Student Loan Aid Reviews (238)

Review: This is my first report to the Revdex.com and first poor experience with the payments of my student loans. I signed up for this service believing the would help lessen my student loans through a consolidation program. However, I am daily receiving delinquency notices from both Sallie Mae and Fed Loans. All of my loans are know five months late. I have attempted to email and call all of the numbers I can find, with no call back. I am concerned I have been scammed by this company based on this experience. I have attempted to give SLA help time to complete the process, but it is yet to happen. At this point, I do not believe it ever will. I will remove my complaint once this issue is resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to provide me with a full refund of all money collected, as none of my payments have gone toward my student loans, and my credit score will be affected by this.

Response:

The client was able to find a suitable resolution with [redacted], the compliance officer, who was able to make sure the issues on her account got corrected and careful consideration will be made to ensure success with her student loan program.

Review: When I contacted Student Loan Aid initially they told me that they had consolidated all of my loans through their company and that I would pay their company back based on my annual salary. When I had more questions, I first tried to contact the first person I spoke with when I set this all up, his name was [redacted] and his number was no longer in service. After continuing to try and contact them to ask if I could start paying more on my loans (thinking my loans were through them as I was told) they kept telling me I didn't need to pay any more than what I was and that I would be wasting my money if I increased my monthly payment. I emailed them, never received a response, and when I called back several times I realized I was getting answers that weren't making any sense. After speaking with a representative today, I was finally told that my loans weren't even through Student Loan Aid, and that they are with Great Lakes. Going back to when I spoke with Student Loan Aid initially, they even told me my interest rate for my loans was 4.61%, come to find out, they don't have my loans, and the address they provided Great Lakes with was fake along with a fake phone number, therefore, I am thinking this whole time, as I was told, that my loans are not accruing interest and that my interest rate was remotely low. When I contacted Great Lakes today, they said my loans have accrued 1,044.00 since I consolidated my loans, and that interest is accruing every day. Student Loan Aid is a COMPLETE scam and I want all of my $779.88 that I paid them for nothing back! They had me pay a $303.00 "processing fee" to [redacted] and I was paying $59.61 a month since November towards my loan, or what they said, but really where was that money going? Directly into their pockets. So now I have accrued interest on loans I didn't even find out about until today because Student Loan Aid decided to lie to me the entire time. Glad I finally figured out their scam.Desired Settlement: I have contacted anyone I know that has gone through this horrific company and I hope they get shut down, along with having to pay back all the people they scammed out of money. I want a refund for all the money I paid them,

$779.88 and for them to have to pay back the interest that has now accrued on my loans since I consolidated all of them, after I was told no interest was accruing. I don't understand how these people are still in business and getting away with all this. Please Revdex.com shut these people down!

Review: I had recently only started a job and was required to make a large payment for a student loan. I contacted SLA in 2014 to discuss what they could do to help. After discussing with woman about how to make my payments lower, through lying on my taxes, she used my previous year tax earnings to get my a payment based repayment plan. I was told that 60.07 would be my monthly payment that would go towards my student loan. After a year I was receiving letters from the student loan company, Navient, asking for me to update my payment through them. I contacted SLA to see what I needed to do, they updated my information changed my payment from 60.07 to 251. However after it was all setup I begin receiving emails from Navient that I had not made a payment, even though they had withdrawn money from my account. I emailed them asking what course of action to take, I was told by a representative, [redacted], that I should ignore the emails as they had paid them. I continue to receive emails about late payments, until I am two payments behind and Navient is letting me know through texts and emails very frequently. Concerned I call Navient, who tell me that no payments have been made to my account in over a year, and my account was placed on forbearance for the previous year. They told me I was likely working with a scam company as they were charging me more per month then what Navient was needing. After calling SLA back they explained that they needed a service fee to monitor my account even though in over 16 months they had no actually made a single payment on my behalf. After finally getting my account brought up to date after being over 40 days late, they attempted to put my account in forbearance again I only assume to steal my money from me. I was promised a service that they did not do and they actions are misleading with the hopes of stealing people's money with unwarranted service fees for doing nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my money back that went to them doing nothing for over a year, even if they said it was to monitor my account, when they actually needed to do something they were more then 40 days late only because I hounded them. Had I not been as vocal about it as I was they would have simple been content with taking my money and ignoring my bills. I want compensation for they troubles, I want the money back for the work they didn't do and I want to end business with them, ensured that they will not contact me or attempt to take my money.

