The Gazebo is an outdoors item, and exposed to sun and rain, that is the natural of the item and that's why it is a gazebo, and your pictures claim that it is an outdoors item. You received the pictures (as you mentioned) you can see that this thing is destroyed, and totally collapsed, I am glad that we were not under it. I sent $399 on this item and used it for a month, and was trying to contact you for over 4 month now. That'said not acceptable. I would like a full refund, or a full replacement for this item.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I[redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am going to file a consumer complaint with the attorney general as they will not accept this return at the store.  When we went to install this the original box was cut up to get at the awning and it also says do not return to the store right on it so we will not be able to get a refund at the store.  Seeing you sell these awning I don't understand why you can obtain the parts from another awning and ship them out.  I also will file a law suit in small claims court as well.  Don't sell something you can't provide the parts for.
