I PURCHASED A NECKLACE AND A CUSTOMIZED CHARM IN MAY 2019, AS OF YET I HAVENT RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER NOR ANY INFO ON MY ORDER. I HAVE REPEATEDLY EMAILED THEM IN REGARDS TO THIS AND THE ONLY ANSWER I GET IS "WE ARE WORKING ON THIS. WE HAVE NO INFORMATION ON WHEN IT WILL BE SHIPPED OR READY." AT THIS POINT 6 MONTHS LATER I REQUESTED A REFUND AND THEY SAID NO TO WAIT FOR THE ITEM.

However, due to unknown reasons, USPS wasn't able to deliver the item to your address and sent the package back to us. Would be better eating had the actually delivered the 2 products I purchased but now I can't even get a reply to my emails for a refund or atleast the watch and mystery gift I ordered... Will never shop with these scammers again

I ordered the lion pendent from stndrdz august 16 2019 and now it’s October 25th 2019 and I haven’t received my item yet. That’s well over 2 months and no matter how many emails I’ve sent I received the exact same response. Their company is very unprofessional and their services are unprofessional as well I’ll never shop with them again. I’m currently still awaiting my item which may never come

I ordered a chain almost 5 weeks ago. They said it takes 7 to 10 days to process then 3 to 6 days to ship and deliver. Every time I reach out to their customer service via email, they give me the run around talking about how there are inconsistencies with my billing address. They asked me to send them a screenshot of the transaction to finalize my order. I sent it last week and have not heard a word from them. I paid $60 for my chain. They keep scamming people. I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing. Revdex.com, what are you going to do about this?? They are clearly robbing and scamming people openly

Well... I will start by stating the obvious where I purchased an item a month ago.. they had taken the funds from my account tho. When I email them I get pretty much the same response everytime. How is it there hasnt been a tracking number available? WHen I checked my credit card statement I called the contact #,they provided to the merchant account and noone answered after 5 attempts atleast so I left a message and got a call back from a woman who said it was her pay to use cell phone and said alot of other calls have came to her as well... and why does the merchant have them listed as if was a computer software company when in fact do we know anything about them and who they really are? So my advice to anyone who would even consider taking a chance with them to reconsider. And my advice would be to contact your credit card company and let THEM get your money back because it looks like they wont offer it.... I think the merchant who allows them to take major credit cards should be notified they are operating a company under stndrdz who's supposed to be a jewelery company but merchant has them as a computer software company... ti will not dobusiness with them ever again...

I have an open Revdex.com case against STNDRDZ. I placed two orders on 5/30/2019. To this day I have no received anything. They even tried to give me a tracking number that belonged to another customer about a month ago after at least the 20th of time emailing them back-and-forth. When I informed them that I work for the post office and I know for a fact that the address that they claim was Miss Schiff to have nothing to do with my address including completely separate states, cities, street names and Zip codes. Nothing correlated! I have asked for a refund numerous times and they refused to give me one although they are blatantly lying to the Revdex.com and to a federal government agency. Postal fraud is a crime. This company should not be allowed to do conduct business. This is going on five months of theft and lies. They have given me several different excuses and scenarios as to why they haven’t refunded my money or sent my items. At this point I want a full refund.

I ordered 4 necklaces on June 26, 2019 today is October 21, 2019 and it has been months since I have received my package. They have been telling me that the order has been processed and the shipping team is working on it but it’s a general message that it’s not really doing anything for the customer they have not sent my package and I have requested a refund. I spent $129 and not $.29 of my hard earned money and I still haven’t received any type of refund for my purchase. And it has been months now.

Was charged $62 for the Elite Plan. My Email, Invoice, and website all said that it was a $40 plan with free shipping. Was told that the prices were wrong, that I'm not supposed to sign up on the website, I'm supposed to sign up on a special link that they give me(false advertising). After being overcharged by $20, I was going to give them a chance, but it states that processing would only take 3-5 days to ship. Come to find out, there's a chance I won't get my items until a month from now. Saying they have been swarmed with deliveries and backed up(Which they need to state during sign up instead of tricking you). They have been saying the same thing since 07/17/2019 if not even longer. Definitely don't recommend this company, way to many false flags. Sorry.