We are in the process of getting everything taken care of for Mr. [redacted], I spoke to him in regards to his complaint to the Revdex.com. I have made him understand that services were rendered on our end and per the agreement we got him approved for the correct program. As a company we try and make sure that all clients are satisfied with the services provided and that is the reason that we have been in contact with him and are discussing a possible refund. At this time he understands that we have to review his account to see what type of refund he is eligible for. He also stated that once this is resolved he would contact the Revdex.com and let them know this has been resolved and met to his satisfaction.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

After reviewing the response the company has made to the Revdex.com in regards to my discussion with them, I am very upset that they have lied about things on multiple occasions, mainly the things I say as well as the things they said they have done. I, by no means, agreed that I understood their services were rendered. The man I talked to offered me claims that services were rendered, and that payments were made on my behalf and that they had proof of such claims. I told the man I understood that they had performed an initial service but after that they failed to do what they had agreed to do. He told me he would contact me again with check numbers showing proof that payment was made to my borrower. I gave him a chance, he told me he would contact me the next day with the information to prove they had done something. During the day I had called the borrower who they were suppose to be making payments too and after a quick discussion they informed me that only 2 payments have been made on that account since it was consolidated, which is not what he was trying to say. His claims were that as a company they mislead me into thinking more services would be rendered than what were, I agreed to a small portion of what they did however they did not do the continued services that they tried to say they charged me for. So in short, he lied about what I said, lied about contacting me, and lied about what his company actually did. I am not satisfied with how they handled it, they believe that simply saying that the check is in the mail with no proof on either side is good enough to justify their actions.

Review: On 1/30/2015, I spoke with [redacted], representative of Processing Services, LLC/Student Loan Aid, Inc. (at phone number [redacted], extension [redacted]). This company promised they would cut down my monthly federal loan payment by over half from $494 per month to $206 per month. They stated I was eligible for this forgiveness program because of my current status as an employee in the field of education. They explained that I could pay my loan through them, and at the end of x number of years, my interest would be forgiven. Jay informed me that an initial payment installation of $286.00 would come out on February 17th—though, going forward, the payment amount would be $206.07 on the 17th of every month (apparently, the extra $86.00 in February was due to some kind of a processing fee?). I was given every reason to believe that this money would be going directly towards my Federal Loan. I was also told that I would be receiving an application for loan forgiveness in the mail, and it was crucial that I fill this out and send it back in. When I did not receive anything in the mail from this company, and attempted to call but did not hear back, I became suspicious. Two months of payments have already been taken out of my bank account by this company (total of $492.07), as Jay stated would happen. However, none of this has been applied toward my federal loan. Currently (3/19/2015), my federal loan account states that a payment had not been made in the last 12 months, as this loan is still on deferment due to my enrollment in grad school. Therefore, this company and their promises are a scam. Upon doing further research I have discovered similar reviews, as well as a website that is not much more than a home page.Desired Settlement: Due to the false pretenses under which this “company” has operated, I demand that they (Processing Services, LLC/Student Loan Aid, Inc.) destroy all documentation related to my account and my private information, provide a full refund of the $492.07 that has been taken out of my bank account, and sever any and all of my ties with Processing Services, LLC/Student Loan Aid, Inc. as well as any of their associated companies.

Review: I was contacted by Student Loan aid back in August 2014. I was advised with a down payment my loan amount could be reduced significantly. They withdrew $300 from my checking and continue to withdraw $44 a month from my account, totaling $524.58 as of today. I have never received any documents as to how this loan is being applied to my previous student loan with South Carolina Student Loan. I have called on several occasions, left voice mail messages, have sent emails, but no response. You can't even get on the web-site. It states invalid email address, which is not true. On the occasion that I did reach a human I was told the web site should be up & running soon. It was not......about a week ago I finally talked to a person By the name Of [redacted]. He tried to get on the website with me while I was on the phone. He was going to talk with IT. I held and he came back and said he understood my problem and would have someone take a screen shot of my account and email to me. Never received it. He gave me his direct line and ext if I needed to call back. I have called back, no place to even enter an ext, I have left I know 5 -6 voice mail messages. No one has called me. If I cannot get someone to give me documentation as to where my money is going I want this contract VOIDED with Student Loan Aid and want all monies back that I have paid. I do not want to work with a company that seems pretty shady when you can't get on website, no return on call or emails. Needless to say I am getting fed up with this.Desired Settlement: All money paid put back in my account so I can go with a reputable Student Loan Assisting Program. And this contract cancelled immediately. I have had enough run around !!!

