I ordered a tester product was charged $16.99 on November 17, 2019. I still have not received my product and asked for a refund. I was told an email was sent out stating they were out of the product and refunds have to be done in 24 hours. I never received this email. I just want my money back

I placed an order and emailed them the next day that I never received an order number but I was charged. They emailed back 5 days later saying they don’t have me placing an order so I sent proof of my account being charged and the payment posted. They state they needed 24 hours to review and that was a week ago they have stopped replying to my emails. I was robbed

This item, as mentioned in the website, is a made to order item which takes 3-5 weeks to process (7-8 weeks during peak seasons). The order is still in the processing phase at this point, you will receive an email as soon as it is shipped out.

Took a long time to get the package I ordered and when it came had a pendant with no chain.

I placed an order on dec 7th and it is now dec 17th and I have yet to even receive an order number I reached out and they state I never made an order and they can’t find it I sent proof that the funds have been taken from me on numerous occasions and they have yet to help. This company is a fraud. They have stopped responding to my emails

I placed order a month and half ago and still nothing. When you try and track order on website it says order not found. I’m truly pissed about my experience with them.

I ordered two different orders from this company in October and still have yet to receive either. It is now December. Everytime I contact customer service they give the same run around about my orders!!! And now when I go to the website to see it. They are saying its not even found. These people are scammers!!! Never got a tracking number and still don't get an answer on where my items are. Im truly upset and they wont even give an explanation on where my stuff is. DONT ORDER. THEY WILL NOT SEND. NOW IM OUT 50 BUCKS. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A GIFT.

I joined Stndrdzcom's Jewelry Tester Program in October of 2019 to be a Tester of their Jewelry, and to give my feedback on the quality of the jewelry I was to receive in accordance with the Programs rules. I was to receive two (2) shipments a month, and give them my honest feedback on the items I was to receive. They have taken payment for two (2) shipments at the cost of $24.99 for each shipment, and I have yet to receive any if the items that were paid for. When I didn't receive the first shipment I contacted them by email, and Direct Message on Instagram. They still haven't resolved the issue, and said that they couldn't refund the payments because they have been finalized in their system. I have contacted them numerous times by email and Direct Message, and all I get is a Generic response from them saying that they are having an issue with their shipping department because of all of the orders they have. Not only have they not shipped my items, or refunded the two (2) payments, but they are still advertising for the Jewelry Tester Program on Instagram, and they continuously send me emails about the new sales and discounts that they are offering on purchases from them.

I feel that by submitting my complaint, that something can be done to keep this from happening to future customers, and that they are investigated for Fraud. I'm also going to be filing a complaint, and a Claim on Stndrdz.com with the Credit Card Fraud Protection Bureau.

Any help that you can provide me with in accordance to my Complaint will be greatly appreciated.

Additionally, our team has discontinued the jewelry tester program which means that your subscription is automatically cancelled. I am rejecting the business (Stndrdz.com) for the following reason:

They have been giving me this same response since I first questioned them about my first order, and then they charged me for the second order that too hasn't been received. They also are still sending me emails regarding their sales and discounts on the new jewelry that they're still continuing to take orders for. This has been nothing more than a stall tactic to try to get me to forget about the shipments that I have been waiting for for the last couple of months. When I requested a refund for both shipments that I was charged for, they said that they could not refund my money because the orders have already been logged into their system. According to their Jewelry Tester Program, the items are supposed to have a value of $100 or more, and to this very day, they haven't fulfilled their part of the agreement with their Jewelry Tester Program. Since they refuse to refund my money, I want my shipments Expedited to me As Soon As Possible. I'm tired of their excuses, and lies. The next step will be be me filing a Fraudulent Campaign Practice lawsuit to the Credit Card Fraud Protection Bureau, and to the Court's.

A very Pissed Off Consumer.

