This is a horrible company. I placed and order on May 24,2020 and still have not received anything. No tracking information, nothing. I've emailed customer service several times and called several times only for the automated system to hang up on me. I would like a full refund of my money. The order was $184.70. I'll also be closing that store account because you have to "request" some of the products that I wanted to order, but upon request...I got NO RESPONSE!

I'm requesting a full refund of $399 due to shipping of orders pending for weeks.
I started with this company April of this year. In May I decided to invest $399 for the Enterprise Store. I have orders that are pending since May 20th and May 24th. I've tried to contact this company via email and phone. I haven't received any response to emails or VM. When you call this company it will direct you to a line to speak with someone and then the phone drops the call. This company is still recruiting and taking money from other customers and not responding to the customers/business partners that they already have. This is so unprofessional and I would like a full refund and to close my store! So very disappointed!

Desired Outcome

I'm asking for a full refund of $399 that was the price of the upgraded store. Also, a refund or the products that were ordered by my customers.

Thanks for fully refunding my investment with your company.

I am AGAIN requesting my FULL REFUND of $419 to my account.
I started a Business through Stylist Solutions to move forward with something new and exciting. Unfortunately, this experience has been everything BUT exciting. I've been embarrassed and humiliated due to their late shipping that took them nearly a month to get to my client. Which I later had to explain due to Stylist Solutions era. Also, there's numerous emails I've sent to Stylist Solutions and there is NO REPLIES, no return phone calls after me leaving numerous messages, no one answers even another number that was recommended to call due to others having trouble contacting a living soul with Stylist Solutions. I am a Professional Business Woman. Therefore, I will not tolerate this unprofessionalism from another company. I will not have my name to this. I am AGAIN requesting a FULL REFUND of my $419 from Stylist Solutions and close all accounts I have with this company or I will be forced to take further LEGAL ACTIONS.

I made a purchase from them and never received it so I am requesting a full refund. Their website is gone and the IG page is deactivated.
I made a purchase from Stylist Solutions on June 9th, via their IG page @***, for three pls of false lashes and two tubes of lash glue. The order totaled $55.98. This week, I realized I hadn't received any confirmation of shipping or any other correspondence from the company. So, I sent them an email on June 23rd requesting a status. I then decided to go back to their IG page to send a message and the page no longer existed. I tried visiting their website and it is also no longer accessible. I would like to receive a full refund from this company as it appears to be a fraudulent business potentially scamming people out of money.

Refund was received on 7/8/20.

I signed up for a business partnership with the company in April 2020 and they have not conducted business as promised.
I signed up with Stylist Solutions in April of 2020 and I had a customer that was waiting on their order for over a month. The customer requested a refund because they did not want to wait any longer, so sent multiple emails and even tried calling the corporate office with no response. I finally had to come out of pocket to refund the customer her money in the amount of $56.17 because she started posting that I was a fraud and scamming people under my posts. 2 weeks later I get an email that the company shipped the order to the customer after numerous requests to refund her. Now that they have sent the order, they have not paid commission on the sale of the products and still have not answered my request about the commission to be paid.

I would like to ask for my money that I paid to purchase the business of $399.00 refunded and I want my business name released that they have for my store link www.***.com. This is my branded business name and I don't want it tied up for the next year.

It is with great sadness that I write this review of my experience with Stylist Solutions. I joined back in December 2019 and went straight for Enterprise Level as I was excited and ready to take advantage of what seemed like a wonderful business opportunity. However, I was immediately met with issues in linking my account to the Stylist Solutions platform. I have had my domain registered with Google for over a year so changing over to GoDaddy just did not seems feasible to me as I was happy with where I was. Therefore, the result was to have forwarding set up on my domain. It wasn't the best option, but seemed to be my only option. I invested in myself by getting a logo and registering with my state to acquire an LLC. In the meantime, I placed an order through the wholesale side of Stylist Solutions. I later received an email that asked me to review the items I had ordered, the only problem was, I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER!!! I had to call Stylist Solutions and send an email before my items shipped out. All during this time, Stylist Solutions continued to debit my account their $49.99 fee. This made me somewhat reluctant to continue but seeing the success of others in the Facebook group convinced me to continue.
When the pandemic hit, Stylist Solutions advertised gloves and masks, things that were in high demand, so I jumped back in to offer these items. I had used the free shipping option twice in the past so I decided to offer it again for my customers. I promoted in a few different areas and received quite a few orders, I was excited! That is, until it was time for the items to be shipped. Shipping time of 7-10 days turned into 14-21 days or more. Customers that placed orders in the beginning of the month were not getting their orders but orders from the end of the month were shipping out. This made no sense! All of this happened with no updates from Stylist Solutions. My customers were emailing me about their orders and I could only ask them to continue to be patient as Stylist Solutions initially gave no guidance on how they were responding to the pandemic. I had free shipping activated in March but since it is not recurring, I had to ask for it to be activated again in April. I paid on April 4th and received confirmation that it would be added but it never was! It is now June and it still has not been activated. I have sent numerous emails and so has my upline in regards to this, but no one from Stylist Solutions has contacted me. In my emails, I also advised them that I had not yet received commission for 16 of my orders but still received no response. Yet, like clockwork, they continue to debit my account for their $49.99 fee.
I am really disappointed with how Stylist Solutions is conducting its business. They monitor their Facebook page so only positive comments can be posted. I even messaged Milan privately and she never responded. I include Tony Mines on my emails and he has yet to respond. I had planned to move to the yearly billing and I am so glad that I did not. While I am glad that there are others achieving success with Stylist Solutions but this company needs to improve on their communication if they are truly about their representatives being successful.

