Hi [redacted] good afternoon. After reviewing your response about requesting for a brand new gazebo, we have came to the conclusion that we cannot favor that request. The reason why we cannot approve of that request is because [redacted] had update you with information about your canopy being back in stock in 3-4 weeks. The only option we have at the moment to offer you would be that as soon as we replenish on this item, we can give you OVERNIGHT SHIPPING on your item if that is okay with you; if not our last option would be to compensate you your $103.99 that would have been charged to your original credit card used. We are sorry for the miscommunication that has came from our company and the rep that helped you place your order; which had never informed you about this item being on back order at the time of placing your order.  thank you.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]  This resolution makes no sense.  I need the canopy replaced.  I have two additional email from Sunjoy.  One says it is on backorder and one says I should receive a new canopy in 3 weeks.  I appreciate the 25% refund but I cannot do anything with the gazebo, which I paid $399 for if I do not have a canopy that does nto have dry rot tears.

[redacted] I emailed you earlier from our company email.  It seems before we started corresponding with you and before the Complain your order was sent out via fedex. It seems that the reps who advised you they were working on getting the issue resolved were actually in fact trying to get it resolved for you.  They may have advised you that there was no need for refund because the order was going out but I am not too sure about that.  Tracking [redacted] It is scheduled to arrive 10/24/16.  Please contact me at [redacted]f you have any other issues.