I placed an order with stndrdz on June 26. I was back and forth with them for 3 months no one should wait that long for jewelry especially for the amount that I paid. supposedly they said they shipped it out and that I received it in October which I never received it because they kept having issues with their shipping company so I contacted my bank and placed an investigation so to this day I still don't have the jewelry my bank is still investigating so I have 200 dollars on hold

and as I stated before if I would have had the tracking number I would have known where it was and I would have it instead of someone stealing it but no the incompetence of your company I don't have it and I'm still fighting with my bank and I spoke to the post office they said once it says that it is delivered there is nothing else that can be done in a very nasty tone I also spoke to my normal postman and he said that day he was not working because he would have gotten a signature from me I am just dumfounded but the lack of communication between your company and your shippers and the fact that I should have been notified on when my package was being sent out so I could be aware of it

thank you I really appreciate that I really shouldn't have had to go through all of this I tried to work something out through email and I don't like reporting companies because it gives them a bad name but I do appreciate you willing to reissue out the jewelry I feel like this was long over due but at least someone is trying to do something about it hopefully it doesn't take as long as the other one did to issue out and please this time send me the tracking number so I can be aware of when it is coming or put a signature conformation so that it doesn't get stolen again I cant go through this whole ordeal again I waited way to long for this resolution

I have bought a pendent from stndrz a online ecommerce jewlery store threw shopify. Made the purchase on 9/8 and after a month of not getting my item I emailed a compliant and was given abunch of lies and false traxking shipping number. When I finally got a real one it said the label was printed but item wasnt even preped yet and not even close to be shipped. When I asked for a refund because there website states that for any un satisfactory reason 100% refund will be issussed. They first told me since I didnt file a refund after 24 hours of recieving the product I couldnt get my money back. Then I told them its been almost three months and I havent recixved no item I juat want my money back. They then said since a label have been printed for the item I couldnt get my refund. I told them I fell into hardship and currently homless and I really need the money. They pretty much said they took it up with upper management and im pretty much screwed and I lost my 42 dollers and I dont get my pendent. ive been told that for 3 months now and now they have ignored me and dont respond anymore.

It has been over 4 months and I really coudbt use your store credit offer. Again no address and I would just look sily in the homeless shelters all blinged out and Ivey. Thank hi but no thanks. I really could use my money back in this time of need. You would realy be helping a homeles man out. I knoww you guys give out chains and jewlery on the daily for free whats one refund to help a stugging guy in the streets? I dont know.. I dont know what else to say or do. and where are you shipping it too? I dont have a home nor can I recieve it ... So... I paid you Iand 'm getting it 4 months later. With no home. So I can't receive it. I losangery out on the money and prob sending it to some one that's not me.. I don't even know what to say... I am beyond upset and angery. This is the second time ive lost out buying from these shop that are connected threw shopify. And its your guys fault. If it would have came when you guys we're supposed to send it not 4 months later we wouldnt be talking right now. Ive asked for my money back way before you you started making this second one. About 8 emails. Your manager your boss? The dan guy who still keeps messaging about free chains every month! Wont bend the policy a little bit for a homeless guy and give him his 40 bucks back because 4 months later you guys messed up! Again ive asked for my money way before you processed this second necklace!

Stndrdz offered jewelry testers over a month ago and I still havent received it. I have constantly emailed *** to receive my refund he refuses to give me my money back or give the testers. Also 2 different amounts were taken from my card and I want my money back. He has blocked me from contacting the site on social media. This is all a scam.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT ORDER from these people. They bombard you with emails and Facebook messages to get you to sign up as a jewelry tester but once you so they ship nothing.

My card was compromised online my information online and it was used by this company I don't know them never dealt with them I have sent 10 emails to them about refunding my money for what this is I didn't make the purchase more did I tell anyone to do so my bank is aware of theft from other companies and it's been Nov 10 two charges on my card from this company 24.98 and 16.99 they emailed me back talking about they don't take people information but I have photos of the charged on my card they took my money and the reading under the online said u get refunded now they talking stupid because I never got or talk to these people about no j jewelry so I hope you all can help get my money back I am disabled they took my SSI money from my card I never felt with these people .I need my money back it was stolen off my card.

Well, I’ve read the current complaints against Stndrz and saw the Revdex.com rating and I’m glad I did I won’t order anything from this site. But what I have don’t prior to reading the complaints was to signup for their “jewelry testers!” So I’m gonna see how this is gonna play out for this upcoming month. If after my pymt of $24.99 a mo doesn’t produce items twice monthly as stated I will surely be contacting my bank to refuse pymt to them.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM I ORDERED THIS OCTOBER 21st AND WAS TOLD IT TAKE 3-6 business days then was told it. Takes 3 weeks then to get to up to 5 weeks for them to only send a chain not the one I even selected without the pendant. Didn’t receive a tracking number. Our processing phase usually takes 7-10 business days but since you ordered a Custom Photo Pendant, this will take 3-5 weeks to process (a disclaimer is made available on the website). Since you placed the order on October 21, the pendant is still entering its 4thweek in production. We decided to send you the chain first, the pendant will be sent in a different package.
