We have tried locating the package you have returned using the tracking number you provided, however, the UPS website states that they could not locate the shipment details for the said tracking number. IF I CAN SAVE ANYBODY FROM LOSING THEIR MONEY PLEASE PLEASE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! THEY ARE NOT REAL THEY DONT DELIVER NO PRODUCTS OR HAVE A PHONE NUMBER I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ORDERS FOR OVER 6 MONTHS..IF IT SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT USUALLY IS.....BELIEVE!!!! YOU GUYS NEED TO ADD MINUS STARS!

I made an order for a custom pendant on July 22. It's September 1st now. ( order number 39261 ) This business has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I've basically been scammed out of $115+. I'm ashamed to have fallen for this. I simply wanted to support what I believed to be a good business. I've never seen worst practices utilized by a company in my life. If you're smart, you'll stick with Icebox or another company with enough legitimate reviews to support their claims. This company isn't even accredited by The Revdex.com. That in itself says enough for me. Stop stealing from hard-working individuals. I still have yet to be updated or even contacted on the progress or status of my item. Beware and be warned. Protect yourself.

Horrible company and customer service. Ordered a birthday present March for May and have yet to receive. Have contacted them several times and items were sent to another state. I'm still trying to get either my money or my product and it's the end of Aug! Would not recommend

stndrz Jeweler retail xompany is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! I have ordered multiple items and all took over months before I received them. They promise expedite shipping and thats a lie. I have contacted them multiple times about it all and they refuse to help. I asked for a refund and they wont even if I havent received my order. I suspect that they are working with china and they are just a third party making profit. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

If I could give a negative star I would, I would not recommend this company for anything, I ordered on Black Friday of 2018 and didn’t receive it until middle of January 2019 and when I did receive it : 1 I didn’t receive my full order and number 2 my necklace was missing a diamond in it. I contacted them through email and told them they said they will resend my order, I didn’t receive a tracking number until March 2019 and it says pre shipment all they to present time 08/12/19. I called the postal office and they said “the company bought the label but never sent anything”. Every time I talk to some they tell me the same thing and I keep asking for a refund but they keep say it’s been ship but I’ve have yet received a new tracking number and or a status change on the number I do have. AND IM STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!

I would never order from them again it's been a month and I still haven't received my order I tried to contact them about it several times and no one responded to my emails and on top of that the jewelry is fake... Bad business!!!

I ordered something on the 8th of July and it is now the 17th and I've only received a receipt for the amount I paid but yet no tracking number or confirmation email it's being shipped to me. should I be afraid to buy from this buissness?

I ordered from this guys since February,it never came in,it's July now and they still made me pay for reshiping.Haven't still gotten my order

How is this company still in business? Or how are they able to keep their site up!!!! I ordered over a month ago and no product and no tracking number and when they do decide to respond to my emails it's a bunch of bull. I've asked for my money back 3 times and yet no response to that!!! People we need to spread the word do not order from this company!!!!!

I was suppose to get my order two weeks ago and still nothing it says it's still processing so I asked for a refund and they refused don't order from this place

They are actually thief's .. I ordered a chain and a pendant since May and this is June and with the other complaints I see here I know I just got scammed

Ok people Fair Warning. I have to wait 2 and a half months until my necklace finally showed up. Not only was this " white gold " necklace absolute crap quality, the box it came in was Destroyed. Wen I questioned why it was taken so long I got the same runaround multiple times. Not worth the Time or $$$

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE***you will never get the items you purchase and then it will eventually say your order is no longer found. also they have no phone number to contact the "business". I have 2 outstanding orders.

I ordered a Cuban Bracelet from thi company back on 12 Jan. Here we are in June and I have yet to receive my order. Everytime I ask for a an update they say they have to check with the warehouse and will get back to me. When they do get back to me they say your order is scheduled to be sent out with next batch of shipping and provide a tracking number that never has any information! This company is a joke! BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give this company multiple negative stars I would. It took them 4 months to send HALF of the package. When I say half I mean literally half of the package. I ordered 3 things from Stndrdz. A bubble letter pendant, diamond tennis necklace, and a gold rope chain.
When the package arrived it only came with 2 items. 1st was the bubble letter pendant, it was completely broken In half, the tennis necklace was not able to lock so it always kept falling off. They also told me I was going to get a free gift. That they also lied to me about. STNDRDZ completely scammed me out of my money.
This is the best part, I sent them all the pictures of the broken jewetly then they have the nerve to tell me I can't get refund?. That's false advertisement. They refused to give me a refund after scamming me. All the offered was store credit and for me wait another couple months for stndrdz to send me terribly made jewlery.
I REPEAT TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. STNDRDZ MAKES TERRIBLE QUALITY JEWERLY.

Haven't received tracking number for product I order which was the Bow & arrow pendent ordered in white gold , order was place on March 6 , 2019 , now when I put my stndrdz order number in , it's says order not found . It has been two months and product haven't arrived after receiving a notice that says 3-4 day shipping

I ordered my package of a lil uzi spiked chain, spiked bracelet and mystery package on the 27th of February and it's been about 4 months and I haven't received any notification of my package being shipped or when it will be shipped. I understand that the jewelry is handmade and will take a bit but not 4 months long. I've seen the negative reviews having the same problem as me and just hoping I didn't get scammed or my items will come some day.
