I was not notified that my order had been cancelled
I ordered a pair of sunglasses online on Friday 21/and shortly after received an order summary which outlined that I should expect my delivery by Wednesday 26/Today is Wednesday and I still had not received a tracking number so I called the customer service numberI was notified when I called that yesterday my order had been cancelledHowever, no one had bothered to contact me to let me know that my order had been cancelled and it had now been hours sinceThe woman on the phone told me that the "cancellations department" does not contact those whose orders are cancelled to inform themSo had I not called up today to enquire about a tracking number I would have never known that my order had been cancelled and would patiently be waiting for my parcel to arriveI fail to understand how a company can not let it's customers know business days after the order has been placed that it in fact being cancelledIt should not