Review: Student Loan Aid had told me that they could reduce my monthly student loan payments to around $35 a month with a $300 down payment. I later found out through NelNet that my loans had been deffered until January 2015, which didn't line up with what [redacted] from SLA had told me. He has stated that the down payment of 300 would come out of my checking account on August 31st, and I would begin making monthly payments toward my student loans on September 1st, of around 35 a month. After talking with Nelnet, I found out that SLA is a third-party system that charges $35 a month for their services in consolidating my loans, rather than the monthly payment going toward paying off my student loans. This was false information from SLA, as they told me those payments would go directly toward my student loans.

I then attempted to cancel my account with SLA by calling them and e-mailing them repeatedly. I experienced many frustrating calls. One customer service rep gave me a false e-mail to cancel my account. Other times when I called I was promised I would be contacted by [redacted], but I was not contacted until much later than promised. Other times the phone would go to voicemail and I would leave messages, only to never be contacted like promised.

When I finally did get a hold of [redacted], and another gentleman of the company claiming to the vice president, they assured me that my account with SLA had been cancelled as requested and I would no longer have transactions taken from my bank account and they would cease to use my contact information.

However, on September 2nd, I received e-mails stating that my transactions with SLA were approved, and on September 3rd over 300 was taken from my savings account by them. I did not even give them my savings account number, only my checking account. My checking was blocked so they weren't supposed to be able to take anything from my bank in case they weren't true to their word.Desired Settlement: At a minimum, I would like the money they took from my bank account returned to me, either directly into my account or in cash. I would also like to be fully assured that my account with them is cancelled and they would stop making contact with me.

Review: I signed up for Student Loan Aid in August 2014, I paid $250.00 to start and later began paying 52.17 monthly to pay off the amount I owed for Federal Loans. I began to get phone calls in October 2014, saying that my loan payment was late and I was not repaying as promised. I attempted to contact Student Loan Aid to find out why they had not consolidated the loans as promised. I have sent emails, left voice mails along with phone calls and I have yet to speak with anyone. However, my account is still be debiting for funds that are not being applied towards my loans. I contacted nslds today and found out that I only owe 14,000 for loans. What can I do to stop them from debiting the funds out of my account through ACH and get my loan consolidated for real by Fed Loans a real company.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded all currency and for Student Loan Aid to stop withdrawing funds from my account.

Hi [redacted],

Review: While searching online I found a form to help reduce student loan payments. I filled out the information. I received numerous phone calls from this company, and finally connected with them. They said they could reduce what I was going to have to pay monthly for my student loans. I agreed, and a contract was emailed to me. I signed digitally. I did a little more research and found several Revdex.com complaints that this company collected payments but did not remit them to the proper student loan companies, and people ended up in default on their student loans. This seemed like a scam to me after considering how persistent they were in calling me, and the things they said, and how vague the website is. This was only three days after signing the contract. I had 14 days according to the contract to cancel. I called back, and got the email that I needed to send my cancellation request to. To be on the safe side I emailed a cancellation request to the other email I had for the company. I was then charged the 417 annual fee on October 27th. this was two days after the payment was supposed to have come out. So I called after the weekend the 29th, sent additional emails and spoke with more representatives. All saying that they would get me in touch with who could help, but then not being able to get them on the line they promised to follow up. and never did. I continued to email and got a notice that I would receive a refund but it could take up to 10 days. it has now been 18 business days since they were supposed to have issued the refund. I have not received any refund.

This sort of business practice is entirely unacceptable. Even if they are a legitimate business, which I highly doubt now having dealt with them. I want the 417 back. I don't think anyone should do business with them. This is Student Aid (how generic a name - the better to scam you with) or Processing Services. STAY AWAY from them they will rob you.Desired Settlement: Refund of 417

Hi [redacted],

This company is impossible to reach, all they have is an answering service you can leave as many messages as you want and not get a call back. They also tried to process a payment earlier than what agreed upon.Do not trust them!!

