I have been with this company a little over two years now. They have some great people that will help you and work with you. The products are great and the timing of delivery has been awesome. I recommend that if you are in the hair industry to give them a try and you will not be disappointed. I love the company and planning on being with them for more years to come.

I placed 2 orders to get a feel of how long it takes for me or my customers to recieve our orders. It didn't take long at all. But now I have put in 2 orders over a month ago and I have yet to recieve my orders. I have left a number of messages and emails with no response.

Disappointed in Customer Service and business opportunity.
I must say that I am highly dissatisfied with Stylists Solutions. I was extremely excited to become an entrepreneur and support black business, however that has not been my overall experience. I have made several attempts to reach them via email and also by phone. When I have tried to send an email it returned back undeliverable and there is no one there to answer your calls. Now, I will be fair I did give consideration that this is during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was willing to give it a pass. However, I have not been able to get intouch with anyone. Even the name I registered my website under is not showing up. I can't get anyone to respond. I would greatly appreciate a prompt refund.

I purchased an order with this company on April 19th, 2020. I have yet to receive any update about my order.

I've emailed support 3 times, wrote them on Facebook, & left 2 voicemails and still have yet to hear back from anyone. I understand Covid-19 is happening so I wasn't tripping at first but seeing them post on Facebook & still promoting items is really bothering me being that they can find time to promote their business but can't find time to answer the phone or respond to emails. & then on top of that I'm starting to see bad reviews & people saying that this business is a scam

I either want my order to be delivered by May 15th,2020 or I want a full refund.

I invested $400 into this business but has not seen any return on their end.
I paid to have free shipping for my customers, customers met all free shipping requirements, yet are being charged for shipping. After my 3/4th email in regards to this, they offer me a free month of free shipping.....how are you offering something free to me that I already paid for. How do I explain that to my customer, who's order was placed over two weeks ago that still hasn't shipped? I sent an email in regards to changing my website information, and that was ignored. This company takes but doesn't deliver on their end. Very misleading and unprofessional. They ignore, block, won't post anything that holds them accountable. This is terrible!

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for the membership. I made a $400 investment in a business my morals won't let me advertise. I can not and will not mislead people.

I started with stylist solutions about a month and 1/2 ago. I started out with a free store then I upgraded to enterprise for $399.00. I thought this would be great additional income in my home for me and my 4 kids. I had made over $300 in sales for the N95 mask. I tried to call no number I email and email and the only response I got back was that you OUT OF STOCK. what about my customers? They keep emailing me thinking I'm a scam and it looks bad. I am absolutely in a OUTRAGE. I want my customers to receive their MONEY back and I want my $399.00 back I got 4 kids to feed in a pandemic I don't have time to waste money on a company that is not best for me and my kids and my customers. My name is *** if you need my info to refund me and the reference number for all of my customer to get their money back please advise.

Wow!! I really had high expectations of this company. I joined this company early April in hopes of having more money during the Coronavirus Lay-off. Also in being able to order my supplies for my business in the salon. There are customers who have not received their orders and no one will respond to my emails. I was also charged $399 when I tried to upgrade my store to the Enhanced store. Because I disputed the charges, they closed my store. Really!!!! Therefore I probably won't even get my commission. I sold $485 the first week!! I do understand that Covid 19
has slowed everything down but reach out to these people. You had no problem collecting their funds!!!! All I ask is for someone to respond!! People want their orders or refund money and stop avoiding them. Poor customer service!!!!!
VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

I ordered some braiding hair and some edge control. It took longer than I thought, so I ordered from a local beauty supply that delivered to my house. I emailed Stylist solutions (Divine Beauty Bar) and asked for a refund. No response, until a week later letting me know that they didn't have what I ordered and that I can wait or they can process a refund. I reiterated that I'd like a refund and I was emailed ok. Fast forward to today 05/08, I get a knock on the door, and low and behold it is USPS with a package from Stylist Solutions. First of all, this order should have been canceled and 2nd, when I opened it, it was for something I never ordered. They sent me some cheap brand gel (which I didn't order because I don't use gel). I am so irritated because my card was charged for this. Now I am nervous that my card maybe compromised and that I may have to report this one stolen and obtain a new one. DO NOT USE STYLIST SOLUTIONS, MAINLY DIVINE BEAUTY BAR!!!!!

