How can this business have a score of 3.68, when there are reviews posted, all of which are negativeBased on a simple math, the score should be (which quite frankly, would be more than NM deserves)A+ rating is also surprising, based on the number and severity of complaints
I was trying to return or exchange a gift at a David Yurman department at the "Flagship" downtown Dallas store and an associate was SO RUDE! Her cell phone rang mid-conversation and she just raised her finger at me and then turned her back and proceeded to talk on the phoneOMG
I, of course, left and will not return, but just wanted to say that this store should train their employees in basic etiquette, forget customer service...Truly sad, it used to be a nice store
I also noticed that a store representative responding to Revdex.com complaints discloses customers' names - this is unacceptable
