I am requesting a full refund for membership service and products I never received.
May 24, 2020 I was charge 399.99 for a membership plan (beauty supply store). Receipt #XXXX-XXXX I never received any of the links prior to opening my account. The same day may 24 I was charge again 14.99 for another membership plan Receipt # XXXX-XXXX. The next day I was charge again May 25, 2020 for a membership 399.00 plan receipt #XXXX-XXXX. I tried getting in contact with someone no one had reached out nor have responded to my request. Prior to this incident I place a order for some supplies that I never received. I paid 61.30 order#XXXXXXX. I don't know what is going on I but I cant afford to keep getting charge for a service or items I never received. I used my debit card.

Desired Outcome

I am asking this business for a full refund on membership services and for products I never received.

at this time I do not accept their response until I receive a full refunded. Yes this company offer a refund but it's only for one membership, when I was charge for an additional two memberships and products that I never received. Totaling over 860.00 dollars until my issue is fully completed I do not accept there response.

Yes I accept the company proposal.

I upgraded my store to Enterprise but my store build-out has not been complete. No one from support is responding to any of my inquiries.
I signed up for the free store on April 29th and quickly upgraded to the Enterprise store on May 18th. We were told in a training video that the store build-out only takes 48hrs, after which time we will be notified that our store is live. As of today, I have not been notified that my store is live and I have emailed support multiple times with no response. In addition, I have emailed my designated representative Tasha *** multiple times with no response either. I would like to know the status of my Enterprise store. When will it be live so that I can continue to build and grow my business? The name of my store is *** Beauty and the domain name is www.***.com

In addition, I have two orders that have been pending for multiple weeks. Again, I have emailed support and my designated representative with no response from either. Order number XXXXXXX was placed on 5/16/2020 and order number XXXXXX was placed on 5/4/2020 and I have not received any communication regarding either. Have they been processed? When will they be shipped? Are the items on back-order? Are they sold out, etc. Communication the status of orders should be a number 1 priority for any retail business.

Lastly, I have a customer that placed an order on or around 5/7/2020 that never showed up on my dashboard. That order number is XXXXXXX. When will this order show up on my dashboard?

Desired Outcome

1. I would like for my store build-out to be completed immediately. 2. I would like to know the status of the two orders that are still showing pending. 3. I would like to get credit for the order that was placed on 5/7 that I mentioned above. 4. I would like to be assigned a new designated representative as Tasha *** has not responded to my messages.

I had filed a complaint with this company regarding a refund and they said I would get my refund back and they have no yet returned my money yet
Two weeks ago I got a response from this company and they indicated that I would receive a refund of my 399 that I paid for their service that I didn't get and I have not yet received it in my bank account yet they told me it will take 3-5 business days to return and I have not gotten anything yet and it is passed that time fame

I paid $49.99 for a website to sell all products. I also paid $399.99 for website hosting for a year and I still don't have a live up and running webs
Nobody has contacted me to resolve my issue after several calls and emails. They just took my money

The Store Owners site was launched on May 28,2020

Stylist Solutions is an amazing company. At first all my orders were pending in my account for a few weeks I contacted customer service they forward my issue immediately over to the Shipping Director, KiKi who was awesome and super fast in responding to my request and within 48 hrs my orders where shipped out one by one and all set now! What an incredible company! Looking forward to upgrading to the new level soon!!!

Stylist solutions has been a great company that has allowed me to expand my business their platform is easy to use. Their selection and availability is consistent. I really enjoy working with them, their customer service is great and they're good honest people.

This company is a JOKE. I signed up in March and my customers never got there orders. I've called several times and left voicemails, sent emails and they are not a bit concerned about it. Order #XXXXXX never came for my customer and she ordered it early April so I had to reimburse her for it and never got my money back. Another order I ordered myself order # XXXXXX and never got the order. My order was almost $200 and still nothing. The sad part is another customer ordered just yesterday without telling me so I didn't have the opportunity to warn her that she'll never get her products and she spent over $100. I had to go online to cancel my subscription online because I'm scared someone else may try to order. I'm so embarrassed that have led people to my site and they won't even ship out. They are also not paying commission like they said. Even with the Pandemic, they could still respond to emails. My customer that ordered yesterday, with order # 111294 may never get her stuff and I'll have to pay her money back out of my own money because this company isn't going to do a thing. I'm warning everyone I know about this. It wouldn't have been so bad had they just contacted us to tell us they aren't going to ship to us but had the nerve to email talking about renew our account.

Was charged 83 dollars for merchandise. Never received anything.
I placed an order for a line of As I Am hair products on May 1 2020. Order # XXXXXX . I never received a confirmation email. The total was 83.04. My credit card was immediately charged.On May 4 2020 I emailed Stylist Solutions about a shipping date and someone named Kiki emailed me back that it would ship in 24- 48 hours. That was the last I have heard from them. I have called the 1800 number every day and emailed numerous of times to no avail. I have even tried to locate their "live" chat but one does not exist . All I want is my products like I promised when my money was taken or a full refund.

I would like an explanation of why my money was taken/ stolen and nothing was delivered. And i either want my products or a full refund.

I accept the refund of my money if if I get it .I will believe it when I see it like I said this company has ignored me for weeks so if I don't see my refund I will be reopening this case.

I have had my online store since April and been emailing and calling about why my dashboard is showing nothing. I pay and get nothing in return.
I have been trying to get my commission on my orders and even get my orders shipped to me. I have 2 orders sitting since 4/27 and 4/28 one is over 300 and the other is 202. I have paid my monthly bill of 14.99 twice and never received any commission. All my orders have been cleared off so I can't see but on my computer I have the screen shots and I have spent over 700 on my own store. If someone can call me and fix the problem then I won't close my store. I braid hair and have been waiting and losing money waiting on my orders.

