Support TeQ has a very fast sales department! The help so far has b been excellent, immediate and patient. Sometimes the eastern accent is difficult to understand but the technician is patient about repeating.

The only problem with Support Teq is that it's ad says Apple Support Teq and you think you are getting Apple support.
They helped me out very well but I had to pay over $500 Canadian.
Then I read other online sites and thought that I must have been hacked by Support Teq....so when they next called me, I was very rude and hung up.
Lo and behold, they reimbursed my $$ to my account.
This is a legitimate business, well-qualified........but too costly for me when I can contact my Provider and get free help. However, the $$ they charge are for 5 years of help, so when you consider that, it isn't too bad a price.

I was very pleased with the work done bi *** and ***. It was quick and efficient.