Review: I enrolled in a program which I thought was to help reduce my college loan monthly bill. There was an initial upfront fee of $350 to enroll in the program and then my monthly payment would be deducted beginning July 16th. The funds were required to be automatically drafted from a bank account. I provided information for my checking account at my credit union and $350 was drafted (by electronic check) on 6/10/14. No money was paid to my actual college loan which is what I understood would happen. That caused my student loan to go into delinquency (also adversely affecting my credit score). At that point, my student loan company (A.E.S.) called and said they have never heard of this company before, they do not work with them to reduce debt, etc. and that they thought I needed to investigate the validity of the company/contract. I spoke with my bank and they suggested a stop payment to prevent further withdrawl of funds. Student Loan Aid is now claiming that they have received NO money from me at all, not even the $350 that was most certainly deducted. They say that I'm in default with the Department of Education and that they can now garnish my wages. That info. is in the form of an email. There are multiple spelling errors and terrible grammar. I'm convinced this is a scam, but I really don't know how to proceed. I'm out $350, but at this point I want to make sure that the Dept. of Education isn't part of this and that there is no way my wages can be garnished. I'm confused and don't know what to believe about the validity of this company. I've contacted them by email and explained this situation and they deny ever getting money from me. They stated that the received NSF messages x2 and were unable to collect. My bank says differently.Desired Settlement: A refund of the $350 would be ideal, along with no further contact. However, they have my social security number and know my bank information, so that is a bit scary at this point. I want out of the "contract" that I signed with them and would like for them to stop calling and emailing me. Please help.

Regards,

[redacted], my agent and I found out that because I work for the City, more than 80% of my Student Loans are forgiven saving me almost $40,000 and 20 years of payments! That was the best 45 minute call I ever had with a student loan company. I enrolled within the week and everything has been smooth sailing and I am saving more than $220 every month. Awesome!

Review: I signed up for the assistance for my student loans. I had to pay $250 to start & I was told that it was for ONLY 1 YEAR, & then about 3 weeks ago I was informed that this was a 25 year thing. They would not change my status to disabled, I have had issues with the payment dates not being updated, it has been a nightmare. [redacted] via emails has said that he would call me to see how to help. I have not received any calls or emails since then. I have saved the emails. Since I was lied to I have requested the $250.00 start up fee along with any payments that have been made. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt to allow him time to get his sorted out, & no contact. I have read reviews of this company & a lot of people have been in my same situation & have had to file complaints with the Revdex.com. I just want my money back & I told them if they run another payment through my bank account that I would report as fraud. I haven't heard from them. So I tried & I have all emails to prove that I have tried to make contact. They have yet to return my calls.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back like I asked. I think that is only fair since I have been lied to this whole time by them & they can never get anything resolved that I have called in for, but now they say that those conversations do not exist. This has happened to more than just me. I found it interesting that those conversations have disappeared. I want the $250.00 plus all monthly payments that I have made back.

Fraudulent Revdex.com Complaint

Review: Student Loan Aid did not provide/disclose adequate information over the phone regarding fee's that were going to be assessed regarding their services they offer. One time processing fee for $430.00 is not one time it's every 12 months. The costumer service rep. neglects to inform you that there is a monthly program fee of $39.39. This information is not disclosed to you until you have electronically sign the contract via on-line. The costumer service rep. also stated I would be getting a phone call from the service department regarding accessing my account on line within five business days. This never happened and I have made several attempts to leave messages for someone to return my call regarding my contract and cancellation and no one has EVER contacted me back! I did receive paper work from my original loan service stating my account is in forbearance and after reading reviews from other consumers I do not wish to do business with this company. I feel that I was mislead under false pretenses and taken advantage of and I am not looking forward to the repercussion of my actions and lack of investigating this company thoroughly before engaging business with them. Other consumers please be weary.Desired Settlement: I want a letter in writing stating that my contract will be voided and that my personal information not be given out to any third parties. I would also like confirmation that the a refund of $430.00 be sent to me via check from Student Loan Aid and that under no circumstances any more automatic bank drafts be withdrawn out of my checking account on the 9th of every month. I also wish that my personal information be removed from any of Student Loan Aids data basis and that do not have my permission to act on my behalf regarding my student loans. I have also put in writing my wishes to the Student Loan Aid. Let this information serve SLA that this is the desired outcome and also serves as notice to them that I do not wish to do business with them ever.

