Worst Customer Service /Company Ever. I recently ordered 3 items on March 24th, 2019 and it's going on May 3rd, 2019 and have yet to receive anything, not even a Tracking # . I've sent numerous emails and each was different . Far too many people have ordered the same and didn't have many in stock and waiting on them to make more to it's being shipped and never was or is. If I could Give 0 stars I PROMISE I WOULD! I want my money back. WORST FIRST EXPERIENCE EVER DONT EVER GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM

Ordered two items on 3/18/19 still have yet to ship. I have tried contacting them multiple times and continue to get the run around. I waited after the 10 processing days to get a refund and didn't get a reply. A week later I contacted customer service and was told that the item was packaged and just waiting on the shipper so a refund is now impossible. Once the item shipped I could return it and pay a $5 restocking fee but I still have no clue as to when my order will get to me. I basically just threw away $169.99 when I informed them a week after purchasing and noticing that it still has the same status information I said just cancel the order and issue my refund. If the product hasn't shipped what's so hard about refunding my money?

I ordered a Heartbreak pendant/ Cuban Link about a month ago and I try to see if it's been processed and it says my order hasn't been processed why is it taking so long?

Horrible, unresponsive once they have your money. I placed an order over two months ago and haven't received it. I can see why this company gets horrible reviews, and why they monitor the Revdex.com site to see what people are saying. Beyond angry and disappointed.

This is a scam site my boyfriend ordered almost 200$ worth of stuff paid the extra money for the fast shipping for 4 to 8 days an still hasn't got his things

Placed my order on February 7th of 2019 and still have not received any shipment details. Asked About the status and they said that it's a hand made item that takes 4 weeks instead of the 7-10 business days to process since it has to be made and shipped to them. When I asked for the tracking information for the shipment to them from the manufacturer they declined and said they'll update my order upon arrival. Here it is 6 weeks later and they have stopped responding to my emails in regards to a status update. If I don't see any changes soon, I'll be forced to dispute this with the bank and pay pal before their money back guarantee expires. Wish I would have checked the Revdex.com prior to my purchase. Would've never conducted business with them.

I place my order on Dec 22nd and I sent servers emails with the same generic response . I request a refund and was told I couldn't get one. I just want my order it's going on 3 mths.

It's been well over a month since I ordered my chain. The processing time estimate was accurate and took around 10 days but my items have been stuck in Pre-shipment for weeks now even though I got an email saying that the items have been sent.

Garbage. Complete trash. I have not had any responses about my piece for my cousins birthday which has now passed. It's been almost 2 months and it is still in ore shipment. Will never return as it stands.

I severely advice no one to spend their money with these Scams!!! Plain and simple just don't do it. Don't believe me look at their reviews before ordering anything. P.S I had to give them one star because 0 was not an option smh.

Details aren't specific and delivery take too long. The website said my package was shipped but my tracking number said the item wasn't received yet and it's been 4 days.

Ordered on January 11. 2019 & it's still in processing? Why so long?

Its been about a month since I ordered from their website. The processing was accurate and took 15 business days. However as soon as it shipped, its been stuck on "in transit" for about a week or so and im wondering where the items I ordered are at. Or how they are being delivered? Is it by paddle boat or something? Because its super slow. I would just like to know exactly where my items are at because ive waited quite a while now.

Lied that my item would ship usps!! I contacted customer service so many times and have received bogus responses. SCAM! I am going to file a credit dispute.
