Gift card cannot be used online!!!
I made an online purchase at neiman marcus on 2018-07-and my order is qualified for a gift card which said I should receive the gift card in weeksHowever, today is 2018-10-16, much longer than weeks but I haven't received my gift cardI actually have already tried to reach the customer service through the phone call and online chat several times but all I received is they need more time to process thsi and there's no promise when I can receive itI know the GC will expire so I kept asking at least once EVERY week since SeptemberHowever, I received so many different responses from NM representatives EVERY time!!! And the whole procedure is ridiculously LONG!!! Initially, several agents asked me to wait and until a few days ago finally one agent gave me a series of number which is my GC number through the phone but she said I need to call XXXX-XXX-XXXX to ask for the pinThen I followed her instruction but the next agent said they are not

I returned one pair of boot on April 5th, Until now, Jan8th, 2018, I haven't received my refund