Review: I recently applied for a Pay As You Earn Repayment plan on my student loans. As I was waiting on a response from them I get a call from this company. They tell me that I have been approved for a repayment plan of lesser value. They ask me all the questions which included student loan login info, income, bank info for repayment, and they gave me a repayment agreement for $51.08 a month after I pay an initial payment of $286. This money was suppose to be due on October 24th (initial payment) and every 15th of the month thereafter starting in Novemer. because I had just requested this on the government website I took this to be the same thing. So I gave them all of my information. I just so happen to login in my acct that they sent and it was a fairly blank website with just one line of information. I looked up this website and seen the reviews.because I have not made a payment I just do no want anything to be drafted out of my account and I want the contract cancelled. Is there a way that this company can terminate all my information or do I need to cancel my entire bank account?Desired Settlement: I need this company to cancel and delete all information regarding my name especially my bank information. I also need a letter, phone call, and email stating that no monies will be drafted or deducted out of my bank account. I need to be assured that my identity will not be compromised or any fraud will be taken place.

Review: Student Loan Aid (SLA) convinced me they could get my student loan payment lower. They sold themselves as a company that would takeover my account for me and manage it, including payments and also signing me up for the federal forgiveness program, which allows for all federal loans to be forgiven after 10 years, granted that you A. make all of your payments on time, and B. work in the public service or non-profit industry (I'm a nurse at a non-profit hospital, fitting both categories). SLA charged $450 up front and another $69.81 per month, every month, starting in December 2014. In total, I've paid them $1,427.34. Whenever I would call and ask questions, they'd simply tell me "everything is fine, don't worry about it." It never felt right, so I called the department of education yesterday. They informed me that I've not made a single payment to anyone, ever, and that I was never enrolled in the forgiveness plan as promised that SLA would handle. I called and asked for my money back, because they're basically charging me for nothing...they've literally done not one thing for my account...and they refused, saying they did what was promised, which was manage the account. I don't know how you can manage an account when you don't make any payments. They also state I signed a letter saying I was unemployed in January 2015. I have tax records proving that's not true. That letter was in regards to the 2013 year, when I was in college, but they twisted it to collect extra money by telling the government I wasn't employed and putting my loans on a no-pay program. I think this is unethical and crude business practice, and I demanded my money back, as well as a paper trail from SLA on what they did with my money. They said they cannot provide me with any paper trail or provide a refund. That is unacceptable and outrageous. Please make this better, and don't let anymore vulnerable citizens be taken advantage of.Desired Settlement: I'd like all $1,427.34 refunded and assurance that they will no longer touch any of my accounts, ever again.

Review: I was approved for a consolidation of my school loans by this "company". They rushed me through a contract much too long to read on the spot as they demanded so that part was my fault. After a few days had gone by I called to cancel within the 2 week cancellation period but they never answered or returned my calls. I finally got in contact with them conveniently once the cancellation deadline was up. They were supposed to take out a $286 processing fee on 10/15 but it didn't come out of my account until 11/07. During that three week time period I made numerous calls trying again to cancel the contract because they were being very shady about their process and I became extremely uncomfortable. I was told they'd "see what they could do" and didn't hear from them again until after the fee was withdrawn from my account. I finally convinced them to terminate my contract and I received an email confirming the cancellation on 11/13. On 11/19 this very same company authorized a consolidation of my loans to Great Lakes company, a company whom I had never heard of before. This was done without my knowledge or permission. I had been told my loans would revert to [redacted] (my original service provider). Student Loan Aid had given Great Lakes false information about myself and I was locked out of my own account. I have called them multiple times and they do not answer the phone or call back even though it is during hours of operation.Desired Settlement: I would love to get my $286 back but if I can't get my it back I would at least like SLA to remove all my personal information from their database and let me take over as primary on MY account. They are incredibly unethical and shady, I regret ever coming into contact with them. I am worried about my credit score and do not want them having any of my personal information.

Hi [redacted],

Review: I singed up for SLA to consolidate my student loan. I paid them $292.00 thinking it was going towards my Sallie Mae loan which they took over. I have not heard from them other than a random email I received letting me know they would be billing me $133.00 monthly for my loan. I called Sallie Mae to ask about this and they said that there was no such thing and that I was still responsible for paying my to Sallie Mae and that this company has done this to student before. When I looked at an email they sent me it said in small print an annual fee of $599, monthly fee of $35 on top of two other fees. However, Sallie Mae said non of this money was going towards my loan and that they could not help me. I had to change my banking information and close my account today because SLA would not call me back or send me any emails back. I am not sure what to do at this point I just want them to leave me alone and to be cleared of any affiliation with them.Desired Settlement: IF I could get my fee of $292.00 back from SLA I would greatly appreciate that for being mislead and lied to. I want this company to stop contacting me and take me off their list and delete all of my personal information. I DO NOT WANT any thing to do with them.

