I was not able to get in touch with you to ask you a couple of questions and to resolve this issue that you are...

I did leave you a voicemail with my extension if you have any questions please don’t hesitate in contacting me back; I will also be emailing you with a resolution for your sales order in hopes that this will help you receive your parts and allow you to enjoy your gazebo again. Once again, I am sorry for the inconvenience that this situation has brought to you; I will try my hardest to resolve your case.Resolution: after reviewing your pictures from your damaged gazebo; this is weather related damages that came from heavy snow. I understand that you would love for your canopy to be replaced, since you did state from the beginning of your first initial contact with us here at SunNest Services LLC, the tear happened from the weight of the snow being too heavy and damaging your gazebo inward. In our manual, it states under warranty information that our gazebos are meant for outdoor use, and are not meant to withstand any sort of heavy rain, snow or winds of any sort. These gazebos and its corresponding canopies are meant for sunshade purposes only and we advise our customers to please remove the canopy in times of bad weather, winter etc. As part of a resolution I would like to offer you 50% discount from your total price from your sales order [redacted]; the grand total which includes the canopy that you need for your gazebo the total would be: $80.86 which include your shipping charges. If you feel like this resolution is something that is up to your expectations please let me know, I have more information as from where the parts are coming from, stock available for your parts and would love to speak over the phone to give you the full details of this resolution. Unfortunately this item no longer has parts available as you can see from the attached item. Although that item has a 12 month warranty period, when an item is over 50% discounted from the original price we cannot provide any items for free. The company understands that the reason the item was so...

heavily discounted because the store was going out of business, however the original price for the item is $209.99 and the customer only paid $29.99 which is only 14% of the original price. Even if we did have the items, we still would not be able to provide them for free as the customer would like.
