I placed an order on December and paid for 2-day shipping to guarantee my gift would arrive before Christmasdays later (on December 18) I still hadn't received a shipping notification so I reached out to a customer service representative via the chat and asked if I could get a status update since I needed the item before ChristmasShe assured me that the item was out to be shipped that dayThe following day (December 19) I still hadn't received a shipping notification so I reached back out via the chat and spoke to a different representative who said there was no estimated ship date and they could not guarantee the item would arrive before ChristmasTheir customer service representatives have no consistently in the information they share and show no empathy or remorse for their poor business practicesDO NOT SHOP HERE! On Feb 19, 2018, 3:pm: I called and talked to one of the customer service representatives of Neiman Marcus for returning items that bought online on Dec 5, and Dec X XXXXShe stated that since the items were over days of return policy, the company might charge me some fee for returning the itemsWhen I asked how much the fee would be, she stated that she needed to ask her supervisorI was on the phone for a few minutes, then she confirmed with me that they would only charge me a shipping fee of $I had this representative confirmed her statement herself several times before hanging up the phone