Stylist Solutions offers online beauty supply products as well as online beauty supply stores that people can pay a monthly fee to have access to hair & beauty products at a wholesale rate to sell; they also advertise these "stores" being your own as it comes fully built out with products. I opened an online beauty store with them on their platform and pay a monthly fee which was supposed to give me access to my own website in addition to a wholesale website with wholesale pricing. However when I went to purchase items on the wholesale site I was not charged the wholesale rate & was told it was a glitch in their system & I would be refunded; that was in late March and its June I still have not been paid.

I also had a bulk order and a few other orders placed on my website [hosted by them] and never received commissions for those orders. The ONLY way I knew of these orders was because they were made by family & friends who reached out to me inquiring WHERE their orders were however on my website dashboard I had seen nothing. They sent me screenshots with order numbers placed on my website (that I paid for) so I reached out to Stylist Solutions. I was told both verbally over the phone & via email from April thru the end of May that I would get paid my remaining commission made from these orders HOWEVER Today is June 24th & I still have NOT been paid yet they make sure to deduct money from my bank account monthly. Wow.

Like with others they have locked me out of my websites backend so that I cannot cancel my subscription. I tried to reset my password many times however the reset email never makes it to my inbox, spam, or promotions box!

I have called over 40 times, sent dozens of emails to various ones in their "company", have texted & called the supposed leaders Tony *** & *** (aka Stephanie), as well as sent them INBOX messages on social media with lil to now NO RESPONSE & no resolution. I have kept a very detailed paper trail if anyone wants to jump in response to this post just so we're clear. I made sure to do that as I seen previous backlash to other TRUTHFUL complaints on here.

There are many other people facing the same & worse issues with these people. Please PLEASE shut this place down they have caused much pain to sooooo many people in such a short period of time as well as lied and STOLEN money from hundreds if not thousands at this point. Its draining to have to go to extreme measures to try & get some attention to these scam artist and I know many just dont feel like going thru all of these processes so they just take the loss HOWEVER no one else should have their dreams shattered all because of these cold hearted people; exposure is key.

Even on their Facebook group if any PAYING PARTNER even TRIES to inquire about their customer service, orders missing or commissions not paid then they disable comments on their post, delete your post or block you from the group Ive both seen & heard. I WANT MY MONEY FROM MY COMMISSIONS AND REFUNDS AS PROMISED!

have not talked to anyone in office regarding my damaged item in order, and delayed processing and shipping for orders since then.
Opened store in February, have not received an answer from ANYONE regarding damaged item in order XXXXXX. Also, orders XXXXXX and XXXXXX took 2 months to deliver while my other customers received theirs timely, which, by the way, I have not received any commission for. Stop blaming COVID because
you want to pick and choose which orders to fill. Finally, order XXXXXXX has been awaiting shipment for almost a month.

My customers are rallying for me as a business owner, but this company is making it hard to stay with them for the long run. I'll be more than happy to look for another drop ship company. As of not, I have nothing nice to say about Stylist Solutions and my customers are rooting for me find someone else. I DON'T disagree with them.

I didn't ask for my online store to be closed, I only want Stylist Solutions to get their issues together. It's not my fault they do not have the resources to handle every aspect of their business, but when it affects my money, my customer's orders, it's a problem. You are operating like a low-budget delivery service when that is not who you portrayed yourselves as when I signed up for a store through you. I'm building a storefront and because of your hurt feelings, you retaliate against me by closing my store! Surely, this is unlawful termination of I have repeatedly tried to contact your store regarding my issues.

Thank you. It seems that shipping and proper orders received has been the issue with not just me, but other reviews that I have read on this site as well as facebook. Your actions should cause a decrease in complaints in the future.

I ordered my package May 11,2020 and never received it. I called and emailed never got a response. I went on here Revdex.com filed a complaint last week.
Received an email with a tracking number. The package was delivered to a parcel locker in Henderson. It was supposed to come to my residence. This is not right. I demand a full refund of $143.

