Im gonna look through my bank statements to see if I can find my purchase. I just feel that the gazebo should have lasted longer in my book. Hello,  Our company has tried reaching out to this customer via email and phone on 09/22/2017. We do not have any information regarding this customer in our system so we do not have his purchase history. Also, we do not take back whole gazebos nor do we take back damaged items to our warehouse...

so it is uncertain where the customer returned the item to.  It is true that we do not have the gazebo in stock. We can always place an order for the item but it will be back ordered and will take anywhere from 3-5 months for the customer to receive. If the customer is not satisfied with this then the only other option would be for a full refund. If this is the case, we would need proof of purchase from the customer as well as pictures of the gazebo that the customer received. Once we have that we can then refund him.  Thank you,

I will await the refund to my credit card before closing the case.  I will go ahead and order a canopy on [redacted] I also have a concern with the erroneous information on the website   It states 3-5 days for delivery   The website needs to be updated to reflect true shopping times of several weeks   This is misleading, and had I known the correct shipping time, I would have ordered elsewhere   This will likely help in alleviating future complaints regarding shipping