Hi [redacted],

I got a letter from the Revdex.com with your compliant, and I saw that [redacted], one of our floor Managers had spoken to you today on 9/22/2014.

I left you a message regarding your file & I am issuing a refund right away.

I’m double checking with [redacted] from Accounting to make sure your refund was sent to you.

I first was contacted by this company who say they could get my student loans down to $49.69 a month and if I paid this amount on time every month for the next ten years then rest of my student loans would be forgiven. This was right up my alley because I am struggling to make ends meet. Well a few months after paying this company $460 to get started with the process and $49.69 a month I get a call from [redacted] where all my loans were sent to for consolidation. They said that I haven't made a payment in 4 months. Well I am shocked because I knew that I had sign up for the loan forgiveness program and was paying on time. As if that information wasn't enough the lady was calling out addresses and phone numbers I never heard of. I found out that Student Loan Aid took the liberty of changing all of my information so I would not be in the loop of what was going on. I cannot stress hard enough to stay away from these companies and work on the loan forgiveness program yourself with the help of the educational dept. They will get you set legally in their system for FREE.

Review: In August of 2014, I attempted to consolidate my loans with this company and was never given a monthly repayment amount or due date. I was told that my loans were in deferment until May. I checked my credit report 3 days ago and they have reported me delinquent for 120 days. I have received no phone calls, no billing statements, no emails. until 5 or so days ago I received an email welcoming me to their company and inviting me to log on to their client portal. This seemed accurate since I was told that I would have to begin repaying in May.

In January I was sent some documents to fill out and everything on the form was irrelevant to me. I called them and was told to hold onto the forms that the manager was supposed to call me to determine what to do with the forms. The manager or anyone else from the company never called.

Overall the company has not been very transparent and they are dramatically affecting my credit history! I have called the company several times and left messages. No one has called me back. I called during business and after business hours and still have not received any call backs.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to remove the delinquent payment from my credit history and I would like to transfer my accounts to another company or back with the Educational Department.

Response:

I spoke to Ms. [redacted] and she is completely satisfied with the outcome of our conversationWe have Issued her a full refund of the of what she has paid to to SLA and stated that once she gets the refund check she would contact the Revdex.com and let them know that all of her concerns have been addressed and Resolved.

Review: This would be my 2nd complaint. I have asked for my full amount refunded because I was lied to from the beginning & they are no longer taking the money out of my bank account, but they have refused to refund me my money. [redacted], who, from what he told me is the head guy. He said that I cannot get a refund & the legal team would be contacting me. I haven't heard from any of them. No phone calls, no emails, no letters, no nothing. I want my money back. They told me 1 year of payments, come to find out, it is 20 years. I was told 1 year. I am not understanding why my first complaint months ago was never answered or even acknowledged. I am highly upset. I want that money. I am not worried about my student loans. I am disabled so they can be forgiven that way. I just want my money back for the many lies they have told me & for taking money out of my account on different dates that would mess up my bank account. I just want a full refund. That is all I am asking. I know now that this company is a fraud. I have heard to many issues with them & seen the reviews. I have 3 kids, that money could have gone to other things.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund: the $250.00 start up deposit plus the monthly payments that they were taking out.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. They have sent me an affidavit of a refund last night to sign & return. I signed it this morning & scanned & returned it back to them. It was sent to me by [redacted]. I am agreeing to the amount. I am going to assume that all fees have already been taken out due to the amount of the refund. The refund amount is $601.72. I asked that the funds be returned to my back by the end of the week. I have sent previous emails to them tell them that they cannot take any money from my account. I requested in the email that I would like a prompt timely reasonable response on my refund & I also requested an approximant time that the funds would be returned. I will attach what they sent me & it does have my signature on it as well. Thank you for helping me with this issue. I hope they follow through with what they are saying. If not, I will file more complaints. If at anytime you need all the emails that were sent between me & them I will provide those to you in case you need them. I have saved them all. Thank you again for your help. I hope that this is done quickly & this company & I can part ways permanently. Once again, thank you for helping me in this matter. I greatly appreciate it, & I am hoping that they are quick to refund this & for us to part ways forever.