I signed up with this company the end of April. Decided in May to invest $399 for the Enterprise Store. I have orders that were placed in May that still have not been shipped. I have called and emailed numerous time without any response. This company is using the excuse of Covid-19 for the shipping delay, but yet they are still recruiting and taking folks money when it's clear that you can't handle what's already going on. I too would like a refund for the $399 that I invested. I am no longer promoting my store because it's embarrassing that the orders aren't being shipped! So they have my money and I'm unable to make money.... so unfair and unprofessional.

This company needs to be investigated ASAP!!!! I signed up & opened up a Limited Store on May 30th. There was an order placed also on May 30th. The has not been shipped & it is very hard to get in contact with someone. I have left several emails & voicemails and still no response. I had another customer place an order & when she received it, part of her order was missing. This is not a good reputable company at all. I cancelled my membership 2 weeks ago. Horrible customer service. Only thing they care about is getting people signed up to this mess!!!! I will never recommend anyone to sign up for them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is a scam I signed up in March order something from my own store never received the order. Then they tried to blame it on the post office. They created the label for shipping but never give the package to the post office. This was on match 7th, we are now in June still no order. Buy it doesn't stop there I have a monthly membership. So they take there payments but never get back to you to solve any problems or communicate at all. I have open several tickets with them they first try to close all my tickets as resolved without adress this issue. I called left message even reached out on Facebook message to millian. I just want all my money back at this point. Its stressful enough trying to start your own business I want to be able to rely on my suppliers for shipment.

I've been with company since April and haven't received a commission on my sales which are supposed to be paid out weekly.
I have been a sales representative for stylist solutions since Aprill 2020. I have made over $1,300 in sales and received no commission to date. Second, half the customers I brought to the company haven't received there products for over a month now and no correspondence. The monthly payments of $50 ALWAYS come out on time. I have sent over 5 emails and NO ONE has responded.

This complaint is about services and customer service.
My complaint is about the orders from the store and customer service. I was told that this would be a good business opportunity and someone would always be able to help if I had any questions. I paid $399 to build my own website to sell beauty products but when I had questions I would never get a response to any of my emails. I had a few customers angry with me because their orders was so backed up after months passed and I couldn't provide any answers because no one would respond to my emails. During that time I lost customers and sells because customers felt I was not professional.

Horrible! Order took over 30 days to arrive . No one answers phone calls or emails. Never got paid for commissions. IPaid monthly but no reactivation!
This company is a total scam! I paid $15/ month. Customer waited over 30 days to receive their order. I tried contacting them by phone and email. I submitted several tickets no response . Contacted up line who gave me an email to director yet she referred me to customer support who never responds. I was supposed to get commissions from my customers and paid referrals for anyone who joined. They closed my account and never paid me. The thing I was hearing from other people who joined was once you miss a payment or late you lose all commissions and all referrals. What a rip off! I found this out when I paid $15 the second month a day late and all was cleared. After I paid my account was never reactivated so I had no access to my account to track my commissions or referral .Tried to contact customer support to login in with same password *** it did not allow me to login it and I know it was right. I would never refer anyone to this company.

I signed up in March 2020, it was the worst thing that I ever could do.I personally talked to Milan about my issue to see if she could help me. She said that's not her department but she sent me a link to email someone. I placed a order and I never received it after calling and emailing (about 20 calls and several emails) for about a month I finally got a email back I will be issued a refund. As promised I was refunded. When I first joined I was told to join the Stylist Solution Facebook group for support and help with my business. I also had all of the reps I signed up join the "support group". Not knowing Milan kicked me out of the group for asking a question! Shame on you! Now I have multiple reps calling and inboxing me with questions that I can't answer because I don't have access to the "support group". I want a full refund of $399 I should have read the reviews before giving them my hard earned money!! DONT DO IT RUN.

I upgraded my business account to enterprise level and can not access account, as well as someone else domain name is linked to my page
Last night I upgraded my account to enterprise level $399. I had to have a new password sent to my email address 3 different times within 20 minutes because my password was unrecognized. I requested a domain name and a completely different one is linked to my site so I'm unable to launch. My link to invite others to join will not load. I can not log into my backend site because it's saying my email address and username are unrecognizable. I went to Facebook support page and was floored at how many issues other members are having. I no longer wish to do business with the company and would like a full refund of my payment, which was by debit card, since I am unable to access the site.

Unfortunately I signed up for an enterprise store on April 23rd and paid $399. I am highly upset and disappointed that a group of African Americans are scamming other African Americans who a seeking an opportunity to be entrepreneurs out of their hard earned money. I haven't received any responses to my emails or calls. I've reached out on social media to resolve my customers order to no avail. This business needs to be investigated for fraud and running a Ponzi scheme. I WANT MY $399 RETURNED!! They only care about people getting affiliates signed up. If you or ur customers order, the orders are never received yet the money has been deducted from the customers acct. this has tarnished my reputation as a licensed cosmetologist bcuz ppl spend their money yet never received their products, or returned calls or emails when they check the status.