Thank you for your feedback. The processing phase for non-custom items on our website is 7-10 business days, the 3-5 shipping days timeframe is for shipping and handling. The subscription packages have been sent out, in fact several customers have posted on different social media platforms about receiving the items.

I checked on your order and confirmed that we have already cancelled all 3 subscriptions when you asked for a refund. Please let me know if there is anything else we can help you with.

I ordered a chain almost a month ago and still havent recieved any tracking information..They even went as far as blocking me on Facebook so I couldnt contact them..Im very disappointed because I thought this was a good company to buy jewely but now I see that im not the only unhappy customer..Wish I would have done my homework before ordering from this scam company..I dont care if they are overwhelmed with orders..Why keep putting on sales if your overwhelmed? Just send me my jewelry..To bad I had to file a complaint to get some answers..smh

I ordered 3 items back in mionths back in August and still have not received anything. I was sent a fake tracking number that never was processed and the items where never delivered to usps. I spent almost 200$ on items that I did not received. I also contacted customer service over 10 times and they where very unprofessional and were unwilling to help with getting the items sent out that I already paid for. order#

This company is a scam. They take your money and don’t ship out the product that you ordered ..I have been waiting almost 3 months for a customized chain and it’s only 4 letters and they never provided me tracking info..customer service is horrible...I’m taking these people to the courts and file a lawsuit against them..if you don’t want your money stolen from you go somewhere else ...worst place online to shop. They still haven’t provided me a tracking number for my order..

I order 2 spiked bracelets sz 8, one white gold and one yellow gold. I received them and they were too small. So I emailed stndrdz and Karla replied to my email, she told me to just return the bracelets and they would give my money back or a bigger sz. So I sent them back, I threw my receipt away with my tracking number, because Karla didn't tell me I needed it. So a month goes by and.I don't hear anything from stndrdz. So I emailed stndrdz, and now Genesis tells me she needs a tracking number to find the bracelets, I have no way of getting the tracking number, I sent the bracelets back by USPS and inside the package I included the invoice that I got from stndrdz that has my name and address and what I purchased on it,.and I even included a handwritten note also. So now they are telling me that they can't help and I guess the bracelets must just be floating in limbo someewhere. The handwritten note said that I didn't want the money back,.I liked the bracelets I just needed a sz 9 instead.of the 8

You mentioned that you couldn't provide a tracking number, did you return the package to USPS upon receipt (refused the package)? If you returned it and paid for shipping, they should be able to provide you with a tracking number. I am afraid we will have to get the information so we can check whether we received it and process the replacement. I suggest contacting USPS to get the tracking information.

And because of the incompetence of your company in not sending out a tracking number I was unable to locate where they delivered my jewelry it said that it was in/at mailbox which I have no idea where its at and when I call the post office they specifically said it is no longer in their possession so that is no longer their problem in that very nasty tone and since there was no signature confirmation anyone could have it and no one informed me it was coming so I can look out for it I have no jewelry and I lost 200 dollars I am dumfounded by the lack of customer service and coordination this company has as for a review its definitely not going to be a good one and im also going to contact the Revdex.com unless this issue is rectified because I shouldn't have to loose 200 dollars and the jewelry because I wasn't informed on when you're shipping team finally became organized after 5 months of waiting for my stuff

I sent an email on the 18 It is now the 22 and no one even bothered to answer me back unless it is through here but when my order was being held back because of your shipping problem I would get and email either the next day or a day after but now that my stuff was stolen im not a priority and because your reputation is on the line I think that is the only reason why someone is helping or even making an attempt to help me

I ordered on August 11 and it seems to me they have been taking me in circles I was told my processing ended on August 23 and I haven't received my tracking number yet I have watched many reviews on YouTube by "NameBran" and they seemed legit but I really want this chain but I can say they do notify me every time there's a big sale and discount day I am starting to believe their frauds

This company is great at promoting their product. They're also very quick when it's time to take your money. initially they say it would take 3 to 5 days to process but after my order was placed I was notified that it would take 7 to 10 business days. It actually took them 14 days not counting the weekend to process my order. I've contacted them many of times asking for a confirmation number they responded by saying that they cannot give me a confirmation number because they do not have one at the time. They should rename the company sorry because that's all I here for them. Order #40277 was promised a mystery box with my order. I guess the mystery is nothing in my mailbox.
