I have never been more disappointed in customer serviceI was without phone service for almost weeks because of the lack of competence with customer serviceWe wasted $switching to a company that does not care- your customer service reps did not listen to our problems, and honestly, I do not think they even tried to have concernI also chatted with a 'supervisor' who refused to overnight me a new SIM card, when the previous customer service sent me the wrong sizeSo I had to wait MORE days without a phone, which ultimately did not activate again
This was terribleI hope that you can train your customer service to do the job they are getting paid forIt would also be nice if they would not just copy and paste a response- especially when it is clearly not a response to the question being askedOut of the people I chatted with and spoke to, I believe only actually tried to listen to the problem and tried to correct it
I posted this to the faceobok page, offering my phone number so they can review the transcripts and find where the problem was- however, after being told to PM them, which I did- I received no responseI saw another post, directly after mine, with the exact same story- something needs to be reviewed and changed for this business This is a shame

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received I have been with it service almost a week Spent nearly ten hours on hold with outsourced customer service I Colombia Only to get me no where Cannot believe the audacity of the csr's and the supposed upper managementAs well as since my number and a NY record any record of my account disappeared into thin air I am totally locker outgo my iPhone, iCloud, Itunes, etcBasically the things I use everyday Completely dissatisfied!! Cannot believe I couldn't get anyone too speak with who could help me!!!!

I shouldn't have to call Straight Talk every other month to settle a billing issueThis last time really takes the cake for me though
Through the online chat support I had unenrolled from the auto refill program because I wasn't going to get paid until the day after my bill was dueSo I already knew that my phone was going to be off for a dayI accepted thatI was okay with thatCome time for the phone to be shut off and it wasn'tSurprised, I look at my account and show that the bill was paid through the auto refill service that I had just unenrolled from! So now my bank account went negative (which my bank of course charged me an overdraft fee for a charge that wasn't even supposed to be there)I call Straight Talk and complain that they weren't supposed to charge my cardI spoke with at least different peopleEvery time I got a rep, I asked to speak to a manager and every time they transferred me I got a different rep but no managerI finally get a manager and all she tells me is that they can refund me the money charged but they'll have to shut off my service tooNow I'm lividWhat sense did it make for them to charge my card when I told them not to and then refund me the money only to have me pay that money back?
WORST customer service I have ever had with a phone company! I'm paying for a service I barely even get! If it wasn't for the WiFi service I have in my house, I wouldn't be able to communicate with anyone at all! It's ridiculous! When I make calls out, they're constantly droppingThe phone that I bought through the company is never notifying me when I get a call and sometimes doesn't even tell me when I get a new text messageBut Straight Talk never wants to do anything about itCompletely unreliableIt's a miracle the business is lasting at all

Straight Talk has the WORST costumer service ever! It takes hours or more to reach someone and then when you do reach them, you can't understand them because the speak very broken EnglishAfter going through all of that, most of the time they do not fully resolve your issueWhen you let them know how dissatisfied you are about their customer service, they do not care at allThey just tell you "Sorry, have a good day, bye"
And as far as product, it is a 50/shot on if you will get something that actually works!
The ONLY reason I am still with them is because of how cheap they areHowever, I am looking into switching to another company because, other places are giving better rates now, without this horrible service!

I think Straight Talk Wireless is ripping people off I just got a hotspots data device which was 49.99+15$ for a hotspots card which was only GB or mbz the rude customer service man basicallyTold me there was nothing they could do about my data being used up in about a hour it seemed I went online to sign up for their hotspots security then I tried to download a Creative Cloud application that was it no more data then I called corporate and they say wait two hours and check your device I don't understand why they can't includeThe hotspots plan on the unlimited phone service which is not unlimited I get every month my service is 5Gb but can be slowed down to 2Gb and the hotspotThat I got is suppose to last for month was apparently used up in one day its ridiculous

My daughter's cell service keeps getting interrupted by Straight Talk The only resolution I ever get is that the customer service department says that the number was deactivated and they will send another SIM card Then we get the SIM card and call Straight Talk and they activate it Then a week later it is inactivated again
The most frustrating part is that no one in customer service a) seems to care that we keep having the same issue; b) cares that we are paying a bill on a phone that doesn't work; c) seems to be able to transfer me to anyone who can make a difference
I recently recommended Straight Talk to a friend but now I'm regretting it

Unfortunately straight talk has never changed the customer service or other ways! Let's start off with the fact that it's been over two weeks and I haven't been able to get a simple some card for my wife's phone! The first one they sent me after telling the person it was a micro for an iPhone turned out to be a nano Sim card Which did not come within to days as told! When I received it and realized it was the wrong one I called customer service which is pretty much like talking to a wall! These people have no idea what they're doing and they just say the same things over and over again asking you for your phone number and any other number they can think up! You have to then asked for a manager so far I've talked to three managers and they all lied to me! The first one I had she told me that she would send out a new Sim card on Friday and I would receive it on Monday when that time came and went Monday night I called and asked to speak to another manager of course because you can't again talk to any representatives he wrote up a ticket for me on Friday and I would receive it on Monday when that time came and went Monday night I called and asked to speak to another manager of course because you can't again talk to any representatives! I asked him why I did not receive it you spent minutes looking through his computer trying to figure out why the woman that I talk to on Friday never bothered to even put it into the system imagine that she didn't even bother to do her job!! What a freaking joke! He then promised me that he would overnighted to me and that I could file a complaint against that person which I did of courseSo he made it take it out for me I waited Tuesday no Sim card so I gave it another day Wednesday game nothing so I called Wednesday night and talk to yet another manager gave him the ticket information he looked it up and said that the ticket has been made up but it apparently hasn't shipped yet? Well today is Friday it's night and guess what no Sim card from straight talk! This has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life not only an investigation should be made on this company but it should be shut down until it pays all the people back for all of the time lost including all of the gigabyte hours they steal from people including myself and many others! I found on Revdex.com I was a lawsuit filed against him for just that issue! I would not recommend this company to anybody I am now ready to pay the extra bucks a month ago to another carrier for my whole family!

