One of the purchases I made on January 14, was an Aubergine cashmere that was on saleLuckily I was attended by the sweetest manager in Palo Alto , (apologize forgot her name) and she told me if I received an email for extra 20% off on items and unfortunately that time when I was shopping I have serviced my cell phone at Apple store which was located beside NM Palo Alto storeSo despite not having checked my cell phone she decided to give me 20% off which I was so happy about! So I asked if she could checked for the same cashmere cardigan in XL( planning to give it as a present for my sister) and she did if not she said she could order it and give it to me at the same price ! And I agreed!
I truly understand that she needs to attend to other things , so she passed on ordering the XL cashmere to another person named Para Maboudi
She seemed friendly and told me she ordered the item and apologized that she forgot to give me the extra 20% off
Told me that once I received the item , I need to go back to the store and she will gladly give the extra 20% offSo I said agreed and went home
I haven't received the package and it was already end of January ! And so my NM statement bill came and so the charge for the cardigan I did not receive
So I called her again and told her I did not receive the cardigan orderedShe quickly ordered the item and credited me for the previous charge for the cardigan I never gotAnd just do a new charge for the newly ordered cardigan
I did receive the cardigan the following week and said thank you but I told her I am charged with no extra % off on this item as we previously discussed
We were exchanging e mails and she replied that whatever price I got that is the same price she will charge! Of course I have to refresh her memory of how it was I started this order and promising the extra 20% off and even asking me to show a receipt for my previous purchase in Size M!!! Which by the way I did even before she asked me to give a copy!!
So much ordeal just to give a 20% of! It is not much but it is how it was dealt and all the time needed just to prove to her what our agreement was!!!!

I have contacted this company about my refund for an online order for days and it takes forever to get a response via email
I sent my item back requesting a refund through the "early credit refund" program As soon as your item is scanned by usps you should be credited I've contact them by email several times and was told vage responses like it takes weeks, or it hasn't been scanned when I know it has because I'm tracking the package on my end They take days to respond and calling is a joke My order number is WNXXXXXXXXXX I want a full refund to my paypal ASAP They wouldn't do an exchange either since I only needed a smaller size I want my money back immediately!
