All work on my computer was carry out with 5 star service

I have a three year contract with these guys because they are so great to have access to 24/7 and they ALWAYS solve my problems! They are the best!

Support teq was very helpful. they fixed my login issue and were very kind and patient.

Like the other negitive reviews I too thought I was speaking to Apple because of the way it pops up when you search Apple. I called about clearing my old iPhone and was told they needed to access my computer to do that. Not
being technical I agreed and was told my computer needed to be cleared of viruses and I agreed to their service commitment. I later found out the information they gave me was not correct. I ended up installing my own protection.
I called my credit card company to close my account since I was nervous more transactions might appear. Alerted equiofax to put a freeze on any new credit card inquiries. They may be legitimate but when I questioned what they did, the rep I spoke to immediately
issued a refund to my credit card. He would not say anything that would support what
they did and why they did it. I also asked for the owners name and he would not give me that either.

The service I received at Support teq was excellent

I have had great experiences with Support Teq and I trust them with my computer needs. They are skilled and very patient with those of us whose computer skills are not so great. I recommend them highly.