I am disappointed in the customer service that I have received from this company. I have made several times to contact them via email and phone, of which I have been unsuccessful. The email addresses that I have copied and paste is not valid and there is no one there to receive or answer your calls. My website is not up to my satisfaction, but I can get in touch with anyone to fix the problem. After several attempts I am no longer interested in doing business with Stylist Solutions. I was being patient with them amid the Corona Virus pandemic and the fact that they are a black owned company, I really wanted this to work. But I can't get in touch with anyone to voice my concerns. I believe this may be I good business for someone, it's just not for me. Highly disappointed

They have you sign up, to sign up other so call business owners, you never have the products in your store, they are always out of stock, your customers do not get their orders, and when trying to contact their support, you never reach a live person, nor do they return your phone calls or emails. The business owners are having to refund customers out of their own pocket, to keep their business name in good standards. The Ceos / Founders of the company Ken, Tony and Milian are very unprofessional, they block you on face book, when asked a question. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are currently using Cov 19, as an excuse as to why their service is so bad, not the case. You sign up for one thing, then months later they are charging you for services they said you would receive free. They ask their business reps to post good review on their social media site, in return for free products. The turn around with their support staff is high, due to the misleading information they tell them to provided to customers and business partners. STAY CLEAR FROM THE PYRMID BUSINESS. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR SIGN UP MONEY, THEN THEIR DONE WITH YOU.

Website using my domain, I sell products through site, they ship to customer, they collect $ then send me a commission payment.
The company has not delivered the website set up in my domain name. They request a user name and password *** my Go Daddy account after payment is complete, and state the store will be set up in 24-48 hours. This did not take place as of today the website still does not point to my domain of www.glamcouturehair.com. They tried to tell me my domain is not available but it is because I own it. They also offer wholesale account with purchase of website. All items continue to ring up at reg price opposed to the club price which is what they call their wholesale price. I have called and e-mailed with no replies. The last notification went out on 4/25 stating to fix the issue and time is of the essence there still has not been any replies. When I attempted to go by the business address listed I was unable to find a company by the name of Stylist Solutions. This is a fraud and scam and I have ran into many women that are victims of this scam as well. I have supporting documentation that I can submit if it is needed as well.

I am requesting a full refund of the $399 I paid.

Not one order filled ever showed on my back office. Friends and family members received there orders so there is de$or fraud going on. I received the reply of my refund but that doesn't fix the requirement of someone providing their user name and password *** use their domain, nor orders fulfilled not showing which means monies that I should have earned were not paid nor showed as they should have. I had paid marketing driving traffic to the link provided, which was not my domain name so no clue how many irders outside of friends and family that were placed, paid, filled and delivered. This was a horrible experience!!!

Orders were placed, shipped and received but never showed in my back office so I still say this is a scam! I have spread the word with others how horrible my experience was. Thank you for processing my refund but this doesn't change my experience.

In general the site I purchased into doesn't work. I need it fixed.
Their representative Milan is useless. I've repeatedly asked for help with getting my store to operate properly to no avail... I finally got a response from the representative who insisted I didn't reach out to her. It's documented in Facebook messenger, the Facebook group that I've been blocked from for asking for help and postings of my issues too many times rather than help me fix my issue. She doesn't handle customer service issues but then turned around and told me I was getting a refund on May 4,2020 because I reported them to the Revdex.com. I have the conversation screen shots. I've emailed customer service twice from my business account and personal email address. Still haven't received any response. I've lost more money than the site upgrade fee.

All I want is my store to work properly.

Fix my store so works properly. Sit Milan down permanently as your representative. Restore my standing I. The Facebook group. I DON'T WANT A REFUND BECAUSE I LOST MORE THAN THE SITE UPGRADED FEE.

I'm having issues with my store's backend and I never receive responses to my emails or tickets!
Hi I just opened an Enterprise level store with SS and I was and still am super eager to sell products. However, I am constantly having issues with my store's backend and whenever I email or submit a ticket to customer service I do NOT get any responses!!! Also, I sold just shy of $500 worth of products in my first week and NONE of my customer's orders have been shipped. I purchased items from my store when I first opened and they did not take this long to ship. Also, my personal purchases do not show up in my dashboard for sales. SS also does not have enough training videos to assist us. It sound be great if they offered some type of webinar trainings once s month or once in a while for the owners to learn things because the conference calls don't teach us the important things!! I really love my store and feel I could make great money selling products and gelling others open stores BUT I'm a person who NEEDS communication between all parties involved. I would like responses to my emails or even phone numbers for the store owners to call. I can't tell someone else to open a store with SS and I'm not even getting great treatment or I don't even completely know how to work the store's backend. I just want responses to my emails and at least updates on my customer's orders because they are getting frustrated and I don't want that to tarnish my business!!! Thank you