Straight talk provided inaccurate information during a phone transferAfter purchasing a kit at Wal-Mart, without a necessary code included, the company had to send a new SIM (which they charged for)After days of no phone service, and over cumulative hours on phones with a variety of representatives, the company still has not taken care of adjusting the paid plan to cover the days that they did not activate a plan forOver the course of several days, different representatives have hung up on meThe phone number was NOT transferred, and had to be changed

I have called the only number provided available for help regarding services provided for straight talk and always am forced to speak to someone who sounds like they are not American first and foremostSo I can not understand the way they speak in English which is choppy and missing proper sentence structureSecondly, upon asking for the right department to handle legal servicesI have been lied to over times in the last days attempting to handle this matterThey always transfer me to someone else who isn't the actual manager or supervisor, they will lie and say there is no manager or supervisor available, they lie and say there is no other number to contact just stationsThey say they can only transfer you to the right personBut they never doThen they tell you they will transfer you to the right department after having lied to you about there only being stationsThen the call gets droppedIt has been days in progress still trying to settle the matter and they still treat me like dirt

Worst customer service ever Long story short, lied to by agent that said she was going to get her manager to resolve my issue (wanting to unlock a phone after months instead of months of service based on a military PCS) Waited ten minutes while I could hear her eating then she transferred me to the unlock hotline, which I told her I had already talked to instead of her manager Straight Talk customer service blows a big one

Customer Service Overseas, (I asked for a supervisor and the Rep said I am the supervisor and the manager)
I have waited hours for my phone service to transfer from a STRAIGHT Talk phone to a new STRAIGHT TALK sim card
Customer service transferred me to Technical support and I was on hold for minutes then I hung up
NOTHING is refundable or can be canceled!
Three Dropped calls in the past month
I chatted with a Rep and when I got fed up with their non sense, I said I will transfer my service elsewhere and they said "I respect your decision, is there anything else I can do" (Yes help me transfer my service out of here lol)

I have been with Straight talk for yrsI joined because it uses Verizon wires I had been with Verizon for over yrs., but their prices were out of sight$plus tax a month I had been paying $plus tax and little less if I signed with automatic payment, which I loved
Even though Straight talk has been more or less OK, I am starting to look for another cell company, because Straight talk phones are not that good, I had to change them times, and they never really help you at the customer serviceI prefer to go to a store and have them help me, which I had with VerizonI also want to have a hot spot, which Straight talk has for $more dollars
When I check my e-mail, it only allows me to check 3, then it says unavailableI have to wait a while to check more again

Absolutely Horrible customer serviceI cant speak to anyone let alone get my problem resolvedI've been told the same thing over and over again and nothing is getting done!

On Sunday June XX XXXX, I went to the Straight Talk website http://www.straighttalk.com/ and tried to activate new cellular service and port my existing ATT phone number for my cell phone
I followed all the direction provided on their website I entered my billing information and ATT account information When I reach the last step I clicked the submit button and their website gave me and error that the page was not available
At that time I called the customer support line at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and spoke with a *** *** with an employ ID XXXXXXI provided her with my name and Serial number on the Straight talk SIM card I purchased I then informed her that the online activation was not successful and that my phone number was not ported correctly She then informed me that the system did not port my number and that I would have to use the number that system provided meI informed her that what they advertised was the ability to port an customers existing number into their system and that I could not use the service with out my number being ported She then informed me that since the system had activated the sim card that I purchased with the wrong number than I would have to by a new sim card and try again I then ask if she could cancel my order and refund my money so that I could try again She informed me that she could not refund my money and that I would have to use the number the system provided in order to make use of my purchase When I asked to speak with a supervisor she informed me that she did not have a supervisor and there was nothing she could do to refund my money At that point I had no options but to contact my credit card company and dispute that charges It was then that my credit card company informed me that Straight Talk had made two charges to my credit card for $and a total of $ However, the original charge that Straight Talk made and refused to refund should have only been for $but their system charged me twice I again contacted straight talk and was told no refund could be given
Please take away from this review what you will and be very careful if choosing to use this company

The customer support phone line is a jokeI called days ago to report that the phone that I bought at straighttalk.com did not work when I received itWe went through times trying to do a factory reset which would not workI was then told that they would send me an email on how to have a new phone sent to me and that I did not need a ticket numberI never received a email and called back todayI was then told that I had to have a ticket number and that they could not help meEverybody needs to get on the same page or go through training againSo now I have to go home tonight and spend another hours on hold trying to get this fixedI am about to change service because there always seems to be a problem with Straight Talk
