This response is not entirely clear to meThis particular complaint was filed by an individual who is not actually a student with our schoolThe claim to representation on this particular issue is by no means clearly substantiatedThe submission of three exams several days after the complaint was filed would seem, at very least, to indicate divergent intentions; the fact that the alleged representative is claiming to have submitted the exams on the student's behalf can only be described as contradictoryThe student herself clearly initiated this enrollment, which was based on a written application and tuition agreement, signed by the student and returned to the school, together with an initial tuition payment which was released directly through the outside institution where the student is residentShould the student herself wish to discuss any aspect of her own student record she is certainly welcome to contact our Student Services department at her own convenienceIn any event, since the student has very nearly completed her entire program, she would remain responsible for the remaining tuition balance in accordance with the contract that she herself has signed
