I appreciate the gesture to credit my account for your underproduction system now, but I would have gotten it back in 2 years. Still not worth all of the drama and headaches caused over the past 15 months. Still awaiting a plan to fix my system to generate at least the guaranteed amount of kWh.

This is the same answer we have gotten at least three times thus far. This does not address the root cause of the issue which is that Sunnova is charging for the past three months for a service that was not provided or addressed adequately UNTIL the Revdex.com complaint. I want a better resolution. At the very least this company is not an A by Revdex.com standards. This is not acceptable. Stop giving generic excuses and provide a permanent solution. It has been long enough.

The prepayment suggested by Sunnova is twice the fair market value for solar panels in NM. Sunnova has ignored consumer laws and then hide behind their attorneys with unnecessary delays, and unrealistic settlement attempts. Sunnova exploits unsuspecting customers. I have referred this matter to the [redacted]or pursuit of criminal charges against Sunnova. They have committed forgery and fraud. Do NOT do business with this company!

Sunnova is looking into alternative options to assist customer. Customer has also been referred to third party company [redacted] in regards to adding additional panels.

It has been a full week since sunnova responded, saying they are working on a resolution for me . Not one single person from the company has tried to contact me. I only have a couple of days left to accept or reject their response, and I do not want this complaint closed without it actually being resolved. Therefore, I reject this response due to lack of contact with the company. I haven't seen one bit of evidence that they are trying to help.

Regards,[redacted] is currently filing for permits to install panels. No projected date of install has been set yet. I will update when I have more information [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.
Mr. [redacted] was contacted and provided an apology for the numerous calls he received from the collections team. He was also advised of technical glitch within out billing department and assured issue had been corrected. Mr. [redacted] requested for Sunnova not to call him unless we offered more credits...
or in regards to owing money after the credits are up.
Sunnova has attempted to reach to reach out to the customer to go over numbers of early true up provided to account
Sunnova will continue to contact Mr. [redacted] to provide feedback on true up numbers.
