This support teq has been very helpful and has fixed my ipad and computor back to where it was.

I dealt with Support Tech today for 6 hours. I had a slow ipad. It worked fine, it was just slow. At the end of the 6 hours they have offered me a refund, my ipad no longer works at all but is frozen, and they've recommended I go to an ***. It will not power up or go off - it's frozen. I had a slow ipad, I now have nothing!!!