Refund for store if they can't fix my dashboard. My orders delivered to me with some kind of refund for it being almost a month and I haven't gotten my orders.

I came in to Stalin Solutions a little less than a month ago and I'm so happy that I went through with this opportunity I have been making sales and signing up reps under me. I have some orders that have shipped out and other orders that are pending you just have to be understanding and patient with the pandemic going on just like every other company deliveries are a little delayed but they're doing their best to get everything out if you want to become Your Own Boss this is the company for you.

I am completed unsatisfied with this company, I put in an order and never received my product and I put in a ticket and never received a response back at this point. I just want my money back and I will not paying the additional $14.99 monthly membership fee. This company is a joke I tried to support our people but I will not be just giving away my hard earned money. No contact from this company in over 3 weeks. Unbelievable Buyer Beware and You have been WARNED>

I joined the Company April 4th 2020, during the middle of a Global Pandemic. I was so fortunate to be able to earn Over $5,000 within 1 month just simply being coachable and teachable, utilizing the companies resources. I was understanding that shipping could possibly be delayed and there were fewer staff because of the pandemic, however was still able to refer so many others who were looking for recession proof income .

So, like many others below, I invested in this company with the hopes of creating additional income. I started with the free site for like one week and upgraded to the full store. So once I didn't get an update or a link to my store after ten days had passed, I began reaching out to a few people that I thought I could help. No luck there. I eventually spoke with someone that helped with store. I received an order in between my free and upgrade. The order never showed up on either dashboard/back-end. After two weeks of the products not being received, I reached out to others again. One person who was a store owner attempted to connect me with Milan with no luck. I have emailed at least four different emails. No response. So now not only did I not receive my commission for a sale that was never received by the customer, I had to refund the customer out of my own pocket. At this point, I want my money back for all of it. People are dealing with layoffs hoping to bring in income and they are taking peoples last. I thoroughly disappointed and this makes people who were genuinely interested look really bad!

I upgraded to the Enterprise Store with Stylist Solution on April 10, 2020. It seems like a great gig a way to make money without getting a second job. I work in the *** Industry, I am an Active Licensed Cosmetology Teacher, I work at Franchise salons and offer a mobile salon service. My issue with Stylist Solution is their turnaround time in this Pandemic. I ordered online with ***, ***, ***, ***.com, and *** during this pandemic and received my orders in a timely fashion, even the items that were on backorder, I understand Georgia was shut down like the rest of the world in this Pandemic, however, Stylist Solutions was open for over a year, I receive responses to my emails, however, I don't feel comfortable advertising if the warehouse isn't living up to their part of the deal, it begins to seem like I partner with a messy, shady business. The Delivery/shipping process needs to be critique... *** Supply Store.

During Covid 19 I was facing issues with delayed mailing for my customers and responses from customers support as a business owner. I made contact with BILL in the shipping department and he was very apologetic and got my customers orders out with tracking number within 15 mins of ending our call. GIVE THAT MAN A PROMOTION NOW! To help with my ticket inquires he passed my information to Tianca who gave me a called within a hour from me ending my call with Bill, she was polite, understanding, patient, and respectful when listening to my concerns. Not only did she assist with all my ticket inquiries she also offered a sincere apology and made me feel that she truly understood the frustrations I was facing. She provided surburb CUSTOMER SERVICE and went over and beyond with assisting me. Lastly, she educated me with tools and access that I didn't know was provided to us business owners. Thanks to these two individuals for going over and beyond with customer service! They have truly made me Thankful for joining this team.

Unable to reach customer service and delivery issue.
I was excited about doing business with this company until I placed an order on 5/6/20. As of 5/14/20 (today) my order is still pending. I'm not able to reach anyone by phone and there is no option for a live chat. Emails are coming back with an error as undeliverable. This is very discouraging as I had high hopes in doing business with a black owned company. As a whole this company needs to do better not only in providing customer service but also with the shipping process of customer orders.

This complaint has been resolved. I was able to obtain an email address specifically regards orders, received a full refund and the situation was resolved in a timely manner.

Went into business with a company who is not holding up to their promises. NO customer service.
I signed up with stylist solutions in April 5th as a free online beauty supply store. I upgraded my store to an enterprise store which meant I have access to 5000 products. I paid 400 for the upgrade. I started promoting my business and got orders from customers. Orders were placed around 15th April through 19th April. No orders have been shipped since the orders were placed. I have emailed support asking for an update and no one replies to my emails. The site has lots of products that show out of stock since I have started the business and they have not been fullfilled since. Why are they being advertised then? What is the point in not refilling the stock? So no customer service, false claims that I will have access to 5000 products when at least 25% of the products are out of stock for a month now. I have reached out to cancel my membership and be refunded a portion of what I paid. No one has gotten back to me. I have alerted them that I will be filing a complaint.

Lack of communication. Cant access my store that I purchase $399 for and $20 for a link. Refund!
5-4-2020. I responded to the own your own beauty supply flyer online. Excited about the business. I purchased the enterprise site for $399 and $20 for my store link that have not worked. I've constantly sent emails, I reached out to their facebook group, and left a voicemail and no one seems to communicate with me. I don't have this type of money to just be giving out. Last week I received an email from someone at the company basically constantly reminding me that my business has been launch. However; it defeats the purpose if my link isn't working. So I would like to get a refund from the enterprise upgrade as well as the $20 thats not working. Thanks

On 5/14/2020 I was told to wait 3-5 business days. Earlier this week a representative from stylist solutions emailed me and told me to wait 24-48hours which that time have expired. Now to see their response to wait for another 3-5 business days when it should have already been processed and into my account and still on 5-29-2020 no money has been credited back to my account. It takes less than 3.5 seconds to take the money out my account so why does it take forever to be reimbursed?