When I first came across this company's information and what I thought was an opportunity personally as well as for the black community to reinvest in ourselves, I was excited. However, I have to state that I too am a bit concerned about the lack of customer service that I have not received. I signed up for the free store and emailed the company to upgrade my store, never received a response. I informed them that my contact information was wrong, there is not a customer service number which is a red flag, I've created a service ticket, sent emails with my concerns and no response with this issue lingering for over a month. There are other reviews here on this site by other business representatives that had the same experience that I have had. Honestly, their lack of response for my issue is what caused me to look into Reviews, suspicious activities. I would highly encourage ANYONE that comes across this company to conduct thorough research FIRST!! Do NOT invest any money until you are certain that you can get ALL business related questions answered first and that you can get quality customer service when needing assistance. I would give this advice for any business. I have had a couple of businesses a part from this venture and I've always responded to questions or concerns immediately, if a business cannot respond to you within a couple of days and they never follow up especially when you invest money, that is a concern. I have to now go back and inform those that I have encouraged to join with me to step back, it's not good for business. Stylist Solutions please fix this, we do not need another black owned company to receive bad ratings due to a lack of quality customer service and professionalism! Integrity is a must in any industry.

I, like so many, had high expectations of doing great business with Stylist Solutions. This is the type concept I was looking for as a business opportunity. I've been a paid store for not even (1) month and have had the worst experience ever. Stylist Solutions Administers do not respond to emails nor do they Answer their phone calls or voicemails. I have 12 orders that have been sitting in que for shipping for three weeks that are in pending status. They have received their monies but have not attempted to ship my customers their products. I am highly disappointed! I thought this was going to be a great company to work with but not so! Customers are asking me for their stuff and I can't give them any answers as to when they'll receive it. I have exhausted the means of communicating with Stylist Solutions but they refuse to communicate with their reps. I was left with no other recourse but to file a Revdex.com report.

The customer opened her online store during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Like most companies during this period, we have experienced challenges in the processing of orders due to supply chain shortages/delays and also delays in replying to customer queries. We have taken drastic measures to improve both. We have added additional support staff, while being mindful of the CDC workplace social distancing guidelines.

Nonetheless, this does not satisfy Ms. complaint. Therefore, we are in the process of canceling and refunding all of the store owners pending orders. We will also close and refund Ms. for her online store to allow her to find another company that can more adequately address her e-commerce and wholesale beauty supply needs.

I greatly appreciate the fact that you will refund myself and my customers our money back,but you have not done all you can to provide great customer service inspite of the Pandemic! I'm aware of too many reps customers that received their orders after my customers and mine were placed first. You dropped the ball on this one and no one is willing to admit that your growing pains require more of you than your able to produce. I'm not the type of person to sit back and do nothing when it comes to business, I will keep track of things and follow up. When something is not right it's up to me to say something! Best of luck with your business but always remember, customer service is a priority!

I ordered Shea moisture that stated growth not restore. Your false advertising then u charge me 50.00 and I pay less at the store for this. Return fee

The customer complaint regarding this order is baseless in nature and should be directed at the manufacturer, Loreal. The packaging on the product was redesigned. However, it's the same product, the only difference is the product labeling. The customer never contacted us to request an exchange ,refund, or to express her displeasure with the product. We would have gladly provided the customer with a pre-paid label to return the product in question.

Moreover, the customer did not pay $50 for the product, it was a combo bundle that retails for $35, which the customer used a 10% discount to purchase. We can not be held liable when a brand changes their product packaging.

Can't access my Enterprise level store to personalize my site
Everytime I click on my stores "backend" in the dashboard I get an OOPS message.

I am totally uninspired at this point. I don't want to deal with it anymore. I feel like I have been scammed out of $400. I just want my money back.

Please DO NOT spend your money or waste your time with this company. I'm starting to believe they are a scam. Their lack of communication is disgusting. I paid $99.98 to upgrade my store to enterprise level because it seemed like a great business concept and they said it would take 48hrs "business hours" for the upgrade to take affect. I upgraded on a Wednesday so by Friday I expected to have all the enterprise features to work. Needless to say that NEVER happened. I tried to connect to some type of support with them but nothing worked. The number doesn't allow you to speak with anyone but you can leave a message and no one will call you back. I've sent 12 emails over a week and a half span to there "support" email but no one ever got back to me. I tried to reach out on facebook on their business page to let them know what was going on but they filter there comments.
Please I urge DO NOT invest in this headache

They have horrible service, many of my items were missing and I still havent received them for many months they refused to refund my money as well
