional , we buy alot of jewelry online this is the most scamish like company I ever dealt with

I ordered a pendant from Stndrdz and received it within 6 days from ordering. It seems like most of their customers do not read any of the information regarding processing and shipping times on the website. It's too bad most people only come on here to complain and write negative things about Stndrdz. I know Stndrdz has a lot of loyal and happy customers on their Instagram account. I really like my product and will be ordering from them again in the future

I will be speaking to an attorney general in your area because you just scamed me out of my money I ordered my NOBLE piece in bubble letters any you still haven't sent it to my address or gave me any updates. This is so unprofessional. Judging off your reviews it shows this isn't good business.

It looks like you didn't read the product description before purchasing. Your custom item has to be handmade by our jeweler. Custom items take 3-5 weeks to be produced and processed. The 5 week mark will be up on December 7th. Therefore, you should expect your custom pendant to be done around December 7th. You will receive an email with a tracking number when we purchase your shipping label. The tracking will update when USPS is in possession of your package.

I purschased a 5 bubble letter customized with a Cuban link September 30 I email them no response try to track my order it says order not found I just want to know what's going on I payed 85$ it was 125 but I spin the wheel for the discount

Scammmm !!!!!!! I waited 2 months to receive a broken chain in half

The customer placed an order for a custom bubble letter pendant on September 17th, 2018. Our processing time for custom products is 4-5 weeks and 3-5 business days for delivery. The customers custom pendant was shipped out within 5 weeks and a few days. They contacted us about the broken pendant yesterday, October 29th, 2018. We have pictures of their custom pendant in perfect condition before it was shipped out. We are currently working to find a solution with the customer and receive a photo for proof that the item is broken.

Place is a scam lost $200 must be little kids running this site!! NEVER SENT MY CUSTOM PENDENT

Our site states there are no cancellations or refunds on customized items, but we are willing to make an exception. There would be a restocking fee due to the cost we paid for your 7 letter customized item. I've been waiting over a month for my order. Sent various emails with no response. Keeps saying that my email is being reviewed by their staff SMH. I ordered a 8 letter pendant $200. I would actually like to get my product. If not, I would like my MONEY back. To anyone thinking of opening your wallet here... DONT DO IT.....YOU WILL LOSE! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF. 2018

I ordered a pair of earrings over a month ago, emailed customer service about 2 weeks ago just to receive an automated response assuring me that the processing takes 5 to 10 days. Two weeks later I email again to have the SAME automated response. Apparently the customer service is lady named *** (her pic is a heavy set lady wearing a hat.) Now I am being ignored despite having given this company MY HARD EARNED MONEY . This is highly unprofessional and I want everyone to see this company treats a PAYING CUSTOMER. I will never spend my money here again! And I'll encourage MANY others to do the same. AT THIS POINT I DONT EVEN WANT THE EARRINGS I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE WHO KNOWS IF THE PRODUCT IS EVEN WHAT THEY ADVERTISED ONLINE. They are not a trustworthy company and should be SHUT DOWN for FRAUD!!

I purchased a watch almost a month ago and it still has not arrived yet... I think this company is keeping peoples money... Don't bother with them.... I received a email saying my watch was on the way but was not given a tracking number... I can't get ahold of customer service...
